- Glenn (6/5): Review on Dec 2, 2024 - Location is convenient. Airport transfer arranged by host was on time & courteous. Host management office approved a check out by 11am (instead of the usual 10am check out). Well equipped kitchen. Large TV in lounge room. Elevator access to the apartment. Good heating system in apartment. Apartment was still being cleaned when we checked in. The apartment is not as spacious nor as luxirious as it looks like as presented in the photos on Booking.com. The bathrooms are dated and in need of upgrade. The Master bedroom bathroom shower does not have a door, so water splashes onto the bathroom floor when showering. The room where the washing machine & dryer are kept is very messy. The couch in the Living/Lounge room is dirty Loud noise in the early morning (6am) by bottles being cleared downstairs. My request for a few extra toilet paper rolls soon after check in was immediately rejected by the host management office This is despite only 6 rolls being provided in total for 5 Adults for 7 days. I ended up having to buy additional rolls at my own expense. Surely providing an additional 6 rolls would not have been unreasonable to expect considering the price paid?
