• cecile (8/5): Appartement idéal pour un séjour à Milan - L’appartement est très bien situé dans Milan. Il est dans une cour intérieure donc il n’y a pas de bruit provenant de la rue. Commerces de proximité très proche. Lit très confortable. Appartement parfait pour passer quelques jours à Milan. ( 3 adultes)
• emma lorena (7/5): apprezzato ma migliorabile - ottima posizione , gentili host e aiutante tutto curato nei dettagli tuttavia il persistente odore di umido nella stanza e nel bagno davvero levano al soggiorno il confort garantito dal resto , andrebbe rivista e risolta questa problematica perchè la struttura seppur piccola è un gioellino arredato con gusto e con tutto ciò che puo? rendere confortevole il soggiorno, anche il divano letto comodissimo e la cuscineria in abbondanza tuttavia l'umido e l'odore creano davvero disagio.

• Γιάννης (5/5): - Το διαμέρισμα μύριζε κλεισούρα , σαν μούχλα κάπως. Επίσης είχε πολλά έντομα όπως μυρμήγκια και ψαλίδες. Η θέρμανση δεν ήταν επαρκής. Επισης η τοποθεσία δεν είναι κοντά στο duomo όπως αναφέρει , θέλει 16-18 λεπτά περπάτημα για να φτάσεις εκεί. Δεν το συνιστώ.

• Carlos221203 (9/5): Lovely apartment that gave us an ideal little home for our stay in Milan - The apartment was easy to find thanks to the step by step instructions sent by the host. The location is also great to access the city in all directions thanks to the tram stop at the end of the street that links with all Metro lines. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you need for a short stay in the city. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

• Renata (7/5): Unfortunately, because of these issues, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. - The apartment is in a great location – about a 15-minute walk to the Duomo, situated in a quiet inner courtyard on the ground floor. We found almost everything we needed for a stay. However, the apartment looked better in the photos than it did in reality. As soon as we entered the apartment, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell – it felt like someone had been smoking inside and the place had only just been aired out. The smell lingered for a whole day and made it hard to sleep. I wanted to light a candle, but there were no matches available. Another uncomfortable issue was the presence of small ants in the kitchen – they were crawling on surfaces and floors. I tried to clean and spray them away, but since it’s a ground floor apartment, they likely come in from outside. Overall, it was quite unpleasant.

• Ioanna (10/5): Best apartment to stay in Milan - The best place to stay in Milan. The centre of the town is about 20 minutes walk. The apartment is fully equipped, really tasteful and very comfortable. Around the apartment there are many places for drinks and for dinner. Super market really close.

• Oana (9/5): I will definitely come back to Fashion Loft if I will revisit Milan - Perfect location, close to the Dome, but in a quite and green area with a clean and nice inner courtyard. Fashion Loft is suitable place for 3 or even 4 people. We arrived late due to plane delays, when the shops were already closed, but we were pleasently surprised to find water, beer and wine in the fridge. The accommodation has everything you need: coffee machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, iron, even an ironing board or lists of restaurants recommendations and tourist attractions. And Anita and Esam were friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to Fashion Loft if I will revisit Milan. It felt a bit damp in the apartment, but the sensation passed when you turned on the air conditioner or opened the window.

The location is very nice, there are many restaurants nearby and it is not too long to reach the Duomo by foot. The hot water in the shower ran out after one shower of 5 minutes, and then - ice water :( The bed was not that comfortable for us...
• Stefani (10/5): Cozy and welcoming appartment - The apartment is very nice and modern, it has everything that you may need and truly feels like home. The bathroom was specious and was fully equipped. The location is also very central and felt super safe. I would book the same place again next time I am in Milano.
• Nita (8/5): Lovely get away for a long weekend - Prefect location, even though there is a busy street right outside, the noise was very minimal. Not sure if the property ran of a older style boiler with a tank- after my partner had a shower, I wasn’t left with any hot water 🥶 I also got stuck once in the bathroom- turns out the door drops slightly when you lock it, so might want to be cautious about that! 🤣

• Ghiwa (10/5): Exceptional - Fashion Loft is a very nice and cosy studio in Milan, located 20mins away from Duomo Di Milano (By foot). All facilities and amenities are available. The studio is super clean and the staff are very friendly. Anita (the owner) messaged us prior to check-in and provided us with all necessary details to make our stay easier. And Esam the concierge assisted ys with the check-in and luggage drop off. We enjoyed our stay so much and we highly recommend the place for a nice and relaxing stay in Milan.
• Tengku (10/5): Wonderful place and a great host - Anita was very hepful in accomodating our request. Our friend arrived much earlier before check-in and was met by the concierge Esam who allowed her in to drop off her bags. The room was spotless with all amenities provided and a well stocked fridge and refreshments provided!!! The TV had all channels and netflix available. Plenty of towels. Aircon available and the shower was refreshing. (I wish it was a bit bigger though :)) Neighbourhood and location was nice. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you I wish it was a bit bigger :)
• Pamela (9/5): Comfortable, thoughtful oasis in bustling Milan - This is a comfortable, cosy apartment in a small complex with an inner quadrangle, on the ground floor with excellent security. There was a lot of thought put into the apartment e.g laundry stuff including a clothes rack dryer, stocked kitchen, fridge full of drinks (mini-bar, honour payment system), coffee and tea, some basics in larder, toiletries, clean fluffy towels. The apartment is in a good location in elegant Brera, with some local bars and restaurants, including Da Giacomo ( ristorante and bistro), Milan icons. Local PAM supermarket ( < 5 minutes walk). The centre e.g. Duomo, Galleria Vittoria Emmanuel etc is a ~ 20 min walk away. The host, Anita, is very organised, thoughtful and exceptionally communicative. We had a very pleasant stay here which felt like a little oasis in bustling Milan. All good
• Stijntje (8/5): Convenient stay, wonderful when you plan to be out most of the day. - The location was prime, 35 min walking to Duomo. Nice area, pretty safe and 100 meters from public transport, tram. Even a washingmachine present but beware no drying possibilities. The property is advertised as 55m2, but actually is quite small, downstairs perhaps 30m2 with a balcony bed.

Before our stay Anita sent us a video instructions how to check-in. Then she also sent us guide on where to eat and where to go. There were all facilities, flat was clean and cute. If we needed something, Anita was always in touch and helped with advice. Thank you, Anita. We will definitely come back! Nothing. Great apartment

Wifi didn’t work. And I suggest putting some hooks/hangers to hang clothes. But it was ok as our stay was very short!

Cozy and clean apartment with internet access. Very nice owner who obviously cares about her guests. If I come back to Milan, I will definitely choose this apartment again. • Alaena (8/5): Very good - Lovely, clean and comfortable stay with lots of local amenities nearby. Anita the owner, was very attentive and on call to answer any questions we had which was v. helpful. It is about an 8 minute metro ride into the city centre (not 8 mins walking as the title might suggest). The shower didn't stay warm for all of the guests which was unfortunate and not ideal as some had cold showers.
