• Nadia (10/5): We had the Best time and would come again - We loved the Place and can only recommend it for a visit. The Location is Perfect, very close (5 min) to a waterbus stop on line 1 or Alilaguna (directly from the Airport), 15 min walking distance to Rialto Bridge or Piazza S. Marco, Lots of Restaurants and Bars very close but still quiet during the Night. The Place is spotless clean, Lots of Storage Space, modern bathroom. We Liked the small Kitchenette that had Everything needed for breakfast or a quick lunch. The Host is very Kind and provided Lots of Information. He even bought lactose free milk, cheese and yoghurt which I highly appreciated! I can‘t think of anything.
• Nicolas (10/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Giorgio à Venise ! Dès notre arrivée, il a été très accueillant, chaleureux et disponible. Le logement était impeccable, parfaitement propre et conforme à la description, avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Giorgio a également pris le temps de nous donner de précieux conseils sur les endroits à visiter, les restaurants et les activités à ne pas manquer, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Venise tout en profitant d’un endroit calme pour se reposer. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour ! • Nina (9/5): - Very good host. Gave us a lot of information about the area en sightseeings. The host picked us up at the water taxi so we were quick at the appartement cause it was already night. The room was big an had a nice small kitchen were there was a lot of food for breakfast. The location was great and close to the san marco square.

• TheBatPapa (10/5): - Le logement est effectivement bien placé à 10 min de San Marco, au cœur de Venise. Logement calme et bien aménagé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut en terme d'équipement et pour faire de la cuisine rapide. C'est très propre. Bon accueil également avec petits conseils pour circuler au mieux et bonnes adresses...nous recommandons.

• Amelia (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Venice - This was such a great place to stay! There was a lovely, very generous breakfast provided, the room was a good size and spotlessly clean, and the location was perfect! Only ten minutes to st Mark’s, but also very close to the water bus stop, making it easy to travel around Venice. The best part however was our gracious host Giorgio, who went above and beyond. He was very communicative and helpful, even sitting down with us and giving us a map of the city and restaurant recommendations (which were very good). I couldn’t recommend enough! Nothing.
• DIMITRI1968 (9/5): Perfect location & Perfect host - The location was perfect: despite being close to everything - literally - it was very quiet. The room was simple but big and quite luminous as it is in a high floor and has two windows. It had everything one could possibly need: plenty of closet space, a small but functional and fully equipped kitchen, a proper dining table and chairs and even a washing machine). The shower is small and might be a squeeze for big fellas but is otherwise fine. The bathroom itself was damp most of the time but that is to be expected in Venice. The host was probably the most helpful and likeable guy you will ever meet. He greeted us at the vaporetto station despite our late arrival, gave us practical advice, volunteered information which proved very valuable and even received us in his apartment which was adjacent to the room. The only reason why our fantastic host Giorgio is not getting a straight 10 is the price. At about 170 Euro per night (roughly the price of a 4 star hotel in New York at the same season), one expects accommodation to be slightly more upscale (not luxurious, but more upscale).

• Nuria (10/5): - Anfitrión amable y cercano,Nos informó muy bien de cómo llegar a la habitación, y al final nos puso a una guía para recogernos desde el vaporeto a la habitación, incluso llegando 4 horas con retraso, por el avion. Nos dió consejos y sitios donde ir. Perfecto la cocina, nevera , menaje completo y un desayuno muy variado y muy completo. Nada , todo bien

• Sophie (10/5): Incredible value for money and amazing host - Giorgio Was an amazing host. He gave us a list of amazing local recommendations in Italy. We were on a trip where we stayed in multiple cities in Italy and booked similar priced accommodation throughout. This room was by far the best. We had issues in this price range in Verona, Milan and Genoa (loud aircon, difficult hosts, unclear check in, no blinds etc) but not in this room in Venice. Amazing location. Amazing host. Amazing room. It is hard in Venice to book nice accommodation in this price range and this room will not disappoint.

• Amatella (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful stay in Venice Sensational host who took care of everything . We were in touch from the moment we booked the room. Breakfast was provided daily, plenty of choice of food and drinks - cold cuts, cheeses, yogurts, bread, biscuits. Excellent central location to all major attractions, vaporetto stops. Easy access from the airport by water bus - directions from hosts were excellent( maps and photos ). I hope I will still be able to live here and enjoy Giorgio's hospitality . B and B
• Savvasre (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. From our host who is a very friendly and kind person and from the first moment made us feel at home and did his best to inform us about Venice. Also the room which was very clean, comfortable and with a full extra breakfast right next to the beautiful Piazza San Stefano and very close to Piazza San Marco (10 minutes) and next to the Accademia water bus stop (5 minutes ). I highly recommend it. There is nothing I didn't like

• Emily (10/5): Great lovely authentic Venice experience - Chiara & Giorgio were great, they were friendly, provided tips and food recommendation around Venice that was really local, delicious and reasonably priced. The location of the room was great, easy to walk to everywhere, the room was clean and cosy. I felt really comfortabl during my stay and there's a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare your own breakfast. Nothing! I love the place.

It was a little tricky to find (Google Maps really does not work in Venice, so make sure to follow the host's directions!), but wow, once I arrived it was heaven. Everything was flawless and perfect. Giorgio is a dream host, the room (studio) was flawless, the fridge was stocked to the brim with delicious breakfast food. 10 stars without a doubt! Nothing. It was perfect!
