• Femshang muanze (10/5): New but exciting experience - The location was superb. Directly opposite Brixton train station. Privacy was just as I wanted. Will definitely come back. Collecting the keys from a place 8mins walk and then walking back to the flat. Then after checkout, walking back to drop the keys was another issue. Imagine someone with luggage and completely new to the city. Management should think about this. It could be delivered to the client upon his/her arrival.

• Antonio José (10/5): Good appartment - Beside the underground, bizarre zone, lo e It. Nothing, but to get the Keys, anyway It only took ten minutes and worked to know the área in the meantime
• Alexandre (5/5): Pour 3 nuits, beaucoup de petits désagréments. Heureusement que le métro est juste à côté - L’emplacement au pied du métro Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud, très compliqué de régler la température. Le 2e jour, la chaudière s’est arrêté, nous n’avions plus d’eau chaude… nous avons réussi à réactiver seul mais ce n’est pas ce qu’on a attend d’une location. La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas non plus, ça fait beaucoup. L’appartement est globalement ok sinon mais vraiment vieillot et assez mal fini (lino qui se décolle, lumières sans abat jour etc). Aucun fond de maison non plus… En guise de geste, le propriétaire n’a même pas voulu décaler le Check out d’une heure… Attention aussi à la localisations des clés qui n’est pas pratique (20mn A/R du métro dc de l’appartement)
• Ricky (8/5): - - Fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils and cutlery provided. - Clean, modern and spacious. - Close to Tube station and wide variety of amenities nearby. - Host replied to messages quickly & communication style was very positive. - Hairdryer provided. - Key collection was about a 10 minute walk away from the flat itself. - Could not turn the heating down so it was very warm. - The downstairs room's rolling blind controls were high up and I could just about reach.
• Maria (5/5): Lovely, but had some issues - The flat was lovely clean and well thought out. The heating - it was super hot & could not be turned off despite the thermostat being off and all the radiators being turned off. The bathroom was then usable as was the bedroom near the kitchen. Made it uncomfortable and hard to sleep. The WiFi didn't work either and the routers kept flashing trying to connect but wouldn't. Stairs up to flat - there were a lot, which made it hard with a walking stick and a luggage case. Collection of keys - had to walk quite far out of the way of everything to check in and out. Despite the location of the flat being close to everything. Would have preferred to meet so heating issues and WiFi could've been noticed by the owner/greeter on check in I could've WhatsApp'd, but due to our plans we were late back to the flat to which means the problems were not discovered until midnight. I felt it unreasonable to contact at that hour.

• Abdul-Malik (10/5): - Very spacious and clean, very close to the station and easy to get to. A lot of shops local too The heater was impossible to turn off which made it a bit uncomfortable but was okay as the weather is very cold at the moment

• Fahad (9/5): We had a lovely stay, we would happily stay again! - The flat was very clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The host was fantastic, super responsive, kind, and helped us a lot whenever we needed anything. Great communication and support throughout Wi-Fi issue, but the host was very responsive and tried their best to fix it as quickly as possible. Key pickup was also a bit far from the flat
• Eva (4/5): Decepcionante en todos los sentidos, tanto la estancia como los responsables del servicio - Lo primero que no me gusta es que esta encuesta no me deje puntuar los servicios e instalaciones. En el momento de hacer la reserva pedimos al anfitrión si podíamos dejar las maletas al llegar y nos respondió que ya nos lo diría el día antes. Después no se digno a contestar ninguno de los mensajes que le enviamos. La recogida y devolución de llaves se realiza a 10' andando del apartamento, que francamente si vas cargado, es muy incomodo. El apartamento en si mismo es normal, muy básico y sin ningún detalle a destacar.
• Mihai (9/5): Price/ location is a good deal - 1 minute walk to the Brixton underground/ train station , with lots shops around ,good option for coffee and breakfast in the morning . Not a big problem but if you running out off time takes about 15-20 minute to go to the shop and leave the keys and get back to the underground station . Whit a collection box is much easier .
• Muhammad (8/5): - - Spacious, very clean, well organised and very nice appartment. - Location is generally good, near to buses and tube station + lots of shops. - lots of Amenities and stocked with all you'd probably need. - No flexibility in check-in time or early drop of luggage. - A bit complex check-in as you have to collect the keys from a different location 10 minutes away from the apartment, and then you need to drop it back on checkout (can be a bit difficult if you're walking with kids or with luggage) - Building entrance is smelly with many garbage bins scattered in the front & to the sides. Also many homeless people around.

• Pete (9/5): - Perfect location, great comfy flat and very quiet as long as the front windows were kept shut (it was a warm weekend, so this affected one room). Great shower, useful kitchen and dining area, homely lounge.
• Jacob (6/5): - Pros: Lovey space that's been obviously cared for and updated. Convenient location across from the underground, lots of good restaurants in the area. Great communications - issue with bedding was resolved quickly. Clear instructions for accessing the property. Cons: No paper towel or dishtowels for the kitchen so it was drip dry only. Only 1 hand towel was provided for the bathroom and 4 towels for the shower which can be a challenge for 5 people. Also, no hotwater for the shower sonwe gave up. There was almost no airflow even with the windows open and only 1 fan provided so sleeping was a challenge- couldn't sleep with the windows open as the flat is on the main strip, and it's very noisy. There were homeless people around but they were harmless. However, one of the deficated beside the entrance to the flat, which was already a challenge to access because of the huge bins beside it.

• Philip (7/5): Lovely flat, horrible location. - Clean and located right next to the tube station Having to collect the key from a shop and having to return the key is not practical, 10 min walk each way, not the guests fault but the location is pretty awful, homeless people begging, people on drugs spitting at public, witnessed a phone being stolen from a young woman, the area felt generally unsafe, this is a shame cause the flat is pretty nice, lots of stairs to climb but a decent property. Would not stay in Brixton again!
