• Chatura (7/5): - Location was center on the canberra and very easy to access massive shopping malls just by walk. Inside parking was a benefit since the road sides were super busy. Modern equipped apartment was so good. Sofa bed couldn’t use as mentioned. It was dented and not cleaned enough to sleep.

• Kath (10/5): Family-oriented, cozy, clean, fully-furnished , convenient and host is - This is our first time at this apartment and we, especially the kids, love this unit. The place is very clean, fully-furnished, safe and quiet and very close to the mall. The room is bright and you can literally feel the sunrise greeting you a warm morning. The ground level has chinese restaurants and a coffeeshop, and there is also a medical clinic. Jane is very organised and communicates very well. She has all the instructions everywhere and she takes very good care of you. Overall, it's so relaxing and convenient to stay in this apartment. We will definitely come back.

• Alok (9/5): Excellent quality property. We had a very comfortable stay. - The property had taken care of every little detail and was aesthetically designed. All the stuff from utensils to toiletries was of excellent quality. Its location in front of the Canberra Centre is a great plus. When we requested for clothes stand, the property manager was quick to send a new one the next morning. Value for money ... it was on the higher side. It could have been between AUD 25 to 50 less

• Tracy (10/5): Loved it - Great location. Very clean. All the basic amenities were kept. The host has been very thoughtful in setting up the place. Received very clear instructions about everything. All the cupboards were neatly labeled. Really a great place to stay
• Susan (7/5): A little noisy but comfortable - Nice modern flat in accessible location. Nice bedroom. There were 4 of us so 2 slept on the sofa bed, sheets were in a cupboard for us to use. Quite well stocked kitchen, able to make a basic meal. Overall, a comfortable overnight stay for those who slept in the bedroom. Mostly very clean but a bit more attention to detail may be good- used cotton bud and stray earring in a cupboard, crumbs in pantry cupboard, shower a little mouldy in parts. Hair on bathroom floor, no bin bag in bathroom bin. The rug has seen better days. There was only one glass so we had to drink from mugs. Sofa not too bad so sleep on but one person is next to the wall and the sheet kept coming off; providing an elasticated undersheet with some sort of underneath protection for the sofa would be useful (sofa had a few stains on it). The pillows on the main bed were fine but the spare pillows in the cupboard (for the sofa) were extremely thick so unusable for us. Maybe a few thinner pillows would be good. Be aware, this flat is on a busy road and right opposite a shopping centre, the view is on the parking lot (didn’t bother us), the road did get noisy on a Friday night till quite late. Parking is quite narrow but not too bad; a bit of a faff to find somewhere to stop to collect keys then find the parking (needs remote to open), then reverse procedure on way out, but hosts send lots of instructions and do their best to make it easy.

• Lisa (9/5): Fantastic stay in the centre of Canberra - A fantastic location right next to Canberra Centre and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. A great set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Directions to get into the apartment block and park in the garage were excellent. Highly recommended Nothing
• Peta (6/5): The lack of attention to basic detail was disappointing so the property was not value for money. - The location was good however it was noisy all night. It is located directly opposite the CBD Westfield so that is a great location. The host was easily contactable and provided good instructions for key collection and parking. Due to the CBD location traffic is constant, its noisy and the lighting from the shopping complex beams in between the window shutters all night. I asked if there was linen provided for the sofa bed and was assured by the host I did not need to bring any. However this was not the case. The only available bedding was 2 pillows and a doona. Nothing to cover the sofa mattress. It also did not smell like all linen was freshly laundered. Additional to this, toiletries and hand soap provided was poor. There was virtually no hand soap available in the bathroom. At $250 for one night this was definitely not worth the cost.

• Huaqing (8/5): good location and well managed - 1. location is king 2. free Stan and Netflix 3. clear instructions provided so check-in/out was smooth without having to talk to owner 1. parking lot is small so our SUV had to fold mirrors to fit in the parking lot next to a concrete pillar 2. beddings and linens are dusty 3. curtains are not fully covering and installed poorly so light from street can be annoying

Good communication from host Utensils provides were a bit ordinary, lounge and rug had stains and didn't seem as clean as you would hope for the cost of a 1 bed apartment. Car park was tiny when driving and parking a large SUV like a Kluger

Perfect home away from home. So central. Walking distance to everything you need. It's perfect. Canberra was -6 when I was there but that can't be helped 🤣
• Kung Keat (8/5): Excellent location and clean. - Location, location, location. Very convenient to Canberra Centre and all the major bus/light train stops within the city. Good access to restaurants and cafes. If check-in can be slightly earlier, i.e. around 2pm, that would be great. Understandably, they needed the cleaning crew to clean the place up first, which was done well.

• Hunter (10/5): Best value for money - Super comfy bed and the shower was great Illergic to some animal hides so the couch pillows were iffy. But the place was amazing so it didn't bother me at al. Oh also the sliding doors on the balcony are hard to close
• Rebecca (10/5): Lovely. - The apartment was in the perfect location and very well appointed. The thoughtful addition of toothbrush packs was a god send for us!! My daughter loved the little packs of gummy bears and slippers. It was pretty fantastic. Only issue was someone had forgot to turn the dishwasher on after last guest but not a big deal.

• Louise (10/5): Marvellous place to stay - It had everything you could ever need, and the location was amazing. It was homely too with little plants and lovely finishing touches. Perfect place to call home for a few days. They even had lovely soap, shampoo and conditioner plus extra toilet roll. Everything was thought of Everything was perfect except I could not find a tea towel for the life of me. I'm sure they had one. They had everything else you could need. I ended up using one of the 2 hand towels suplied
