First floor room, as no twin rooms on ground floor, (& no lift), stairs to the hotel from street level and the stairs inside were therefore difficult, as I have reduced mobility.

• allan (8/5): Reasonably priced hotel in walking distance to the parks and museums of South Kensington - The hotel was very reasonably priced for central London and I had concerns after booking if it would be nice. I was in a single room which although small had all I needed for a three night stay. The continental breakfast was able to provide gluten free bread which along with Yoghurt and fruit was sufficient, there was of course the usual cheese and sliced salami etc. Shower had good pressure and hot water. As a smaller hotel there was no bar etc although the reception did appear to serve alcohol I presume for consumption in the room.
• Judy (9/5): Old English Inn full of charm and character tastefully modernised - Loved the character and thatched roof charm of this old English pub. Beautifully decorated inside. Meals were great. Spacious room with everything you need. We needed to catch a taxi from the train station but for most travelling by car that won’t be an issue.

• Blythe (5/5): Great hotel, nightmare in booking and communications - Hotel was great with great location It was absolute nightmare to book! They kept declining ALL by cards. Even 30mins before my sons arrival they messaged me that the room will be cancelled after I had updated YET another card in the morning! Their comment was because the card was not in the guest's name they could not accept the payment!! NEVER heard of that one. So would not book that hotel again!

• Vanessa (3/5): le séjour à l'hôtel fut decevant - La situation de l'hôtel, à proximité du métro et l'amabilité du personnel. Notre chambre avec sa vue sur le local poubelle, sa proximité avec la porte de service du personnel, la saleté de cette dernière (toile d'araignée au plafond - tâche suspecte sur le couvre lit), l'odeur de moisi dans la chambre. Le fait que les équipements ne fonctionnaient pas (sèche cheveux - chauffage) et la nuisance sonore liée aux autres chambres.

Se você irá passar o dia fora, super funciona o hotel para o descanso. Há também lugagge storage sem custo. O café da manhã é bem limitado, não há ovos e tudo parece comprado, ou seja, não há produção manual e fresca dos produtos.

• Victoria (7/5): Convenient, clean and comfortable for a day out in London - The room was comfortable and clean with good links to travel options. I was able to get back to it easily and close by to tourist attractions. Check in was easy and staff were helpful. I would stay here again. My window backed onto a roof area and was a little hard to lock. The decor was fine but perhaps the carpet was a little tired and frayed in places. It was a clean and comfortable single room otherwise.

The staff were friendly and helpful, we were allowed to keep our bags at the hotel on our check out day and return to collect them before our journey home. We could hear the family in a room next to ours with a young child and the noise from their TV.

• Maria (9/5): Lovely, would stay again! - The location is great, the street, the closeness to the tube. Very welcoming and nice staff very good energy. The room is clean and modern. Bathroom is great good hot water and all. Genuinely no complains and would stay here again. Some advice would be to make the reception nicer and add lifts.

Calme des lieux , que ce soit en interne ou en externe ; soirées et nuits calmes très appréciables après de grosses journées de découvertes à pied!! Pas de double vitrage, de fait, facilement réveillés le matin, heureusement par le chants des oiseaux....mais très matinaux les oiseaux, du coup les boules quiès furent très utiles.

Comodo hotel in zona residenziale. Personale gentile e pronto a risolvere qualche piccolo inconveniente. Colazione discreta. Conviene specificare nelle note se preferite stanze nei piani alti, comunque senza ascensore, piuttosto che nel seminterrato. Pochi negozi nelle vicinanze. La struttura meriterebbe una manutenzione maggiore (cassaforte non funzionante e moquette pulita ma vecchia)

The extractor fan didn’t work in the bathroom and it smelt of mould The sink and shower water took ages to drain away We wanted to wash clothes but apparently the washer dryer machine had broken earlier in week. Uncomfortable pillows Hangars for clothes are attached to the rail and awkward to put clothes on. Lack of hanging space for towels Distance from bus stop is 10 minutes walk which is uncomfortable at night as the roads are very quiet and dimly lit.

Gli ambienti sono puliti e il personale è davvero disponibile, senza risultare invadente. Posizione molto comoda: a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro sulla Piccadilly Line, quindi perfetta per muoversi in città senza impazzire. Nulla tutto perfetto, veramente perfetto!
