- Dmitry (1/5): "I'm sleeping, come tomorrow" - Nothing The experience at this accommodation was an utter disgrace. The staff was horrendous, and there was absolutely no communication with the owner. They were completely unresponsive to both phone calls and WhatsApp messages. The bathroom was in disrepair, and there was no Wi-Fi available. We arrived at the apartment at 11:00 PM, having made a pre-call two days prior and messaged the owner a few hours before our arrival. Despite this, we received no response. After repeatedly calling non-stop, the owner finally answered and had the audacity to say, "I'm sleeping, come tomorrow." This left me stranded on the street with an infant in the middle of the night, desperately searching for a place to stay. The owner only showed up the next day to provide the key, adding insult to injury. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable and shameful.
