Estaba todo sucio, la cama deshecha, ropa sucia en el suelo, etc. El anfitrión hablaba solo ingles. Le manifestamos al anfitrión que en esas condiciones no podíamos quedarnos, le pedimos otra habitación y nos la negó. Luego de nuestra queja, conversó con alguien por teléfono y nos dijo que aceptemos o calle. Por supuesto nos retiramos.
- Kei yu (3/5): Poor attitude - Great apartment and location The service is disappointing, house manager is disrespectful and rude. Before the check in, she was not helpful with the luggage storage. And at the check in day, she welcomed me with her a scowl on her face. Also, she is not flexible, this is my first time visiting Italy and obviously not familiar with the transportation, I said “ I will arrive at around 3pm” and I couldn’t reach at exactly 3pm and she started to be rude and not even wanted to proceed my check in. Youhosty would never be my choice again
