- Andreana (1/5): - La mia esperienza in questo albergo è stata purtroppo molto negativa. Avevo prenotato tramite Booking e pagato l’intera quota, ma al mio arrivo non risultava alcuna prenotazione. Solo mostrando la ricevuta del pagamento siamo riusciti a ottenere due camere, che però non erano nemmeno quelle prenotate perché già occupate. Ci hanno dato due stanze al terzo piano, senza ascensore, con la promessa di spostarci successivamente al primo piano in camere migliori. Le camere erano sporche: letti con capelli, bagni sporchi , mobili impolverati. Nessuno è mai passato per fornire asciugamani o carta igienica. Quando ci hanno cambiato le stanze, la situazione era anche ben peggiore: i bagni erano inutilizzabili perché gli scarichi erano intasati e dopo una doccia si allagava tutto. La gestrice, tutto sommato gentile, ha cercato di venire incontro, ma le condizioni dell’albergo erano davvero inaccettabili. Ho deciso di andarmene prima del termine del soggiorno, lasciando pagato anche un giorno in più, perché era impossibile restare in quelle condizioni, soprattutto con due ragazzi e un bambino di 9 anni. Soggiorno estremamente deludente non lo consiglio.

The bed sheets has those black hole stain like a cigarette mark. And the room was so dam hot! No climatisations only a fan but I need the only one outlet to charge my phone so i couldn’t put the fan on

- Ildiko (3/5): - Personnel très accueillant les lits étaient mal installés et bougeaient dès qu’on se couchait. Dans la salle de bain, plusieurs éléments étaient cassés (douche, miroir, porte-papier toilette). Aucun petit déjeuner proposé, et le restaurant était définitivement fermé. Après 15h de route, on a dû chercher pendant 20 minutes à 21h pour trouver de quoi manger. Le parking était en réalité un ancien dépôt, situé à l’extérieur. Propriété 0!On ne s’attendait pas à un miracle pour 45 € la nuit, mais au moins au minimum, ce qui n’a clairement pas été le cas.

Van ahol a zár nem volt jó, egy másikban nem volt klíma, vezetékek lógtak a falból, csak a hátsó bejárat működött, konnektorokból kevés volt vagy nem működött és az ágy és ágynemű bűzlött a dohányszagtól. A redőnyök le voltak szakadva, az ablakkilincs az ember kezében maradt. Pókok és legyek voltak a szobákban. A reggeli egy tányérnyi volt amit ők mértek ki. A kávé katasztrofális volt, a narancsital porból készült és a víz csapvíz volt. Az egész említésre sem méltó.

De kendte ikke til Hotels.com men jeg fik mit værelse alligevel. Morgenmad var også indkluderet og personalet var meget søde. Selve værelset var meget nedslidt og beskidt. Sengen var ringe men man kunne da sove på den. Det var en meget billig overnatning så man skal ikke forvente meget.

- Leo (3/5): - Güler yüzlü bir şekilde karşılandık. Maalesef çok ama çok eski bir hotel olduğundan ses ısı yalıtımı yok. Camlardan rüzgar ve soğuk geliyordu. Isıtma sadece elektrikli bir ısıtıcı verildi odayı ısıtmayı bırakın kendini zor ısıtıyordu. Çok zor bir gece geçirdik. Sıcak su yoktu. Duş alamadık. Erkenden çıkıp eziyetten kurtulduk.

- gerson (2/5): MAIS UMA ARMADILHA DA BOOKING.COM - nada! no check-in me deram um quarto com mesa de trabalho quebrada. ao reclamar me passaram para outro no 3º andar, sem elevador. cortinas finas e estreitas que não vedam a luz. ao invés de cadeira, uma poltrona enorme, pesada e barulhenta. poucas tomadas pelo quarto. itens de higiene todos iguais, diluídos e em dispensers reutilizados. café da manhã bem básico, e varia de acordo com o número de hóspedes - no último dia conseguiram piorar. a entrada é pelos fundos e a recepção está sempre vazia. no check-out apenas deixei as chaves na portaria. fechaduras dos quartos emperradas. fumaça de cigarro entra por baixo das portas, pois hóspedes e funcionários fumam nos corredores. o exaustor do banheiro não funciona. suportes da ducha e de papel higiênico quebrados. interfone dentro de uma gaveta e desligado. sem ar condicionado - apenas um ventilador de plástico. péssima internet. isolamento acústico só na promessa, bem como cesto de lixo, chinelos e roupão. as fotos não correspondem à realidade.
