• Joao (8/5): - Das comodidades em geral. Ter ferro para a roupa Fazerem as camas todos os dias e garantirem limpeza. Nao haver chatice com nada e ser tudo certinho com os dados para o checkin através do chat Barulho a noite devido ao metro e ambulâncias ou carros que passam nesta zona.. É fornecido tampões de ouvido para dormir o que ajudou imenso Extrator do WC faz muito barulho com a luz acessa.

• Amalia (8/5): Bella scoperta, ci ritorniamo - Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione eccellente per visitare la città ma non stare nel caos turistico del centro. Molto pulito e accogliente,la signora delle pulizie molto gentile e molto apprezzato il caffè sempre disponibile. Pochi spazi per appoggiare le cose e un po' di luce in più almeno in bagno. Per chi ha il sonno leggero passa il tram, nel mio caso non ho avuto nessun problema e devo dire erano forniti tappi per le orecchie.

• Lisa (8/5): Good location, clean and comfortable but a little noisy - The location was good, close to the tram stop to the airport, 10 minutes walk from the train station and around 15 minutes walk from the centre. There’s a couple of cafes and small shops for water and snacks right outside. Access details were simple and they supplied coffee and water in the room. The duvet on the bed was a winter duvet so it was too hot at night and there is air conditioning but I would prefer a lighter bed cover. Our room was onto a busy road so you definitely need earplugs (which they do supply), especially when the tram is running. There seemed to be nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom or anywhere near a mirror, a shelf in the bathroom above the sink would have been handy.
• anita_cr (8/5): Posizione TOP - La posizione è sicuramente molto comoda per muoversi in centro a piedi. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di un edificio che dà su una strada in cui passa il tram. Buone comunicazioni con gli host, check in con codici in autonomia. La colazione non era inclusa ma la struttura mette a disposizione delle capsule per il caffè, bustine di the e acqua. Bagno piccolo ma con tutto il necessario. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo (103 euro per 3 persone quando ho soggiornato io). I letti non comodissimi e il passaggio del tram non aiutano a dormire proprio benissimo se si è sensibili al rumore. L'host mette a disposizione i tappi per le orecchie per attenuare il rumore ma se non si è abituati si fa fatica.

One of the shower doors was missing, we still managed to use the shower using one door to close, but I’d suggest fixing

• Corina (6/5): Ok but I would not stay here again. - The proximity to the main train station was very convenient. They provided access to coffee and tea which was nice. There was mold in the room which made us uncomfortable. The personelle was never around so in case we needed something, we could not talk to anyone easily. (Thankfully we did not need something.) It can get quite noisy if there is a lot of traffic/people on the street (if you are sesnitive to noise, this is not for you).

• Dorianne (9/5): - The stay was good. Good communication with Gino the owner. A good central place, walking distance to the centre attractions and to all transportation. Gino was very kind providing tea ,coffee and water daily. The only problem that I had was the lift, it was too small to fit my baby pushchair. I needed to lift it up every time but at least there are 1 storey stairs

• melvin (8/5): - Very close to the main attractions. Clean and very good service. We did not have any breakfast. Being close to the centre , the area is a bit noisy, especially the Tram which passes very frequently in the area. Tram service stops at 12:30AM and starts at 5:30AM.

• raquel (8/5): Un alojamiento céntrico pero ruidoso - El alojamiento se encuentra a 5 minutos andando de la estación de trenes y muy cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas. La habitación y el baño son amplios y los limpian cada día. La habitación no está NADA insonorizada. Además de oír al resto de huéspedes, el alojamiento se encuentra en una calle por la que pasa el tranvía por lo que el ruido era insoportable.

• Sandra (9/5): Buena opción precio-calidad. - La habitación es cómoda y limpia. Muy cerca de la estación de trenes y a 25 min del Palazzo Vecchio caminando. La parada del tranvía al aeropuerto está muy cerca del alojamiento. Súper bien detalle el café y las galletitas! Gracias! Extrañé el contacto humano!

It's not terribly far from the center if you loke to walk, and very close to the station Tiny bit of tram noise but nothing to really complain about. The toilet is not inside the room but it's private.

• Domenico (8/5): Ottimo B&B - Posizione a pochi passo dalla fermata del tram e dalla stazione, pulizia della camera e cortesia verso il cliente con piccoli gesti come bottigliette d’acqua e cialde per caffé/thé. Nulla.
• Vanessa (7/5): Cerca del tren - La limpieza y los adicionales de cortesía Como café, te, agua. El baño privado estaba fuera de la habitación y aunque así lo contrate me resultó incómodo, tenes que salir, abrir, cerrar cada vez que vas. Pienso que podría solucionarse uniéndolo al dormitorio xq esta justo al lado. Pienso que se tendría que modernizar y/o renovar la cama y los muebles, todo es antiguo, inclusive el edificio. Las almohadas son viejas e incómodas. El último día se sentia olor a cigarrillo, no venía del alojamiento sino de otro departamento pero se filtraba por la ventana por lo que deberían poner burletes para evitar estás filtraciones.

