(lac ) Personnel d’étage (femme de chambre) amical, le seul SPÉCIAL BOOKING : j’ai pris cette chambre parce que je bénéficiais de 25% de réduction, d’abord pour une nuit. Le voyage m’a amené à prendre une nuit supplémentaire. Que la seconde nuit, soit facturée à 100% c’est normal, mais que la première le devienne aussi, c’est malhonnête. Accueil particulièrement austère, suspicieux, à la limite de l’agressivité. Personnel ne répondant pas à vos attentes. Un frigo en panne, un matelas qui a fait son temps, et un hall d’étage particulièrement bruyant jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Mais c’est au petit déjeuner que l’on se rend compte que l’on est pas à sa place, celui-ci est presque totalement dépourvu des standards occidentaux

- Paolo (4/5): Overall, a convenient location with friendly staff, but the room conditions and value for money could be improved. - Sure! Here’s that last part as a separate paragraph: ⸻ The location was great — easy to walk around and not far from Dong Xuan Market. The staff really tried to be helpful, and breakfast was fine, though it would’ve been nice to have some fresh juice. I found this hotel to be overpriced compared to others in the area, though I booked it in an emergency. My room faced another building so close that I could literally touch it from my window, leaving no opportunity for fresh air to circulate. There was also some water on the floor, which may have contributed to an unpleasant smell in the room. Additionally, an air conditioning unit located between the two buildings kept switching on and off throughout the night, disturbing my sleep. The place is outdated and appears to be neglected. I had another day in Hanoi, I booked elsewhere. I did not take pictures nothing good to share.

- The (8/5): Good location - The location was great! Near the main area in Old Quater. Losts of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and generally clean with good amenities. They had daily cleaning service so if you don't want them to clean the room you have a put the do not disturb sign. The water in the shower would go cold after a few minutes so it was challenging to take a shower. Also, you had to shower in the bathtub and the drainage for it was not very good. There was water backing back in the tub as I was showering. Also, the shower curtains needed cleaning.

- Chadz (7/5): It is far from the bustling city of Hanoi - It is far from the bustling city of Hanoi. I like the bathtub and hot shower. They clean your room everyday and they have mini refrigerator. It is outside Old Quarter but not too far Internet is VERY SLOW, no VIEW, you can hear people screaming and loud banging of doors from other rooms. It is pretty expensive for a normal hotel
