• Stefan (9/5): - Sehr schön eingerichtete, großzügige Wohnung. Meine Anfrage, ob ich am Tag der Abreise zwei Stunden länger auf dem Parkplatz stehen darf, wurde negativ beschieden. Das fand ich wenig großzügig.

• Kathrin (8/5): - Große Wohnung, geräumig, alles sauber, Handtücher reichlich vorhanden, warm, Betten in Ordnung, schnell in Innenstadt, fast alles da, was man braucht an Küchengeräten, tolle Gaststätten in der Nähe Eigentümer gut telefonisch erreichbar, konnte aber bei Anfragen nicht wirklich weiterhelfen, da er nicht in der Stadt wohnt und nicht aus Halle ist. Abends gemütlich zu 4 sitzen, Karten spielen,.... Nur 1 Parkplatz, waren mit Freunden aus unterschiedlichen Gegenden da und mussten 1 Auto für 26€ in der Tiefgarage parken. Das war nicht so toll. Blick aus Fenster auf Mauer, nah an Schnellstraße-> bei geschlossenen Fenstern und im Winter, wenn man nicht auf der Terrasse sitzen will, ist das kein Problem. Es gibt keine richtige Kaffeemaschine- nur einen Automaten mit Pads- nicht so günstig für mehrere Kaffeetrinker Kleine Schnapsgläschen fehlen. Da es eine Spülmaschine gibt, müssten mehr Tassen da sein-> Maschine effektiv füllen.
• Isko (9/5): This is a good apartment. - I was here the third time, work related travel. I try to rent this if it just happens to be available, because it is just so good. This time a additional good point came up. It was really cold outside, down to -10 degress in the night. The apartment is confortably warm. The radiator setting at 2 (out of 5) was enough. Nothing is perfect. The key box is really bad. The numbers are almost impossible to see when it is dark. The numbers are lost into the glitter of the bright metal dials when using a flashlight. It is also worn, when rotating one dial, the next one rotates with it. It is also placed too low. In the dark, the numbers become visible best when looking at the thigh from the downside, But for this it need to be kneeled down on the wooden terrace. Not very convenient if the terrace is wet or covered with snow. The other bad thing is the left terrace door (seen from inside). Either the door is warped or the locking mechanism is worn. The result is that the door may look and may feel closed and secured, but when drawing from the handle with a moderate force, the door opens. So I guess it could also be opened by pushing form the outside (did not test). It can be secured when pushed really hard from the top and at the same time kicking the bottom and leaning with the body to the middle, but without knowing this, the door could cause a nasty surprise.
• Anett (9/5): Perfekt, wenn man einen Städtetrip mit der Familie plant und dabei zentral gelegen, aber Selbstversorger sein mag - Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, sehr gemütlich! Selbst an einen Wassersprudler und eine Waschmaschine (inkl. Waschmittel!!) wurde hier gedacht! Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt -
• Oleksiy (10/5): Апартаменти варті уваги! - Чудове розташування, надзвичайно простора, охайна та затишна квартира, є все необхідне в ній. Біля центру та транспортної розв'язки. Поруч ресторани, бари, кафе. Доброзичливий господар. Все сподобалось.
• Merja (10/5): - Location, free parking, good TV (but streaming only), good beds, good kitchen equipment including a proper oven. Nice decoration. Enough available storage space for clothes etc. Nothing is perfect. The shower rail is too short, so only children can get the shower head over their head. Water pressure is typical German = low. Beware the left side door to the terrace. It need to be pushed very hard to get it locked. Otherwise it will appear closed, but can be opened with a light push from outside.

• Ilona (10/5): Hervorragende Lage am Stadtzentrum, trotzdem ruhig und superchic mit bester Ausstattung. - Lage unmittelbar am Stadtzentrum, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Große, helle Räume mit freiem Blick und kleiner Terasse davor. Wichtig war auch der Stellplatz für den PKW unmittelbar am Haus. Die Küche ist, wie Alles inder Wohnung , sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn man sich aber nicht selbst versorgen möchte, ist eine ab 7 Uhr geöffnete Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe. Viele gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig für die Abendgestaltung. Es gab zusätzlich umfangreiche Vorschläge für Freizeitmöglichkeiten in Halle.

• Christian (9/5): Top Wohnung um zu Fuß Halle zu erkunden. - Top Lage. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Parken im Innenhof. Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Von hier lässt sich Halle super erkunden. Es war alles super.
• Suzanne (8/5): - -tolle Einrichtung, sehr bequeme Betten -Nähe zur Innenstadt -Parkmöglichkeit im Innenhof Die Nähe zum Waisenhausring und der Hochstraße (viel befahren), Geräusch-empfindliche Gäste können möglicherweise nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen.

• S (10/5): Absolutely fantastic! - Very spacious, nice big and comfy beds, great bathroom, massive TV for relaxed evenings and it has an amazing heating system so you will not be freezing. The big windows let a lot of sunshine inside the flat. It's a super quiet place even though it is in the city centre next to a pretty busy road. The flat is situated just a few minutes walk from the main Marketplace (Martplatz) which offers great shopping opportunities. We literally felt like being at home and all our friends and family that visited were really impressed with the flat! Everything was provided like hand soap, towels, washing up liquid and washing detergent, teas, coffee milk and coffee pods. Spices in the kitchen seemingly have been left by previous guests (as the were several empty salt jars & mills and even some homemade mixes from other countries), so it was quite a mixed collection. However it would have been nice if salt and sugar would have been available as these are basic amenities but were missing.

• Razvan (10/5): Lovely, well located, comfortable, fully recommend it. - The location was very good, close to the city centre. The accommodation was big, spacious and it looked wonderful. The beds were some of the best I've ever seen in all my travels, so that alone raises the quality of the stay (since I am picky when it comes to sleep conditions) Nothing to add here.
