Guest Reviews
- RST Global Solutions - (8/5): - Bfast freshly cooked was good.
- moise (2/5): A éviter - Bonjour
ça laisse a désirer
- Melika (4/5): Not awful. Not good either. - I don’t usually give reviews but I think it’s fair in case other women want to stay here, they get the full picture.
First, I’ll say the pictures matched the hotel. The pool was beautiful and around the pool was serene.
The attitude of the security and Marie the manager was fine. We had a language barrier but I think we got to understand each other well.
However, I stayed here alone and felt unsafe. There is no lobby so if you arrive at the hotel at 3am, you will wait outside on the street until someone opens the gate to the hotel which I did not like. I wanted to check out on my first night because of this but Hotels.com could not confirm a refund that the owners had not approved and they did not.
The breakfast is not breakfast. They gave me bissap (which was lovely and it seems popular in Abidjan), and a coffee with a slice of bread. I had it once and never again and I really hope they improve on the breakfast they offer.
You are also sharing an iron with the entire property so bare that in mind. I had to wait at times over 45 minutes for the iron.
They also did not clean my room aside the first day. I had a 4 day trip and only received cleaning on the first day which was disappointing. Meaning I was not given fresh towels.
They also did not offer even a bottle of water in the fridge which I found quite strange considering it was a 4 day trip.
The sauna was an extra charge of $25 for 15 minutes which was not clear on the booking details so I did not use.
- Anne Marie (10/5): - C’était parfait
