• Beck (9/5): Would have been a 10 except for the bed. - The view and the location were outstanding. Terrible smell on arrival. My husband figured out the water needed to be run in the bathroom and that helped tremendously. The bed was not comfortable. Very hard.

Volt egy fura szag a lakásban, amit mindig ki kellett szellőztetni, talán valami klóros fertőtlenítő szer, amit használnak takarításhoz.

Kicsi alapterületű, de minden megvan ami szükséges egy 5 napos tartózkodásra . Tiszta a lakás a ház és a környék is. A szállásadók is készségesen, rögtön válaszol a kérdésekre. -

Z kuchni nie mieliśmy potrzeby korzystać. Blisko piekarnia z super śniadaniami, blisko do plaży i do portu :) Jedynie małe ciśnienie pod prysznicem, poza tym wszystko super

The highlight for us was definitely the terrace. The view was simply amazing. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the host. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they went above and beyond by preparing a beautiful welcome surprise with wine, champagne, and some delicious Spanish treats. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant a lot to us. Everything was spotless, and even the pillows smelled amazing, which just shows the level of care and attention to detail. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—they were always responsive and helpful, and gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Every single suggestion turned out to be perfect! We highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to come back again in the future. Everything was perfect

• Robert (9/5): Perfekte Lage, Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut - Die Lage ist auf jeden Fall perfekt. Eigentlich sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie der Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Bei der Ausstattung ist etwas Luft nach oben, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

• Edyta (5/5): Przebywanie w apartamencie to na szczęście 20-30% pobytu i na to się nastawiałam wynajmując obiekt. - Widok i balkon robił robotę. To przez to zdjęcie zachwyciłam się tym apartamentem i zdecydowałam na to miejsce Jeśli nie chcesz spać w sypialni we 2 osoby w jednym łóżku to tak naprawdę nie masz możliwości spać w drugim pokoju. Kanapa w kuchnio-jadalnio-pokoju nie jest rozkładana. Kuchnie trzeba traktować jak „polową”: czajnik malutki, lodówka wymagająca rozmrożenia. Nie oceniam czystości, bo do poprawy ( wystarczy zdjąć poduszki z kanapy). Łazienka z kabiną, w której drzwi się wysunęły z szyn więc latają.

V byte bolo chladnejsie, kedze sme boli v Januari. Podlaha bola studena a papuce sme si z domu nepriniesli. Jedinu vec, co by som uvital na tomto ubytovani by boli hostovske papuce. Celkovo sme boli velmi spokojni s tymto ubytovanim.

• Martina (8/5): - Lage, Lage, Lage - superschöner Balkon und wunderbare Aussicht. Sehr netter Kontakt, jederzeit erreichbar. Die Küchenausstattung ist armselig. Nur 3 unschöne Tassen, jede ist anders. Keine Frühstücksteller, keine Schälchen für Müsli oder Oliven oder irgendwas. Das wurde alles auch schon in früheren Kritiken angemerkt, leider hat sich nichts geändert. Man könnte es so einfach ändern, wenn man mal 20 € in die Hand nähme. Trotzdem ist es aber eine tolle Unterkunft.

• Lynne (10/5): Beautiful Apartment - The location was excellent right on the port with lots of bars & restaurants. 10 minute walk to the city centre and the beach across the round. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything you could wish for. The balcony was fabulous and was a sun trap. The area was very safe. Would definitely recommend. We found the bed was a bit hard for us.

• Natalya (6/5): Отдых на троечку - Отдыхали вдвоем с мамой. Квартира находится в очень удачном месте. Все было рядом - море, центр, супермаркет, автобусная остановка. В кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления. Но было и много минусов. Очень узкая кровать, вдвоем с мамой вообще невозможно было спать. Там есть раскладной диван, но матрас на нем ужасный, с твердыми пружинами. Мама потом спала на не разложенном диване. Кондиционер очень шумный и дует на диван, а до спальни не дотягивает. И вообще стены очень тонкие, слышно и соседей и улицу. На второй день уже хотелось домой. Раковина в ванной тоже неудобная.
• Salima (8/5): Je recommande vivement pour un couple - La proximité des lieux d'intérêt et de la plage. La propreté et les équipements nécessaires pour un court séjour. La facilité du check in et du check out. La réactivité d'Enriqué et sa bienveillance. Le studio est bien aménagé par rapport à la surface. Il a ce qu'il faut pour séjour de qlq.jours. bon rapport qualité/prix comparé aux logements de Malaga, en vue de l'emplacement et de la période de la féria. Le lit un peu petit pour deux personnes mais fait l'affaire. La cabine de douche aussi peut être un peu limite pour des personnes de grande taille. Mais elle est fonctionnelle.

