• Robert (2/5): Schöne Stadt und die Unterkunft des Grauens - Das einzige die günstige Lage man kommt überall sehr schnell und regelmäßig hin ob Bus oder Tube alles perfekt. Auch die Supermärkte in der Nähe schnell erreichbar. Es war komplett dreckig. Am Anreisetag war die Unterkunft erst um 23.00 Uhr zugänglich. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit vor der ersten Vermietung. Es ist alles abgewohnt mindester Standard nichts mit beautiful der Deluxe. Zusagen die vor Ort zur Entschädigung gemacht wurden sind nach Abreise wieder Schall und Rauch…. Auch Hilfe von Booking.com bei der Entschädigung sehr mässig. Am 3. Tag war dann auch noch die Toilette verstopft die Behebung hat nur 8 Stunden und 3 Aufforderungen gedauert. Kurz und knapp: Auslegware ist der Dreck der letzten 5 Jahre zu sehen. Keine Schränke nur Kleiderstangen wie im Supermarkt, die Fliesen im Bad haben keinerlei Fugen mehr und sind zu 90% gebrochen. Die Aussicht in den Garten ist verwuchert mittendrin liegt eine hingeworfene Mülltonne der Eingangsbereich ins Haus mufft extrem da der unten im Haus wohnende Mieter es nicht kennt wie man mal ein Fenster zum lüften öffnet. Zumindest waren die Kinder in der Wohnung darunter so laut dass man morgens keinen Wecker benötigt naja wenigstens etwas…..

• Daneeka (7/5): The smell as we walked up the stairs was beautiful fresh and clean, loved the kitchen everything was on point to bookin - It was very thoughtful and clean smelt beautiful and loved the decoration of it.
• Thomas (7/5): Apartment mit toller Lage und Potenzial nach oben... - Die Lage war sehr gut und die Wohnung war so ziemlich mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Check in und Check out waren sehr unkompliziert. Vor dem Apartment gab es genügend freie Parkplätze auf der Straße zur Verfügung. Als man unten ins Haus kam, hat es ziemlich gestunken - was sich auf dem Weg nach oben aber verlaufen hat - allerdings spiegeln die Fotos nicht mehr die Wohnung dar, die man vorfindet. Das Sofa war etwas dreckig und abgenutzt. Die Wände im Badezimmer sind aufgeplatzt und die Tür dreckig. Insgesamt ist das Apartment etwas abgenutzt und müsste mal wieder renoviert / gründlich gesäubert werden. Für morgens raus und abends schlafen war die Wohnung aber okay.

• inge (5/5): - De ligging was dicht tegen openbaar vervoer en dichtbij winkels en de slaapkamers waren ruim De geur die er hing. De deuren waren vuil. De borden en glazen waren nog eten resten op. Het rubberen matje op gootsteen was vuil. Er stond nog afwas op gootsteen. Badkamer vloer is in slechte staat. Badkamer is zeer klein. Waterkoker vol kalk. Bak onder doorstromer hangt los. Barsten in de muur.op de foto's stond een koffieautomaat, die was er niet.
• Gimenez (8/5): Un excellent souvenir dans une rue calme du sud de Londres - Un logement spacieux, propre et clair, conforme aux photographies. Notre hôte a été réactif est très arrangeant sur les horaires de check-in et de check-out. Logement bien équipé, doté de nombreux miroirs et d'une cafetière, ce qui n'est pas si fréquent à Londres. Appartement tout proche d'un grand supermarché et de la station New Cross Gate (à 35 minutes de St Pancras) 3 tabourets de bar, c'est un peu juste pour un logement où l'on peut dormir à sept. La réception wifi était cahotique d'un moment à l'autre de la journée, comme si on partageait la connexion avec un autre foyer.

• Deniz Mand (2/5): - Die Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war sehr gut. Leider entspricht die Wohnung nicht den Bildern. Sie ist bereits ziemlich abgewohnt und sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Das Badezimmer ist verschimmelt, der Duschvorhang total versifft, eine reinste Zumutung! Im ganzen Haus stank es. Erst nachdem wir 24 Std. die Fenster offen hatten, ging es. Die Sauberkeit war eine Katastrophe: Socken vom Vormieter im Schlafzimmer, Reste und Krümel im Kühlschrank, Haare im Badezimmer und noch Wäsche in der Waschmaschine! Diese Wohnung ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

• Priyanka (3/5): Horrendous - not luxe, a property brought to a minimally livable condition. - It was conveniently located It was really grimy inside and filthy outside. It is by no means “luxe”, it’s the ‘landlord special’ where “renovation” has been undertaken to a very minimal and cheap standard, and the cleaning has not been done properly. There were broken electrical outlets (which was terrifying with a toddler). The beds were probably the cheapest beds on the market and would completely sink if you would sit on the side, and it was all done to the minimum livable standard.
• Karen (9/5): Fabulous, well equipped and conveniently located flat for a family visit to London. - Superb communication with host and very smooth process. The flat was comfy and well equipped and was in a superb location - 2 mins walk from train station and supermarkets, cafes, pubs etc. The host went above and beyond, sending our left behind ipad back promptly - very much appreciated. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting London.

• Adrian (6/5): Decent size rooms. It was okay but not “luxe” - All three rooms were a decent size, great we had a full size fridge freezer. Windows opened nice and wide for when it was hot and the road was quiet which is great for London. Host was attentive As soon as you walk in there is a very strong smell.. not too sure what of but it absolutely STANK! But once you were in the apartment you couldn’t smell it, only in the entrance and on the stairs

• Erendira (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is comfy and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the wifi works well. It is very well connected to central London and surroundings with many bus stops, metro, and train stations (5 minute walk from the apartment). The host was responsive and allowed early check-in, which we appreciated.
