• Ilary (10/5): Exceptional Stay - Exceptional stay. High class mansion with luxury features and size. Central location next to Hyde Park, South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations and many bus stops. Next to many shops and fabulous restaurants. Very welcoming host. Highly recommended!

L'emplacement était exceptionnel, à seulement quelques mètres de la station South Kensington, de Hyde Park et de tous les commerces, tout en étant situé dans une rue très calme, même fenêtres ouvertes. The mansion itself is incredibly large, stunning, absolutely beautiful, elegantly furnished: we couldn’t have wished for nicer. It is just a couple of mins walk to South Kensington and Gloucester road underground stations, entrance to Hyde Park and many high street, shops, grocery stores. Beautiful area. I would highly recommend Iris’ place, we will certainly return.

Convenient location to metro stations (2) and restaurants, and shopping for groceries. Advertised as a ground-level unit but is actually below-gound ("lower ground"?) with narrow steep access stairs. Shared trash dropoff area adjacent to entry door. Audible rumbling noises from metro trains at night from bedroom. Insufficient water heating capacity; ran out of hot water regualarly. Linens and towels were low quality. Small courtyard and skylights were very dirty.

L'appartamento era impeccabile (dovrei rubare il nome della loro addetta alle pulizie!). Appena entrati, si sentiva un profumo di fresco. Sono presenti tutti i comfort per una famiglia. Tuttavia, abbiamo soggiornato in inverno e la casa era piacevolmente calda e accogliente nonostante le temperature fredde esterne, grazie all'ottimo riscaldamento a pavimento. Posizione fantastica per ristoranti, negozi e mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro città. Avere un patio e una meravigliosa veranda è davvero utile! Ci tornerei sicuramente. Meraviglioso!

Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber (man hätte sich glatt die Reinigungskraft ausleihen sollen). Es roch herrlich frisch, als man hereinkam. Alle Annehmlichkeiten für die ganze Familie waren vorhanden. Wir waren im Winter dort, und das Haus war trotz der eisigen Temperaturen draußen dank der erstklassigen Fußbodenheizung extrem warm und gemütlich. Die Lage ist ideal: Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel mit direkter Anbindung in die Stadt sind schnell zu erreichen. Besonders praktisch waren die Terrasse und der wunderschöne Teeraum (auch Wintergarten genannt)! Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Wunderbar!

The space was immaculate with elegant furnishings that made it feel like a true home away from home. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The location is absolutely prime: next to 2 train stations, Hyde Park, museums, Michelin-stars-restaurants, designer shops, bars, memebers clubs, markets, and ultimately to Harrods! The lady owner was very responsive and attentive, ensuring we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting London!
• Flint (10/5): Special place to stay - excellent - Massive and very comfortable and luxurious apartment located right on one of London’s most beautiful garden squares, and located near some of the best shopping and restaurants. It’s very quiet so the sleeping was excellent. And, the place is extremely clean, very well stocked, and comfortable. If you’re looking for a special place to stay in London, book this flat!

• Amir (10/5): A Wonderful Stay in a Stunning residence - A stunning residence. All the furnishings and linen was to a very high standard. The accommodation was so clean (need to pinch their cleaner). Smelt so fresh when you walk in. All amenities are there for the family. However we were there in the winter and the home was extremely warm and cosy despite the freezing temperature outside, thanks to the top notch underfloor heating. Great location for restaurants, shopping and public transport straight into the city. Really helpful to have a patio and a gorgeous tea room (also called "conservatory")! Would certainly stay there again. Wonderful!

Location is super nice as well, right in the middle of the city close to nature and parks as well as historical landmarks. So much to do around the location. This is now my go to place whenever I visit London.

It couldn't have been a better set up- the house is massive, and the owner added 2 extra single beds for us, in addition to the 2 UK King size beds. Very comfortable double living room, lots of seating to eat meals, comfortable beds and more closet space than I've ever seen in an apartment. We stayed for the week and ate several meals at the apartment- the kitchen is stocked with plenty of plates, glasses and silver ware and has every utensil you could possibly need. It was about a 4-minute walk to the Tube stops (both South Kensington and Gloucester Road) and easy to ride to any of London's attractions. 5 of the most famous London museums are also round the corner! There are lots of shops, pubs, take aways, restaurants and supermarkets nearby that make this a very convenient place to stay. The owner met us in person and was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in London in the future.

