- Anja (10/5): Absolutely marvellous! - Die qualitativ hochwertige Einrichtung und die Aufteilung der Räume war super und genau auf unsere Bedürfnisse (10 Personen) abgestimmt. Alles war supersauber und gepflegt. Zudem liegt die Wohnung unglaublich zentral (5 Minuten zur Tube (Circle/District/Bakerloo Line), 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Baker Street. Tesco um die Ecke, Restaurants/Fastfood überall. Kaum zu übertreffen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war einwandfrei, es wurden sogar kurze Videos geschickt, um zu zeigen wie z.B. der Türcode wo eingegeben wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Besser geht es kaum.

- Ana (10/5): Amplitud, limpieza, ubicación y cercania al metro - Ubicación cercana a Hyde Park, cerca del metro de Edgware Road, muy amplio (nosotros éramos un grupo de once), limpio, rápida respuesta del anfitrión ante cualquier duda. Escasos utensilios de cocina. Piso reformado pero necesita lavado de cara y aislamiento en ventanas se desperdicia mucha calefacción.

Nous avons loué l’appartement pour 3 nuits, le premier soir quand nous avons voulu prendre une douche il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude en contactant le propriétaire il m’a dit qu’il fallait appuyer sur un bouton boost vers le chauffe eau, et attendre 30 minutes pour que l’eau chaude arrive
le deuxième soir nous rentrons vers 20h après une journée bien chargée impossible de rentrer dans l’immeuble le badge et le code ne fonctionnait pas , heureusement quelqu’un est sorti de l’immeuble et nous a donc ouvert
L’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas il a fallu monter 6 étages à pied, puis arrivé dans l’appartement pas d’électricité et pas d’eau,donc pas de douche, ou ne pouvait pas aller au toilettes et on ne pouvait pas préparer à manger ,et on pouvait pas ressortir de peur de ne pas pourrir rerentrer je contacte le propriétaire, il me dit que c’est une panne générale alors que tous les immeubles autour ont de la lumière et même que les appartements en dessous de nous ont de la lumière sauf le 6 étage
Après 2 h d’attente dans le noir, ( de 20h à 22h ) nous avons renvoyé des messages au propriétaire, avec le peu de batterie qu’il nous restait pour qu’il nous trouve une solution mais aucune réponse de sa part
Le courant est revenu dans la nuit
Le 3ème soir nous avons été prévenu par le gardien qu’il y avait des travaux dans la nuit que l’électricité et l’eau serait coupée de 22h à 1 h
Nous avons envoyé plusieurs messages au propriétaire pour avoir une compensation par rapport aux désagréments que nous avons eu et aucune réponse
Pour prendre l’argent pour la location il y’a pas de soucis
Je conseillerais pas cet appartement

Alles was comfortabel en luxe afgewerkt. Prima slaapkamers, Comfortabele huiskamer me goede grote bank. Keuken ook goed ingericht. Dakterras is leuk. Ook al hadden wij niet de weersomstandigheden om hier van te genieten. Het contact met de verhuurder ging via de App ook prima. Geen tegenvaller Geen tegenvaller

- Karen (9/5): Overall great stay and would definitely stay here again - Had everything we needed for our group of 11 weekend away in London. Only 5 mins walk from the tube. Lots of nearby shops. Property has nice little extras - hairdryer, straighteners, mini ironing board and iron, coffee machine and pods. Took a while for the water to heat up.

The host was very helpful and quick to reply. The apartment was spacious and we liked the decoration. There was a lovely roof terrace. We would have prefered slighly coser to Oxford Steet as it was about a 10 minute walk but it was not a big problem.

Localisation pratique puisqu’a proximité de tous les bus et métros
Supermarché Waitrose ouvert tous les jours à 5’ à pied - Attention, seulement 6 chaises de salle à manger et les tables et chaises du roof top sont fixées au sol donc ne peuvent pas être bougées
- Équipement de cuisine très limité (une dizaine de couverts, une dizaine d’assiettes des deux tailles et une seule poêle)
=>> pas de réponse du bailleur à notre message sur ces deux sujets
- congélateur complètement givré et ne pouvant pas s’ouvrir à notre arrivée…. Donc le dégivrer a été notre première activité….
Donc Parfait pour 6 pour les repas, parfait jusqu’à 9 pour dormir sans utiliser le salon pour dormir….et utilisables pour 10-12 en dormant dans le salon

Large space and rooftop was great Air condition don’t work and neither did the wifi
- Vincent (3/5): The apartment is roomy and has good potential, but my family did not feel safe staying there. - Easy with lock box. The security of the building and the cleanliness of the building and of the apartment are poor. There are what appear to be drug addicts outside the building who consistently try to get inside at night following the residents through the door. There is no security guard. There is also a large container overflowing with garbage next to the entrance in the parking lot. Inside the building, the halls and stairs are not well maintained. In the apartment, the cleanliness is subpar (leaking jar on the countertop, coffee spots on the mugs, sand in the bed sheets, carpet in the stairs smells like urine, the sink in the bathroom is blocked, there is a light in the stairs hanging by a wire, cake crumbs on the chairs and table on the patio, etc.). We mentioned our concerns to the landlord, who did not offer a remedy and we simply saw a security guard the next morning, never to be seen again during our stay.

Also reasonably close to Paddington and airport link. No matters noted, could have had a second key, with comings and goings
- Bobbie (10/5): Stunning penthouse! Would absolutely stay again - Absolutely loved this penthouse! Stunning terrace, I'm sure its even better in summer months. Beds all super comfy, we had everything we needed. Plenty of little shops and supermarkets around to stock the fridge. Perfect spot for a little city get away with your friends. Host was quick to respond to any query's too :) & for the money, it was well worth it! Would stay again. Not so much what we didn't like, more personal preference, the rubbish bin. A bigger bin external to the tiny ones in the cupboard, would've made tidying up easier. The lift was also out of order when leaving so it was hard work when leaving with millions of bags.

Be prepared to become a glorified house help on daily basis while staying here. Also, the lift and entrance to the building is really appalling.
