• Simon (6/5): Good location, cleanliness, very poor kitchen utensils - Good size room, good location. Perfect for a couple of nights as a base First I must say we booked elite 1 but ended up in elite 2 at the top of the stairs. There was 1 frying pan, no other pans but there was a pan lid No utensils, knives, bottle openers Cutlery was all bent (probably due to guests using it to cook and open things with) I messaged the owners and heard nothing back

L'appartamento è dotato di asciugacapelli, asciugamani e cucinino con lavatrice l'appartamento era freddino, erano presenti in dotazione due stufette ma in bagno non c'è alcuna presa elettrica per cui non è stato possibile riscaldarlo

• 승헌사랑 (9/5): - 일단 안전했다. 세탁기, 건조기, 모두 사용할수 있어 가족팀에 무척 좋다. 조리 도구도 있어 간단한 식사는 만들어 먹을수있다. 5분거리에 식료품점이 2곳, 작은슈퍼 1곳이 있다. . 샤워기 줄이 망가져서 물이 샌다.

• Nguyen (7/5): value for money - location no lift, super small stair, which causes challenges to carry luggage up to the 3nd floor when the studio 2 locates. Luckily we met the cleaners and she offered help to co- carry luggage upstairs to the room

Липсваше гардероб за дрехи. Липсваше течен сапун в банята. Беше пълно с някакви вентилатори- неяно защо, които нямаше къде да се сложат. Като цяло - не отговаря на цената която заплатих за настаняването!
• Jill (9/5): The location was very good and easy to get to. - It was very clean and good location. Didn't have a towel to dry your hands in the bathroom or kitchen .

Very clean and has everything you need for a short stay The bed has a very hard mattress, which I personally like, others may not. The main thing for me was the pillows available, which were very thin, this was the only disappointing part for me, so I would suggest providing more or a better quality pillow for comfort

• Goyea (8/5): I have stayed twice and would stay again because value for money and location is ideal. I just hope the Wi-Fi connectio - Location is great so close to public transport - host let us check in early - clean and modern and has everything you need for a short stay. Wi-Fi is absolutely shocking!! Does not work and 4G is even limited. Stayed at property twice now so this was not a one off. The other issue is lack of air - the bathroom window is the only one that opens all the other windows are sealed shut down so very stuffy - there is a fan however but not the same in warmer temperatures.
• Gill (4/5): Ok but we wouldn’t stay again - The location was good. The beds were so hard we got little sleep. Also it was far too hot with no air conditioning- the fans did nothing.

• Melanie (6/5): Nice little place but hot and noisy - The location was great. The bathroom and kitchenette were modern and clean. The coded entry was very simple to use and made check in and out easy. Whilst the second bed would be useful for a family group, I do think this place is too small for more than a couple and removing that to put in a comfy chair or small sofa would be beneficial. The place was sweltering when we arrived. There was a fan provided so this is obviously a regular issue. The bed was far too hard for me; my range of movement was reduced when I got up this morning. It was also incredibly noisy. We're former Londoners, we weren't expecting complete peace on a main road in zone 1, but the number of cars going by outside with music loud enough to shake the bed was astronomical and this went on until well past 1am. It's a real shame because there's nothing the owners can do about that but it did spoil our stay.

• Alexandru (7/5): Good - I liked the fact that it was clean. Can't fault on that. The fact that it mentioned two bedrooms apartments, in fact it was a studio flat. I was actually looking for two separate bedrooms but arrived in just one room with one single and one double bed. I was very disappointed as my search was specific on having two separate rooms(even if it was the living room). For that reason, my rating was down as I couldn't fault for clean it was. Hopefully, they will change the description in the future so others won't be as disappointed as I was.
• Ann (9/5): Great last minute stay- Thank you ☺️ - Clean and modern. Convenient to train/tube station. Host great to communicate with. Couldn’t find a thermostat. Beds a little hard. Soap/shampoo/conditioner would have been a nice addition