• Dalia (10/5): Very chic apartment mansion - This apartment was AMAZING!!! Perfectly located for our first trip to London. Just beautiful and modern. High-end kitchen, double living areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. Slept so well! Easy walk to Whole Foods, tube station, restaurants, bus stop, and easy for Uber Eats to find us! Kensington Gardens / Hyde Park across the street—walk to High Tea at The Orangery and Kew and Albert Hall! The location is really just fabulous. Marble was an amazing host! You cannot go wrong with this very chic Apartment!!!

We had a bad experience with another property during that week end, and booked Marble's mansion last minute. She was so welcoming, helpful and professional, making sure we had everything we needed, and very proactive on making sure everything was alright. The place is superlative, massive, and luxurious, super clean & beautiful inside. The location of the property is absolutely superb, with Hyde Park, Harrods, and numerous restaurants and shops all within walking distance. We loved our stay!! Thank you!!
• Relax (10/5): Absolutely Exceptional - We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place + From the moment we walked in, we couldn’t help but say “wow.” The place is pure luxury and insanely massive. It is spotless, stylish, and the open, spacious double size lounge, open pan kitchen and conservatory tea-room was absolutely wonderful. All of us who stayed there were able to relax and enjoy our time very comfortably. The kitchen was large and perfect for having dinner together, and the dining table and all the appliances were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The bathroom amenities and towels were even better than those of many hotels. The host was very responsive and helpful, and check-in was completely smooth with no issues at all. The location was also very convenient, being next to Harrods, the underground station and even Hyde Park, which made getting around easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

The mansion is warm, with cozy ambience despite the enormous size, so it genuinely feels like home. The location is safe with plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The host Marble and her staff were friendly, quick to respond, and made check-in easy. Would happily stay again on our next trip to London.

We were just 4 and it was absolutely perfect for us as it gave us loads of privacy. It was spotlessly clean with everything we could need provided. Short walk to the tube and close to great restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to return!

• Linda (7/5): Overall, a nice stay with a friendly owner, friendly owner. With some improvements, this could be an outstanding rental. - This apartment was in a great location and the tube station was just a few minutes walk away. There was plenty of space and a large living area. It was also relatively quiet. The check-in was thorough and the property owner gave helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants. The bed in the primary was only a full, older, and not comfortable. It felt extremely small for an apartment of this level. Although the kitchen was quite large, there were not many essentials needed for cooking. The pots and pans were in extremely poor shape and difficult to cook with. The doors to the en suite bathrooms were all glass, which totally exposed you to anyone in the bedroom while also flooding the bedroom with light if you needed to use it in the night time. One bathroom had a large glass window that looks out over a sitting area in the shared space of the apartment. There was a blind you could pull down, but it was not operational.

The location was perfect, with great coffee shops, restaurants, and high-end shopping all within walking distance. We’ll definitely be returning to this property.
• Shirlok (10/5): EXTRAORDINARY - Marble's mansion is extraordinary - massive, beautifully decorated, with lots of natural light and in a top location next to Hyde Park, South Kensington and Knightsbridge. With its superb layout that allows for both privacy, and comfortable spaces, it is ideal to gather a large family or group. The beds are very comfortable, there are thoughtful details (make-up/shaving mirrors, quality shower gel, plenty of coffee capsules for the coffee machine). We also appreciated the small bonus "CONSERVATORY ROOM as it comes with a separate living area, and the spacious laundry room with separate washer and dryer. The kitchen is massive and open-plan and extremely well-equipped. The location is delightful, across from a lovely green square with mature trees - and next door to South Kensington tube station, Knightsbridge and Harrods too! Also very close to every possible shop, store, grocery market, and many museums. What a delightful stay, thanks again Marble!

Beläget på en elegant lummig gata med många fyrkantiga trädgårdar, bredvid tunnelbanestationen South Kensington, många butiker, restauranger och berömda museer. Ägaren Marble var mycket tillmötesgående och ordnade tidig och sen bagageförvaring. Hon kunde också ge oss plats för en extra dag när vi insåg att vi hade bokat en dag för lite. Mycket uppskattat.

