• Sreedda (5/5): - The apartment is well located in central London and the living room was spacious and bright. There is only one flight of stairs since it's a basement flat so it's more accessible for London. The area was quiet. The host was relatively responsive. The toilet flush had a loud grinding sound which lasted for a while after the flush. It's generally a nice property but lacks attention to detail. The towel dryer was broken of the hinge. The WiFi router in the bedroom was placed on a heater which is dangerous. There's mould on the bathroom ceiling as there's no vent and a thorough clean before we stayed would be better. It lacked extra items needed for your stay such as extra toilet paper etc. Honestly it's a nice property in a great location but I think more effort and care the apartment would go a long way to making the stay more comfortable.
• Elisabeth (1/5): Rodeados de basura - La ubicación El baño tenía moho en las paredes y en el techo, también había telarañas en las paredes y al día siguiente nos encontramos con un montón de basura en la puerta que emitía un olor muy desagradable. Avisamos al propietario pero no lo solucionaron hasta el día siguiente. Las condiciones eran totalmente insalubres. Envié otro mensaje con mi queja al propietario y ya no tuve respuesta. No lo recomiendo.
• Lord Lucas (9/5): - Great Location, neat apartment. Host was extremely helpful and quick to reply when I was locked out of the flat. Flat is next to the rubbish disposal. I would strongly recommend purchasing a more modern television.

• Sally (5/5): - Location and size of the unit! The bathroom needs significant renovation. There is mold on the walls/ceiling. The toilet makes a very load noise evrytime you flush the toilet and it lasts for a few minutes. The top rack in dish washer is broken and not washing dishes. You don't feel the cleanness at all. The dishes were not clean and one of the pillows had blood stain on it.

• Gabriela (2/5): Enttäuschend - Die Lage, alles andere leider nicht -Befindet sich im Kellergeschoss. -Direkt neben Müllablage des ganzen Hauses, es stinkt und hat sehr viele Fliegen. -Man konnte nicht Lüften, Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, allerdings hätten wir die Fenster sowieso nicht geöffnet wegen Gestank und Fliegen. Es wurde also sehr stickig. -Die Klospülung war extrem laut. Und der Lärm dauerte mehrere Minuten. -Ausstattung war sehr schlecht z.B. nur zwei Stühle, (allerdings für vier Leute vermietet) nur eine Pfanne, nur ein Glas, kein Geschirrtuch, ranziges Öl im Küchenschrank. -Schmutzige Dusche & Geschirr. -Heizung fiel fast runter. -Fernseher funktionierte nicht.

When I contacted person listed as contact they just said well there was one and nothing more . We had two young kids with us wasn’t worth the risk so we had to go out a purchase them ! After I told them this we where offered a refund but it never happened
• Fabian (5/5): Disappointed of everything but location - Location !!! Host reactivity The apartment needs a huge renovation !! The sensation of cleaningness was not there, had to wash all glasses, cutlery and pan the first day. The toilet makes an important noise that last for several minutes. Just two meters in front the front door there is a place where the building uses to ‘store’ the garbage, making this very smelly and full of flies, people is accessing this place all the time, so no sense of privacy.

• Joy (7/5): Gloucester ♥️ - The location was good BCOS it's in central London,but the TV never works till I stayed the whole ,7days was in total darkness till I left no news from the world. I don't like the house is underground and nobody came to show me anything,and no cifter in the house and cutter in the kitchen,only two pot.
• Ecmel (10/5): Everything was perfect, suitable for a family holiday. - The flat was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and conveniently close to the underground.
• Emily (6/5): Lovely apartment, sustainability changes needed. - Excellent location and lovely little apartment. Has all the facilities you need. Although the flat was lovely, some sustainability improvements are needed. Provided products in the apartment such as body wash, shampoo, dish soap, laundry capsules etc were all very high in chemicals which are not good for your body or the planet. I recommend switching to a brand such as Faith In Nature for body wash shampoo etc and Ecover for dish soap, laundry soap etc which are naturally derived and not toxic. If there were these simple changes, the apartment would have been perfect.

• James (9/5): Superb - Location was great and the place was value for money with perfectly adequate facilities for the price. Very clean and comfortable. Refuse collectors repeatedly running up and down the stairs at 7am right outside the door (not their fault, but it was an unusual wake up alarm)!
• Paola (9/5): Top location, nice flat for families - The flat is really nice. You get exactly what you see in the pictures. We stayed one week, we are a family of 4, everything went smooth. The host is friendly and fast in the communication, the flat has a wide variety of appliances (even washing machine AND tumble dryer), it Is equipped with cleaning tools if needed, bed linens, towels, comforters, soap.. We only had breakfast there, never cooked, so I cannot say more about the kitchen. The location is the best part, the flat in literally 3 min walk from the tube, Gloucester Road, where 3 lines are available. The street is really quiet, but if you need shops or restaurants or a pub, everything is available near the tube station. The flat is underground but since it is not uncommon in London, we took it as a "London experience" as well. The bathroom has no window, so there is a faint smell of humidity (only in the bathroom); there are only 2 chairs and 2 mugs but for a week we took turns, not a big problem. Opposite to the front door there is a door that leads to a room where the bins of the building are kept, so sometimes we had people coming down the stairs to dispose of trash o to collect it.

• Guadalupe (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in London - The place is really cute and incredibly comfortable! I read an older review about the mattress being uncomfortable, but it appeared as though the mattress had been upside down with the springs up! We simply flipped the mattress right side up and slept extremely well. The three comforters were especially comfy. I stayed here with two friends and we really loved it as a place to wind down after our day out. It felt very private since it had its own entry from the street and also provided plenty of daylight :) You do hear people walking along the street, but it's not a busy street so we didn't mind. Also, for three women getting ready every day, the several mirrors throughout the place were very much appreciated. The location was amazing. It's right down the street from Gloucester Station which has the Picadilly/District/and Circle Line. It was incredibly easy to get anywhere in Central London from here. There's plenty of places to get a quick breakfast and start your day. And there's a TESCO nearby which was super handy for last minute needs. Also, the host was quick to answer questions and even let us check-in a little early :) There was a TV, but we didn't see any streaming services or a way to cast something from your phone. Not a big deal since we weren't staying there to watch TV, but it would've been a nice bonus.

• Mahnoor (3/5): Appreciate the hosts responsiveness but will not be staying again. - Lock box found outside the door. Very convenient Apartment had a damp smell. It is advertised as ground floor but is in the basement. The toilet seat wasn’t screwed on properly. The mattress in the room is horrendous. My father couldn’t sleep there. You could feel all the springs. One of the extra duvet had stains on it. No dishwashing liquid.
• Rosie (8/5): This apartment was very comfortable, the kitchen was small but it had everything we needed. - The apartment is located in a quiet area, only minutes away from the Gloucester Road station, restaurants and shops. We had the entire ground floor which had two large windows in the living and an atrium in the bedroom area that allowed light to enter the bedroom window. There were a few minor issues that the host said he would take care of right away. The issues wasn’t major enough to keep us from booking this apartment again. There was construction going on above us but we were out most of the day so therefore it didn’t bother us.
