• Gareth (9/5): - Clean and warm, pool, sauna One only has to walk a block or two and can experience the less salubrious areas of Vancouver. The building itself is in a safe enough area.
• Heather (9/5): Fairly Central Apartment - Not a bad area with enough cafes & takeaways. Close to Rogers Arena & False Creek. Walking distance to Gas Town. No 19 bus to Stanley Park is just down the road. Great mountain & cityscape views. Pool & gym are great selling points too. Plenty of fridge space as well as good supply of cutlery & crockery & great to have our own laundry. 3rd & 4th bedrooms are tiny. Lots of obvious drug users around immediate neighbourhood. Not great to only have a bath in 1 bathroom. Shower is in the bath so hard to keep water from spraying the walls.

• Robert (8/5): - Good location close to downtown. The apartment was in good condition. Good communication with Lillian with easy check-in and check-out. Master bedroom and second bedroom were of nice sizes. Additional bedrooms were extremely small. The lack of a shower in the ensuite is a little difficult. It has a bathtub and there is a shower in the shared bathroom.

Host was very responsive and helped us with our questions about our visit to attractions, Main bathroom could not be locked and second bathroom had issues with drain clearing. Informed the host snd she said she will attend to it after our stay.

• Susan (10/5): Nice stay in a great location - Clean, good location, nice views, nice bathroom with soaking tub, good kitchen amenities and excellent communication by owner. Hassle to get in and out of parking garage. Need to park the car, enter apartment to get key fob to garage before going to garage. Need key fob to go up into apartment and in and out of garage, so if multiple guests comes and go at different times would need coordination. Even though it is listed as 4 bedrooms, 2 of the rooms are closet size with twin beds. (It was spacious for just 3 of us). It is also noisy with windows open as the Sky train runs by it. The AC unit is also very loud so we did not use it.

Lillian was lovely we arrived early from the cruise ship and she let us drop off our luggage so we could go out and explore. Everything we needed was there even shampoo and washing powder They have thought of everything. The couch was a little uncomfortable for 4 adults

• Anupam (9/5): A cozy, compact family apartment - Location is very good. The apartment was very comfortable for a group of 6, even though 2 rooms had only single beds. Very well stocked kitchen, laundry and drier were very useful. Parking was free, though entry and exit is a bit cumbersome. Helpful housekeeper, very prompt in responding. The bathroom shower head can be changed to provide for flow control.
• Tik (9/5): Nice place to stay like home. - Cooking utensils is nice and useable. Bowls, plates, cutlery are sufficient. Dishwasher and washing machine are working great. Surprised to have k-cups, cooking oil, salt & peppers supplied. Moved in with the basic stuffs all you need. Great location. 4 rooms are good for my family of 5. There is gym, swimming pool, hot tub for use. Highly recommended. Can’t do shower in the bath tub in the master bathroom as there is no shower curtain.

Only one thing the location of this building not so good, because the sky train is close to your windows.

Great detailed instructions , responsive and polite owners/ hosts. - If you want to park it is a little bit complicated however there is VERY clear and detailed instructions on how to enter suite and parkade. Having access to parking was great!! Apartment had coffee, oil, salt and pepper- basic plates / utensils . Building is secure. Location and city views are fantastic. Walking distance to many conveniences. Bathrooms had shampoo/ conditioner and body wash. Hand soap and dish soap. Access to washer and dryer with detergent if needed. One of the bedrooms is quite literally a closet or storage room- there is a fan provided to help circulate air. Very small however bed was comfortable and the bed size was accurately described.
• Ying (9/5): Clean and neat. Nice mattress and bedding. - Good location. Clean and neat，well furnished. A little noise. Master bathroom without shower. One of the shower did not have a shelf, and the toiletries on the ground. My uncle is a disability and difficult to use them.
• Darrel (9/5): Superb - Beds were clean and super comfy . The pool and sauna hot tub area was amazing and clean . And the view was amazing There was only one big screen in the whole suite . At least a couple or a few of bedrooms should have one too.
