• Filippo (6/5): Comodo, ben arredato ma un po freddo. - Bagno e soggiorno nuovi e ben arredati; frigo capiente e nel complesso tutto pulito e luminoso. Pentole, posate e macchina per il caffè ottime. Climatizzatore della camera matrimoniale non funzionante (nè caldo ne freddo), inoltre la stanza normalmente era fredda. Tapparelle un po’ antiquate e rumorose.

• Angelo (7/5): - L’appartamento era pulito e spazioso, quindi nel complesso confortevole. Tuttavia abbiamo riscontrato alcune mancanze: non erano disponibili dotazioni standard come detersivo per la lavastoviglie, tovaglia, acqua all’arrivo né prodotti base come sapone o shampoo ecc ecc. Inoltre nell’annuncio è indicato come “primo piano”, ma in realtà si trova a un piano rialzato e l’accesso con il codice non è molto agevole sopratutto per persone non molto tecnologiche. Con qualche attenzione in più ai dettagli l’esperienza potrebbe migliorare molto.

• Leah (3/5): Below average - Open the door with app, would be difficult if you didn’t have your phone or ran out of charge. Lack of kitchen facilities- no kettle or microwave or plugs to use for facilities. Had a coffee machine with no where to plug in. Uncomfy sofa bed in living room area Not clean- gave us a dirty and old oven and the cleaner was still cleaning after check in time and we waited until 4pm to get in after travelling all day. Room stunk of smoke, pack of cigarettes on the side whilst cleaner was in. Lack of plugs, we were a family of 5 and have access to 3 plugs.

• Lyuben (9/5): Great choice - The easy keyless access. The property has 3 separate rooms that could be used for sleeping. The building common parts are very clean and beatiful. The location and the neighbourhood are very good. The neighbors from the above apartment was very noisy. Hope they are also tourists not permanently residents.
• Dominika (8/5): Very good - great location. quiet area, close to the metro station. The apartment was perfect size for 2+1 family 1st evening we had to fix the single bed because the boards were falling out from under the mattress as soon as you even sat down. it is fixed now ;)

• Filip (9/5): Superb - The location was great - quiet, clean and in walking distance to the historical centre. Also underground station and supermarket were reachable within 5 minutes. Outside the house there is a small park if you fancy a morning run in the nature. The apartment was spatious, 4-5 people could stay there. Water pressure in the bathroom was very low. Especially if you have long thick hair you might have difficulties to wash it unless you use cold water.

• Hanna (8/5): Practical and clean apartment in Milan - The property was comfortable and clean. The sheets, duvets and pillows were fresh. We could have a good night sleep and enjoyed the air conditioning in two rooms. The third room doesn’t have a separate airconditioning so you need to leave the door open for cooling. The host was kind enough to adjust our check out time and we were able to leave our luggage for longer. Easy access with the keys and smooth communication about the details of the check in. It would have be maybe nicer to have separate Duvet covers instead of needing to sleep under one double cover. The big double bed is a spring bed and you feel the movements of the person sleeping next to you, it also squeaks a bit. For five people it’s a bit tight but great value for the price.
