- Georgieva (3/5): Great Location, Very Disappointing Stay - The only positive aspect was the good location and the nice view. Our stay was extremely disappointing and fell far below acceptable standards. From the moment we entered the apartment, we were met with poor conditions that immediately ruined the experience. There was no hot water on the first evening and throughout the entire following day. In winter, this is completely unacceptable. The apartment was also very dirty overall, which was shocking and unprofessional. Cleanliness is a basic requirement, and in this case it was simply not met. On top of that, I had requested a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. I paid €20 for a bottle of wine and chocolates, yet was charged an additional €40 for the “service” — more than double the value of what was provided. This pricing is unreasonable and unjustified. Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, lack of hot water, and unfair extra charges made our stay extremely unpleasant. What should have been a special birthday trip turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property.
- Joseph (8/5): Really enjoyable. - The host met us near the apartment and walked us to the apartment and explained everything. That was very good as to walk in Venice you need sometime to get your bearings properly.

Even the nice position is not worth that much…. - Outlay and the locationnonvthe grand canal is great…walking distance to Rialto and stone throw away from restaurants and real Venice life… Great support from the staff. Very professional in resolving all issues and situations. Outdated, cupboard handles coming off, uncomfortable bed and definitely airing needs to be sorted out. Bed is so used up that serious back pain are a must here. Also being thrown out at 10:00 is not worth the high price…
- William (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful and updated, the quintessential Venice flat overlooking the Grand Canal. Fully stocked kitchen and three full bathrooms! One with a Turkish bath, one with a soaking tub and then one with a freestanding shower, the choice is yours. There's a TV with English channels and a full canal view. There are numerous restaurants nearby and walking distance to the bus or train station.