• Eugenia (9/5): Tutto ottimo - Posizione comoda, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e 5 dalla stazione. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un concerto all'Arena di Visarno. Molto comodo, infatti era a 20 min a piedi, che ci ha permesso di evitare tutta la gente sui mezzi al ritorno del concerto. Letto comodo e bagno nuovo. Colazione in camera semplice, con caffè, tè e qualche biscotto, nonostante non fosse nella prenotazione. Molto gradito! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, soprattutto contando la media dei prezzi di Firenze. Non c'è il frigo in camera, ma è nella hall. Comunque molto comodo, infatti rifornito di bottigliette d'acqua comprese.

• Juan Pablo (10/5): Excelente❤️ - La ubicación estaba espectacular. Realmente todo fue excelente, y lo que más valoramos y nos hizo sentir en casa fue la atención de la señora Lucy. Sencillamente memorable, muy atenta y servicial. Aparte, la habitación era bastante grande, cómoda, el abaño tenía todo lo necesario y aparte estaba muy bien cuidado todo. Aparte había agua para tomar y cafecito… eso lo hizo más especial aún. Todo fue muy bueno

• MariannaFornaro (4/5): Bagno da sistemare!!! - Letto grande e comodo, selfie check-in Il bagno era umidissimo e maleodorante, la ventola non funzionante e lo scarico aveva un sistema di aspirazione/risucchio rumoroso che partiva da solo ogni 10 14 minuti... sinceramente davvero disagiante.
• Débora (8/5): - Molto pulita, coperta calda e di qualità, kit di benvenuto, vicina (circa 7’-10’ a piedi) dalla stazione / parcheggio coperto a pagamento. Molto vicina al tram, il cui rumore (se hai per caso il sonno più leggero) può dare abbastanza fastidio durante la notte. Maniglia del bagno rotta (quindi se non volevi rischiare di rimanere chiuso dentro il bagno bisognava lasciare la porta soltanto socchiusa/ appoggiata). Altri suggerimenti: aggiungere dei semplici ganci in bagno in modo da poter appendere gli asciugamani da viso e da bagno sarebbe molto utile.

• julien (5/5): Charmant mais bruyant - Chambre proche du centre de Florence. Café et eau à volonté, et petit frigo à disposition ! Une chambre très bruyante. Aucune insonorisation, nous entendions tous les bruits (portes, tramway, chaudière, voisins,...). De plus, la salle de bain et les toilettes se situent en dehors de la chambre, pas très pratique quand on doit se lever plusieurs fois la nuit.

• Adriana (7/5): - Estaba muy bien ubicado y limpio. Tenía ascensor y daban opción de pagar el impuesto con tarjeta. La “cama doble” en realidad eran dos camas unidas y se sentía un hueco en el colchón. El aire no funcionaba y se sentía el ruido del tranvía.

• Sylvia (7/5): Nichts für Lärmempfindliche - Da die S-Bahn direkt vor der Tür fährt, ist man schnell am Flughafen. Zum Bahnhof kann man auch in ein paar Minuten laufen. In die Stadt ist es etwas weiter, aber zu Fuß machbar. Die S-Bahn fährt alle paar Minuten vor dem Zimmer vorbei und das ist sehr laut. Es laufen auch sehr viele Menschen laut redend vor dem Fenster vorbei, da die Unterkunft an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Ein anderer Gast meinte mitten in der Nacht (2 Uhr) auf dem Flur telefonieren und sich dort Kaffee kochen zu müssen. Vielleicht sollte man dort Nutzungszeiten anbringen, obwohl es eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein sollte, andere nachts nicht zu stören. Das Zimmer war nicht gemütlich eingerichtet.

• Angie (7/5): Recommended for heavy sleepers - Only a 10 minute walk to the station and not far from there to the main attractions, this air bnb style accommodation seemed ideal. The bed and particularly the pillows were comfortable and the room large enough for 2 open suitcases. Ample power points, and a clean bathroom, though there was a slight whiff of something unpleasant. As others have noted, our room was right outside the tram (and train) line, which didn't seem to let up all night with noise and rumbling. Having not slept well here for 3 consecutive nights, I would only recommend this place if you're a heavy sleeper. Otherwise you'll find yourself very fatigued, which isn't great on a trip that requires a lot of energy and walking.

• monia (7/5): Attenzione all’auto se l’avete con voi! - La stanza è abbastanza grande, un po’ rumorosa per via del tram che passa sotto. L’appartamento si trova al piano primo. L’host molto cordiale. Gli ambienti molto ben puliti. Il materasso con cuscino migliorabile, in linea comunque con il costo della stanza. Purtroppo durante la notte abbiamo l’asciato l’auto in strada, sulle strisce blu, ci hanno spaccato un vetro. Meglio cercare un garage per la notte!
