Rikki (7/5): Love the property, was dissatisfied with some aspects of the apartment but still apartment overall - Location was amazing, we love the overall property and convenience to the snow. We have stayed here before and it’s great. Check in at 4pm was late and inconvenient for the price we paid, especially as I received a call during the week to say would we like to check in early, then another call to say no the owners are actually staying you can’t check in early. Living room table has a broken leg and fell on my young toddlers leg (maybe just remove table?) there was washing machine powder fully stuck and I had to dig it out with a spoon.
Bree (7/5): Great amenities, just let down by some of the services, and a dangerous hot water system. - Location was awesome, the returning downstairs and the cafe, pool tables etc the amenities were really nice and so convenient There was a major hot water issue, which I reported and got a really poo response too. The showers and taps in the entire unit when using went freezing cold to boiling (scalding hot) without warning. This was not us changing the temperature or touching the taps, this was - my head under the shower faucet and without warning temperature changing to scalding, quite literally leaving me with a minor burn on my face! My daughter had her back scalded from the same thing happening. The room was also HOT! I had messaged prior to request fans, we were left with one small fan- for a 3 bedroom apartment. Even in the snow, we turned off every heater in the room as had to open windows to get cool air into the room. It was sooo stuffy, no one slept well without having any air flow 🥵 for what we paid per night I think a cheap fan would have been not much of an ask.