The sitting room is not big enough to accommodate more than two people, however we managed to comfort ourselves ....

• Pilar (5/5): Pagas las vistas. - La ubicación y las vistas son muy buenas. Realmente es lo que pagas. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, el salón y el baño son minúsculos. Si tu intención es cocinar, olvídate, entre el fregadero y la vitro hay 10cm de encimera. El frigorífico es pequeño (como el de los hoteles) y no enfría mucho. El equipamiento de la cocina es mínimo.

Die Ausstattung kann man ein wenig noch ausbauen, da gäbe es noch Luft nach oben. Die Bilder stimmen nicht ganz mit der Wohnung wo wir waren überein. Trotzdem war alles okay

• Thomas (7/5): We had a good holiday as we adapted living in less space than we are used to and focused on the flat’s great location, - The flat is small but has a great location, near the city, a 15 to 20 minute walk, but with good restaurants and bars nearby. We particularly liked the Hard Rock Cafe for its friendly staff, drinks and snacks which is about 3 minutes from the flat . The thing we liked best about the flat was the view from the balcony. We also found the owner, Enrique,was very responsive when we contacted him about a problem we had with the air conditioning. He had a new air conditioning system fitted and came out personally to make sure it could be fixed. The flat is small inside and we had to be very well organised. The hanging space and drawers in the bed room are in good condition and the TV has YouTube which we watched at times when it was too hot to go out.
• Kia (10/5): Perfect beach apartment with good value for money! - The location was perfect, it was a nice simple apartment and for the price you can’t complain. Pretty much exactly what we expected. Really appreciated the parasol and option of beach chairs. Bed was comfy, although a small double but it’s a short holiday so didn’t bother us. Air con was absolutely needed to and that was lovely!! Shower was a little narrow but useable and water pressure could be slow but understandable in big apartment complex.

• Miles (7/5): Cheap and cheerful with perfect location - The Best thing about this place is the location. It is extremely close to one of the city's pleasant beaches and is an easy walk from the historic centre, with great views thereof. It is also well situated for using public transport, being very near to the stop for a bus which takes you to and from the airport. Whilst I didn't experience any major issues during my stay it must be said that the décor and furnishings in the flat felt a bit basic. It was comfy enough and fairy well equipped, just don't expect anything charming or luxurious . Moreover, the TV was having some visual issues and failed to connect to the Wifi when we were there. The lock on the door was also a little confusing at first, just keep turning the key, it will open eventually!

Espressor, toaster, microwave, etc. The checkin was easy and the host was responsive and helpful. The area is quiet and we had no issue with noise. The room had enough light and was enough for 2 people. If you stay here for some days I recommend it. The wifi was bad, as it was shared between multiple rooms and the router wasn't in this apartment. This was bothering as I needed it fast for work reasons. Objectively the bed was pretty small for 2 people. They could've also left sponge for the dishes and broom to clean the room, if living here multiple days it can become messy. Also I feel like salt and pepper are minimal things to leave in a full apartment with kitchen included.

The apartment is very small but perfect for a good night sleep and shower meanwhile not suitable for cooking. The bed is very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay. Stylish apartment with wonderful views from Balcony overlooking Malaga Puerto and Malaga old Tpwn. City and beach within easy walking distance. Comfortable bed. Small kitchen enough for breakfasts and snacks. Spacious balcony perfect for the sunsets. Plenty of restaurants within easy walk. Beach only 5 minutes walk away. Great communications with owners. Nothing to dislike, it was perfectly placed for a city visit.

We also liked the fact that the building was clean, well maintained and safe. The flat has a great location.with a variety of restaurants and bars locally as well as some useful shops and markets. Walking into Malaga was an easy pleasant stroll. In the other direction the seaside walk was a delightful experience. It was very small inside but we learned to be well organised and adapted to the space. The shower could do with some upgrading

Easy to find parking space around the building (off the season). Clean Good communication with the owners Generally the studio it may be a bit over dated in reality vs the pictures but it isn't a deal breaker. The bed may be a bit small than normal but for us was just ok.
• Estera (10/5): Absolutely amazing ! - Property is in a perfect location, stunning views, all shops you need are at yoir doorstep. Very short walking distance to the city centre. Apartment itself is very clean, cozy and has all the equipment you need. We loved it so much - we didn’t really leave the apartment ! I will definitely be back, this is my go to place from now when in Malaga!

Comfortable terrace furniture and views from the terrace to the harbour and pretty esplanade area were great. Well located with nearby places to eat, drink and shop. Good communication with host and easy access to the apartment
