• Patrizia (9/5): Piacevole e rilassante. La Grecia è accogliente - Struttura molto spaziosa, ben organizzata e recentemente ristrutturata. L’host è stato estremamente disponibile per adattarsi alle nostre esigenze. Nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto l’occorrente per l’igiene personale e della struttura. Asciugamani per più unità oltre quelle oggetti della prenotazione. Noi eravamo in 4 e ne abbiamo trovato per 8. Elettrodomestici moderni ed utilissimi per vivere al meglio la vacanza (Smart-TV, lavastoviglie, lavatrice). La strada in cui c’è l’ingresso dell’edificio è leggermente isolata, sebbene a 5 minuti dalla metropolitana di Singrou-Fix ed a 10 minuti dall’Acropoli.

• Eleni (9/5): Great apartment for a group visiting the Acropolis - The location was great for exploring the Acropolis area and was very conveniently located by a metro station. The apartment was comfortable for 5 people and the kitchen was well supplied. The A/C and the hot water worked well. It was also great to have access to a washing machine! The people managing the apartment were very helpful with coordinating checking in and out, and they also were very helpful with giving recommendations for local food. For a group of up to 5 people, this is a great spot! The only things that seemed like they could be improved related to the bathrooms. There was only 1 towel hook per bathroom so for 5 people, it was hard to hang towels for everyone. Also, in 1 of the bathrooms, the showerhead height could be adjusted, but it kept lowering back to the lowest height. The shower still worked fine, it was just annoying when the shower head kept lowering. Overall, these things would not keep me from staying here again!

• Judith (10/5): Fantastische ervaring! - Bij aankomst werden we opgewacht door de Host die ons meteen een rondleiding gaf door het appartement. Zeer compleet ingericht, het ontbrak ons aan niets. Airco was fantastisch (en nodig), we konden wassen, we konden alles vragen via een appgroep (met het personeel en een IA assistent dus geen andere toeristen 😉). Fruit stond op tafel, we kregen koekjes, er stonden zelfs al ijsklontjes in de vriezer. Tussendoor werd schoongemaakt als je daar om vroeg (het werd ook aangeboden). Er waren echt goede restaurants op nog geen 5 minuten lopen en supermarktjes op nog geen 3 minuten lopen. Oven, magnetron dus je kon ook zelf koken. Allerlei highlights zoals de Acropolis, Plaka, de vlooienmarkt van Monastiraki, het Olympisch Stadion, de opstapplaats voor excursies waren voor ons (moeder met kids van 14,12 en 9 jaar) op loopafstand (max 30 minuten lopen). Maar met een taxi app (FreeNow) stond een taxi binnen 1 minuut voor je deur. Ik raad dit iedereen aan! (Waarschijnlijk gaan mijn ouders eerst 😉) Op de site stond ontbijt in het appartement, dat hebben we niet gezien dus zou misschien van de site af moeten. Maar met de supermarkt zo dichtbij en alles wat verder zo perfect was, maakt dat ook echt niets uit.
• Anna (8/5): Great property but a little far to walk to main Athens attractions. - The apartment was pretty clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were very friendly and responsive. There was plenty of space for our family, and it was comfortable and quiet. They provided juice, fruit, and cookies for guests upon arrival, which was a nice amenity. The online description was accurate, and I would recommend this property. The A/C unit in the secondary (twin) bedroom stopped working so it got warm in there at night. We told them upon checkout. The hot water was tricky but was fine overall. The location was a bit further from the main attractions (Acropolis, Agora, Plaka, etc) than it seems, and walking is possible but difficult due to the layout of the city. We also had a younger child with us, which contributed to the difficulty. We prefer to walk to see as much of a place as we can rather than relying on public transport. Having a washing machine was great but instructions would be helpful (I don't read Greek), and a drying rack would be good as I had to get creative about where to hang up our clothes to dry. Overall it was a good place to stay.

• Milos (10/5): Family vacation - Absolutely everything! We were in apartment Nr 4. I highly recommend it to families with young kids as under the floor is electric room and under it is some business rentals so they can be as loud as you want. Nobody cares :) We are family with two boys 1.5 and 3.5 who run and play all the time. There are two real bathrooms with showers and two spacious bedrooms. We travel somewhere almost every month, and this apartment is in top 3 for kids and by price definitely number one!

• William (9/5): Highly Recommend you stay here - We loved it - We had never used this type of service before so were a bit nervous. Great coordination on WhatsApp, arranged airport pick up and great communication. The flat was lovely and there were a number of thoughtful things like drinks and snacks provided. The flat was nicely appointed and very close to key locations. Nice restaurants, pharmacy and bakery short walking distance. I would highly recommend and had washer for clothes also. I would say nothing but there are a few small points worth noting. The area had some construction but that seems normal in the City. I would select this area as the shopping squares are a short taxi away. They could use a lamp in the living room but that is more of a suggestion not a complaint. Fantastic stay and thanks so much.

Communication was seamless from the start, with the team setting up a WhatsApp group ahead of time, so we knew exactly who to reach out to. The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—snacks, water, ice, laundry and dishwasher pods, and kitchen essentials like salt and pepper. Firstly, the hosts were professional and competent and they even provided extra touches like sweet bread and jams, fruit and water bottles in the fridge on arrival. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped, with attention given to even the smallest detail. It is great value for money, and I will most definitely stay there again.