• Marko (10/5): Outstanding - Absolutely loved Marble’s beautiful townhouse. The property is massive and looks exactly like in pics. The location was the best! Very quiet and walkable distance to every major destination in central London. I absolutely advise everyone to stay at Marble's home.
• Tess (10/5): Wonderful - We had a wonderful stay! Marble was a fantastic host - thoughtful, responsive, and made everything so easy for us. The home was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring London. Would definitely stay again!
• Nil Maya (10/5): Amazing Flat - The host was outstanding, and the location couldn’t have been better. The apartment is impressively spacious—a rare find in South Kensington. It’s a large, comfortable flat equipped with all the essential kitchen amenities, making the stay both convenient and enjoyable. Due to the apartment's large size, the Wi-Fi signal was weak in the farthest room especially when the door was closed.
• Mattheus (10/5): Great and well organised - The check-in reception was great, the mansion is well organised, clean, and very large, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The location was really unique and rare, everything was nearby and it was easily accessible from the city. The owner, Ms Marble was very kind and checking up to see if we ever needed anything.
• Paulette (10/5): - This place is located in excellent location, walking distance to the most famous London museums and Harrods, the mansion is the same as shown in the photos and the size is great: genuinely massive. Marble was friendly and very helpful. We asked and received local recommendations and the instructions were very clear. The app city-mapper that was given to us in the instructions made it easy to get around London using the Tube. Overall, this place was better for us party of 5 to stay here than in a hotel for sure.

• Adisak (10/5): Exceptional on every front - I came for business in London and this mansion was a great find. Huge size and the location couldn’t be better - right near Knightsbridge, Sloane Street, and Harrods, making it easy to walk everywhere. The space was extremely clean and everything felt recently updated and well cared for. All rooms are massive which is indeed a very rare find. The host was exceptional — quick to respond and genuinely helpful throughout.
• Zayed (10/5): Absolutely stunning property, in perfect location and with a great host. - This mansion is conveniently located in a posh area, just a few minutes walk to South Kensington tube station, Harrods and Hyde Park. The size of the property is just outstanding and we felt like royals. The beds and massive sofas were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The WiFi was especially impressive, and the multiple large screen TVs were nice. The owner Marble was very friendly and welcoming. She met us for our check-in and gave us many tips and pieces of useful advice. The beautiful furniture and massive size of the property made us feel very lucky to book and we will suggest it to our friends and family from home.
• Joana (6/5): Not suitable for families with children and the owner of this property will aggressively seek ways to get extra money fr - Even though the address on Booking.com is false and they give you the correct one hours before you arrive, the location is good. Not in the most touristy area, but there's a train station and plenty of places to eat nearby! The owner of this property tried to extort money from us as soon as we left! Before we left this house, the service person arrived to inspect the property, and on our way to the airport, the owner of this property, quite rude, began extorting us via WhatsApp, initially asking for some towels. We explained that we washed the towels and they were in the laundry room. She immediately sent photos of the trash in the bathroom, saying there were papers there! "Oh my god, it's a trash can!" Arguing that she would have to pay to clean the place, admitting that she generally doesn't clean this property before renting it out! And demanding money! Another detail: The house is in the basement of a building. The door is across from the building's trash dump, so in the heat, a horrible smell comes in through the kitchen windows. We rented this house as a family of six (my husband and I, and four children). It was very uncomfortable sleeping there, with only two very small beds. The living area has a very heavy stone table that's a danger to children! I don't recommend this place for families!

Electrical skylights and shutters for maximum privacy. Stunning conservatory with bouquet feather lamp. We truly enjoyed this magnificent property!

• Aseela (4/5): I didn’t like it - The hose is big The house is located in lower underground floor and was not mentioned in booking. It price was expensive with value of money for one night . It difficult to family who have more travel big bags and the bathroom walls are (glass doors ). This is not suitable for family and break there personal privacy specially for Arabs family .
• Reem (3/5): Poor - This hotel policy is very bad. We booked the hotel on December 17, and we are arriving on December 18, and the landlady keeps insisting that we need to pay for an early check-in for £150. How come we are early check-in? Our booking starts from December 17. This policy is very bad. And the landlady is rude. The land lady of this hotel is forcing us to delete the reviews so we can get service fee we pay for her. She doesn’t want that people will know how rude she is.
