• Agustina (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, a 5 minutos a pie del metro que conecta con el centro de la ciudad. Habitación pequeña pero confortable. Limpio. La propietaria fue muy amable. A fines de pasar la noche es un buen alojamiento para disfrutar la ciudad. La pava eléctrica estaba llena de cal, como si no hubiese sido limpiada hace mucho tiempo. Las paredes son muy finas, se podía escuchar a nuestros vecinos del departamento yendo a vomitar a la 1am repetidas veces. Más allá de algo que no puede controlar la dueña como la borrachera de los huéspedes, todo ok.

• LAURA (7/5): Pulizia e cortesia - Bagno nuovo e pulito e cortesia della proprietaria Il bagno di una delle stanze è accanto alla stanza e dovrebbe mettere almeno le targhette sulle chiavi per farle individuare, altrimenti occorre fare prove delle chiavi che aprono la stanza ed il bagno in continuazione, ogni qualvolta si passa dal bagno alla stanza e viceversa. Un po' di organizzazione in più non guasterebbe

• Tushar (10/5): Great Stay - The place is a cozy stay with a local neighborhood. The connectivity to the city centre is good. The major attractions are around 35-40 mins from the stay. The place is as it is mentioned in the description. It's very clean, safe and calm. The host is very responsive and nice. The self check-in is smooth and the instructions are very clear. The best thing is that considering the price and place, this is a really good option for tourists if you're okay travelling a bit and saving some money. Lastly, if you're hungry there are really nice eateries around as well which serve Italian delicacies. Nearest metro- Malatesta. Nothing. It's worth the price so no complains.

• Simran (9/5): Worth the money - Room was clean, and you can find everything you need in home. Owner was very helpful, explain a lot of things about city and transportation. There is metro station (Malatesta) near home, but always check before arrival, because in our time its under construction. There is also bus station near home. If you decide to walk the distance from city center to home, its a lot of way to walk. And not a bad thing, but the property is a home with 2 seperated rooms, kitchen is in shared use.

• Marek (9/5): - Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, a zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie i bezproblemowo, niezależnie od pory dnia. Lokalizacja świetna — linia autobusowa 81 zapewnia bezpośrednie połączenie z Koloseum. Okolica czysta, bezpieczna i pełna urokliwych restauracji, w których można rano napić się pysznego espresso, a wieczorem zjeść prawdziwą włoską pizzę. Zdecydowanie polecam!

The photos are true to reality. - Very nice host; the property was located at the ground floor of an appartment building in a quiet residential district, was spacious and quite well-equipped for the price, comfortable and clean. The shower base/tray was leaking a little.

• YURII (7/5): Оптимальное жилье - Прежде всего понравилось то, что хозяйка поселила на раньше срока заселения, а именно в 11:00 утра, что с учетом невыносимой жары на улице было очень кстати. Номер, был очень чистый, в номере (3-х местный) туалет и ванна расположены внутри номера. (в отличие от 2-х местного, где туалет и ванна в коридоре). Чистая кухня с достаточным количеством кухонных принадлежностей. Наличие вентиляторов как в номере так и в кухне, что хорошо при такой жаре. Рядом, в 3-х минутах ходьбы, метро - очень важный фактор, и остановка 81 автобуса до Колизея, если есть предпочтение ехать автобусом. Кондиционер не бесплатный - 5 евро. Мы не пользовались, так как вентилятора на потолке хватало. Но, честно говоря, расположение кондиционера неправильное. Он висит прямо над кроватью, и использовать его в таких условиях я бы не рекомендовал и не хотел, утром можно проснуться не здоровым человеком. И главное: не продумано выселение. Хозяйка сказала при выселении оставить ключ на столе комнаты. Мы выселяемся в 5:00 утра, у нас самолет. Представьте, какое оцепенение вас ждет, когда вы захлопываете дверь квартиры (ключ внутри), а выйти на улицу вы не можете, потому что дверь в подъезд нужно открывать тоже с помощью ключа! Утром темно, людей нет, вы заперты в подъезде, самолет улетает..... Нам пришлось держать все двери открытыми, подставлять чемоданы под дверь, чтобы открыть дверь на улицу, а потом возвращать ключ, забирать чемоданы из под дверей и захлопывать двери. Но мы чуть не закрылись.....
