• Yomatias77 (4/5): Si buscas descansar bien busca otro lugar - Solo la ubicación Las camas son chicas. Las cortinas no tapan las luces en la noche. El baño tiene un peligroso escalón y el lugar es chico. Los metros cuadrados que dice no se aprecian.

La cocina bastante completa, incluso con bebidas en la nevera. La anfitriona muy amable y respondió rápidamente a nuestros mensajes. Aire acondicionado en sala de estar y dormitorio. Había un supermercado con muy buen servicio a cinco minutos del apartamento Aunque lo sabíamos, no nos terminó que el retrete estuviese a otra altura. El baño en general es lo que menos nos gustó (mi pareja es alta y se daba con la repisa del espejo al lavarse la cara). Los escalones para acceder a la planta principal son un poco pequeños para nuestros pies grandes

• bruna (10/5): Execelente opçao perto do duomo e estaçao de trem - Ótima localizaçao! Facil acesso aos principais pontos de interesse, restaurantes, supermercado e lojas. Apartamento bem equipado e confortavel. Checkin facil, a Antonietta foi muito gentil e prestativa em nos dar todas informaçoes. Tambem havia algumas comodidades como sucos e vinho na geladeira, shampoo e sabonete no banheiro, e capsulas de café. Apesar de ter apenas 1 quarto com cama, O sofá cama na sala é muito confortavel. Tambem muito proximo tem o bar "i magnifici" que tem opçoes excelentes de café da manha com preços muito atrativos. Nenhum ponto negativo para minha experiencia, mas importante pontuar: A rua é um pouco barulhenta, as janelas vedam bem o som, mas pode incomodar algumas pessoas. O box pode ser um pouco pequeno para pessoas maiores.

• Haber (8/5): Great for two people, a little tight for four. - Nice place, great location. AC worked great. Space was a little tight for four people. Main bedroom was good, the rest of the apartment was very narrow.
• Alejandra (10/5): - I liked everything about this property, the location is super central you can walk to all the main attractions (ponte Vecchio, central market, galleria della academia) the train station is an easy 18 mins walk. The property is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The owner super responsive with an issue that we had the first day we got there and it was solved immediately. 10/10 recommend this property. We were a group of 3 and it was the perfect size, I slept on the couch and it was a good sleep. Nothing, everything great.

• Eva (10/5): Pergola 2/1 is your home in Florence - Pergola 2/1 is very central in the historic centre. It’s a 15 minutes walk from Stazione Santa Maria Novella. 5 minutes from the Duomo. If you get tired walking you can easily go back to Pergola to rest and freshen up. The property is very clean, beddings and towels are fresh. Everything that you need is available. Coffee machine, clean kitchen utensils, fridge with water, juice. Inside. We went in June and the temperature is 38 to 40 degrees, I should say the very good air conditioning in this property kept me alive. Excellent 👌 Antoinetta is very kind and responds to messages. • Mae (7/5): Good - Very convenient location, walkable to all the main attractions. Apartment has all the facilities you need and maximised the space very well. Host was friendly and helpful. Sirens at night due to close proximity to the hospital. Next to a busy street so a lot of outside noise and traffic at night.
• Kerber (10/5): Charming centrally located apartment! - Excellent host communication and very helpful. Centrally located and easy to access, anything you could want. It was a lovely small apartment with loads of charm. It had all the amenities needed for a long or short-term stay. I only had two nights there, but when I return to Florence, I will make it my go-to if available. It's not that I wouldn't say I liked it; however, be mindful that you are mobile-challenged, the stairs leading up are steep, and a larger than normal step. Also, it is a quiet area; however, the hospital is nearby, so you will hear sirens quite often.

I can say that the house had everything we could possibly need. We liked the house even more than Florence, which is the reason we decided to extend our vacation. • Peter (8/5): Great location of an imaginatively laid out appartment which has been thoughtfully well equipped. - Lots of good coffee thoughtfully left for us. Big fridge, good wi-fi and air con, washing machine. Well equipped with kitchen utensils. Oils, herbs, seasonings and dish and clothes washing liquids all provided. Kitchen well-laid out. Location very convenient for big sites. Bed comfy. Adequate clothes storage. Three small tables all with plugs. Lots of chairs. So can easily be used by 3 people even though small floor area. Sound insulation from street noise could be better. Take earplugs if a light sleeper. Some steep steps : hand graps for steep stairs and internal steps. Storage for heavy luggage in hallway might help. A bit short on local info including location of underused and helpful nearby City Tourist info office conveniently close on via Camilo Cavour. No info on best places to get food - to use in kitchen.