Our apartment was burglarized when we stepped out for dinner even though we did double lock the front entrance to the building. The main problem is that the apartments are targeted by the thief. We were told by the property owners that this was not an isolated incident, and that the thief knows when the apartments are not occupied.

We were pleasantly surprised to find an array of complimentary items such as juices, water, coffee, tea, and bread, perfect for starting our day with a delightful breakfast. Furthermore, we greatly appreciated the staff's kindness in offering to store our luggage at no extra cost after the checkout time, as our flight was scheduled later. A safe and secure car park next to the local bus station with secure and cheap (8euro for 24 hrs) just a two minute walk away. Apartment is well equipped and very clean. A bit noisy but not awful, it’s in the middle of thx city but to be expected. No street parking nearby but a good underground at park 2 mins walk away.

The location is great as it is close to the Acropoli, nevertheless we ended up having some troubles sleeping as there is a lot of noise in that street.

In an ideal location, walking distance to the Parthenon and all the shops and restaurants around it, a €5 taxi from the centre and in the midst of non tourist area so you get all the benefits of living like a local. The apartment is spotless, and very well equipped. The beds were very comfy, the towels fluffy and it had everything we needed. Nothing.

• Lucy (10/5): Absolutely excellent stay - Everything was as described, but exceeded expectations on arrival. Great space, well equipped and well thought out space and set-up for guests. Unpacking was simple as great cupboard space. Easy to interact with property owners and great response times. So helpful. Property was more ideally located tha we appreciated and easy to do lots on foot, but also extremely handy for public transport. Building was quiet and immediate streets not too busy with traffic. Superb shops (groceries, fruit, organic foods, 24hr bakery, coffee shops) within minutes of the apartment. Nothing to dislike, all was spot on, and in general exceeded expectations. We were there during the Cerberus heatwave and the location of the apartment and the comfort of it made all of this easily manageable and didn't detract from our stay whatsoever.

Location, facilities, and the hosts were all excellent. The hosts are very helpful with recommending places to eat , since we came in quite late at night. It’s walking to Acropolis but yet away from the tourist traffic. In a quiet residential neighbourhood with many great local places to eat within a few minutes of walking. Nice coffee and breakfast places just below on the main road too. Not too far from any places to see, within reasonable cab fare. Nothing at all

• Lopez (10/5): Very nice accommodations close to great food places - The unit was very comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable, and the couch in the living room could be opened for extra bed. The air conditioners worked. There were plenty of hot water for the four of us. There was a washing machine. We hung our clothes to dry. Very modern and beautifully appointed unit. The host helped arrange taxi upon arrival and departure with a reasonable rate of 45 euros one way during daylight hours. She also allowed us to keep our luggage in the office after check out since we had a later flight. There were some juice, coffee, creamer pods and bread in the unit along with fruits in the fridge. The entry and hallway was dark. The building across was abandoned and empty. Otherwise, it felt safe during the day and close to several great bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops.

• Rowanne (10/5): Excellent in every way and very enjoyable. - One of our best stays ever! Couldn’t fault it. The flat was beautiful and very well-maintained. Everything was clean and everything we could think of was provided. The staff were super helpful and responsive- they also arranged our van to the airport for us. The area is very safe and within 5 minute walking distance to lots of cafes, bars, and shops. The Acropolis, Plaka, and Monastiraki are all within walking distance and we didn’t need to take public transport except a few times (there is a metro station a few minutes away as well as a tram station). The street itself has several artisan coffeeshops and bakeries. Highly highly recommend this accommodation and will be staying again if we come back to Athens. Can be a bit noisy if the balcony door is open of you come from a very quiet place but it’s well soundproofed if you close the doors/windows

As the living room also had a (sofa) bed we each had our own private space, along with adjustable air con in each room and two bathrooms :-) Our host recommended excellent places to eat and was super efficient topping up breakfast items including juices, coffee, eggs, cereals, bread, cheeses etc. I can’t fault our eight night stay here; we had everything we needed. The location was great - fortunately not right in the touristy centre but only a 15 min walk to the Acropolis - and there were lots of lovely places to eat, drink and hang out in the surrounding area.

It also feels more like a home than a soulless hotel room (for example, there is original artwork, small decor items etc). The location is ideal - a few minutes from a metro station and about 10 mins walking to the Acropolis museum. The neighbourhood has a good range of cafes, restaurants and bars that are less touristy. Staff are friendly. Highly recommended!
• Viorel (9/5): Very nice apartment in excellent location ,very good value for money - The location is very close to Plaka,Acropolis with lot of restaurants in the area. The area where the apartment is located is safe. The entrace to the building where the apartment is located is always close so only the residents of the building can go in. The apartment is nice,, clean as it is shown in the pictures. Maybe more towels should be provided by the owner if you stay longer period. I stayed only 2 nights so I get one shower towel and one hand towel per person. For 2 nights it was ok for me but maybe if you get 1 towel/ night like at the hotel would be better.

The host was a professional and ALWAYS "stand by" for us when we phoned him. He picked up our daughter to take her to the airport very early in the morning at 4.30am. He was at the door at 4.20am. Everything was terrific. Our rate is 100%. There was nothing negative.
