- Maria (1/5): Do not book here this is a scam. hosts do not provide any check in information. - Nothing No communication very unprofessional emails left unanswered phone contact provided disconnected. Couldn’t enter property that had been paid for only to be stranded to find new accomodation.
- Aliyah (1/5): Appalling, disgusting, putrid - They scammed me and my friend 1k, they don’t reply to calls, emails - anything I had to contact booking.com via phone number over 5 times to try arrange a refund. None of our calls or emails were answered, they simply don’t give you a proper address or key for where you’re staying - and it’s such a hassle to try get your money back. Dont book here, such a poor thing to do on these people’s behalf’s I wish them nothing but the absolute worst for leaving us out on the streets to figure it out so last minute with little money.
- Margaret (1/5): Do not book here, they take your money and do not give you a key or accommodation, book elsewhere. - Nothing to like! We sat in front of Sky Towers for almost 3 hours waiting for them to respond with no response! I had to phone booking.com for assistance who still could not contact the owners of this unit. Absolutely disgraceful. I had to find and pay for accommodation elsewhere. Disgraceful! You cannot take someone’s money and leave them without accommodation. No response and we had to go and pay for new accommodation. I’ve now paid for two lots of accommodation for our one weekend away, and now have to talk to booking.com to try to get a refund for the accommodation with SkyTower which we couldn’t get the key for as the owners would not respond.

- Mcfeely (1/5): had to stay and pay somewhere else DO NOT USE - nothing paid for a room hat i never got they sent the email on where to pick up the keys on day of departure. they never answered the phone or responded to emails its a scam dont use! everything these people are scams there is no customer service, booking.com should be ashamed of making people pay for accommodation you don't get. they dont answer phone calls or emails you don't receive confirmed booking DO NOT USE
