• Herbert (1/5): Bad - There was water, but it can't be adjusted. It was very cold in the morning and very hot in the afternoon. PowerPoint did not work as the sockets were loose. The morning staff member who had to call us a Taxi at 4.45am did not want to wake up from the Couch. He turned the lights off again after I turned them on to help him wake up. We do not recommend this place even for only one night.

Our guided tour departs from this location so we were happy that our bookings were confirmed Our bookings were not honoured. We booked 3 small rooms but when we arrived, there were only 2 large rooms available and the room rates were higher. We had to take the rooms because it was too late to look for accommodations at 8pm. The rooms were in very poor condition. We are definitely not coming back there. The hotel marked our bookings as not showing up. That is beyond deceitful!!! Do not risk! This hotel might ruin your holiday!

Just absolutely disgusting. - -The fact we were very busy whilst in HCM therefore only needed to use this place to sleep We had to be moved rooms because of the state of our first one. Absolutely vile, public bathroom state of dirty. Hairs and spit stains in the sink, pee in the toilet. We even had someone’s clothes hanging in the shower. The room was as if it had been lived in and not cleaned for a long time. Our second room was just as bad… -The place and rooms are not like the pictures advertised -Cobwebs everywhere -Our shower holder was broken so couldn’t shower properly -Our sheets had been slept in -The state of the rooms are pure filth -Bathroom tap only comes out really hot -The workers would sleep on the seating in reception, you would walk past and nothing would wake them -Sticky floors, also coated in long womens hairs -Wallpaper hanging off the walls -Couldn’t use our wardrobe as there was a couch in front of it blocking the doors, if we moved the couch it would block the front door -Extremely uncomfortable mattresses -Ashtrays in hallways
• Giorgio (6/5): Good value budget stop in Ho Chi Minh. - Right......first of all, after seeing my room, I read the reviews because I was somewhat disappointed - no TV and no window. However, room was very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Air con was great and I could stream on wi-fi - only 3am games though! There was a kettle and fridge and I had hot water. For 3 nights I was quite happy but not more than that please. 3 nights in Ho Chi Minh, by the way, is not enough. Room was secure, laundry service was good too. I didn't see any cockroaches and no issues with mosquitoes as I had a net. Would use again. Location couldn't be better. Good value in my opinion for the price I paid. Many thanks. No TV and NO WINDOW!!

There was mould on the walls. The kettle was full of dirty brown water. The fridge was mouldy and the inside was broken The staff moved us and our belongings without our permission. The receptionist was asleep on the sofa in the reception area. The staff were really unhelpful and we had to pay in cash before they would let us into the room. This hotel should be condemned. It needs a full revamp. Do not stay there

For the price and just to sleep 2 nights is a good value for money as the location is really good (just a few minutes walking to everything around district 1) The room has not window. Not good ventilation and could be cleaner.

Room was decent enough for a few nights stay. Too many mosquitoes inside the room. They seriously need to consider eliminating mosquitoes in room. While they do put a mosquito repellent in the hallway, the mosquitoes eventually get into room from under the doors. The room itself needs upgrading. Room is not as new as it looks in photos. The door was hard to lock and unlock. The shower area is small but can do if the shower head is properly positioned (it was hard to get water to fall directly downwards instead of towards the wall). No hot shower - it only is a little warm but mostly cold. The bathroom hardwares are old. If they can improve on these then I would be interested in staying again when in Ho Chi Minh. Currently would only choose this place for the location.

• Blake (1/5): Trashy Establishment - The location is good. Dirty, dirty, dirty. One of the nastiest places I've visited. I had to change rooms 3 times. Broken TVs, spiderwebs, roaches, mosquitoes, you name it-this hotel has it. Sheets were also dirty and stained. I slept with my clothes on. To make matters worse, I was awakened in the middle of the night by loud screams and moans from next door. Someone was getting banged for an hour, and it must've been very good because the noise would not stop!

I was just too exhausted to leave in the middle of the night and book a new place. - It was in front of the main road so it’s easy to book and ride a grab to the airport. The audacity to call this place a hotel. Pictures in booking are not the actual state of this place. It is dilapidated. The elevator is scary to ride, dirty. The hallways are dirty. The bedroom locks seemed broken. The room and toilet smells so bad. Literally, the toilet smells better than the room. I don’t know if it’s cigarette but it’s super strong that when I had to throw away the clothes I was wearing while sleeping. The ac makes a ticking noise when on and it is very hard to sleep with that noise so I ended up turning it off. I asked them for a different room but it’s all the same. The toilet flush is also broken. The water seems dirty, like showering doesn’t feel like you got cleaned. There is no hot water. There are better hotels nearby that you’ll pay a little bit more, in fact it would have been better if I stayed in a dorm for that night. I hope this place shuts down if they don’t find a way to renovate it or improve the cleanliness. Some places are old but clean. This one is not at all. Like I imagine that the furnitures and bed is infested with bed bugs. 🤮

The picture look too good than the real. The hotel very old. Dirty, full of dust and spiderwebs at the corner of the room and under bed. The closet seem like never clean and smoking smell comes into the room always by the old windows which is no view. Not suggested for who not well with the smoking smell. I did ask the housemate comes over and make up room but the dust and spiderwebs still. The sound of TV at night time from 1st floor wake me up at almost midnight but good that they downing the volume after you told them. The Sound from outside room is clearly heard, knocking sound from upstairs, running and walking sounds from the stairs..

A little old and run down but you get what you pay for. The location and staff make up for it. For a comfortable cheap night stay in Ho Chi Minh with an AC you can’t really complain so don’t be a cry baby.

• Frederic (5/5): Passable - The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Not a great place to stay, the hotel is run down and pretty grubby, some rooms are quite dirty, cockroach in the shower etc. We changed hotel. Would not recommend.

The first room they gave me, the shower head fell when I turned on the water (the holder was broken). The next room had no hot water. I asked to extend my stay a few days, they said pay later. I had to travel a couple days. When I came back they packed all my stuff and rented the room to someone else. The person I talked to was playing games at the time so he forgot to make note of my extension. So I had to find a new hotel.

There are a lot of nice cafe and restaurants too. Bath towels and bed linen was not clean😂 Look like(I hope) laundry has been done but the color was like yellow-ish and bath towels were very old.
