- Amelia (8/5): Comfortable, good location - It was very spacious for being located in Osaka. It was easy to find and access the keys/property. Directions were clear from the host. It was difficult to contact the host at times and the door code instructions were not available after we had checked in.

- Marianne (10/5): Adorable room in a fantastic location in Osaka - steps away from the culinary delights of Kuromon market. - Loved the location! Very central - right beside the Kuromon market so that you have access to lots of food and cafes. A 15 minute walk to Dotonbori in one direction and a 15 minute walk to Shinsekai in the other direction. The theme of the room was also cute - so many adorable ramen noodle details. very clean and facilities were well laid out.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from Kuromon Market, close to the subway, and surrounded by plenty of shops and services. The apartment itself is tiny but very charming. We stayed in the “Ramen” room, which was fun and nicely decorated. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay here again!

- Jin-Wen Amanda (9/5): Prime location, large studio apartment. - Location was so convenient for getting to kuromon markets and dotonburi area, must spend at least two days just exploring the local area by foot, if only to be able to eat everything you want to try. The apartment itself had everything we needed, good size bath and shower and huge living space for a hotel room. There isn't really a view from the balcony, just another building, so we kept the curtains drawn the whole time but that's the same for any other building in this area.

- Mark (10/5): V's Boutique in Namba, Osaka - The location was fantastic, and the facilities/decor were excellent! Very comfortable and spacious. The self check in was easy and the host was responsive when assistance was needed. There is some street noise but this didn't bother us at all, and the host supplies disposable foam earplugs in the room anyway so don't see this as a real problem.

Non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Un po' di rumori dovuti a delle macchinette e al combini sotto casa, ma dopo le 23 tutto si placa, niente di insopportabile :)

Viki and staff are lovely, very responsive to all messages and went out of their way to help me unasked. P.S. Make sure to go directly across the road to the izakaya Superjap for a very fun night!

Little bar across the road is a must visit! The room was small and with the thin mattresses on the ground it was hard to move around and have space for two suitcases.

- Martine (9/5): Bien placé et pratique - Nous avons aimé la jolie décoration, un logement neuf avec un système domotique à la pointe. C'était spacieux. C'est très bien situé, à proximité des commerces, 2 stations de métro assez proches et des quartiers emblématiques pas très loin. Dotonbori à 10- 15 mn à pied. Des petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Vikki a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos demandes et nous a permis d'envoyer nos valises en takkyubin en avance. Il manque un équipement de base au niveau de la vaisselle, pas de verres, pas d'assiettes, pas de couverts, juste baquettes, bols et tasses. C'était très minimaliste. L'insonorisation extérieure est très fine.

L'appartement dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire. Des bouchons d'oreilles sont également disponibles si les nuisances sont trop importantes. Par ailleurs, des cartes de la ville sont mises à disposition. Les thèmes des chambres sont superbes et l'amabilité de Vikki est pour perfectionner le tout! Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de salle pour laver son linge, mais comme dit dans les commentaires, il y a un magasin à proximité !

- Susanne (10/5): Superschöne und zentrumsnahe Unterkunft - Süßes kleines Appartment direkt im Zentrum, mit Balkon ( Wäsche kann dort getrocknet werden) eine kleine Küche, ein großes Badezimmer mit separater Dusche und Badewanne. Tatamimatten sind super gemütlich. Und das Zimmer einfach schön dekoriert. Vikki ist super freundlich, sie ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir durften unsere Koffer nach dem Check out noch in der Unterkunft lassen und später abholen.Wir wären gerne noch länger dort geblieben. Nichts!!!!

I forwarded my luggage from the previous hotel and when I checked in my suitcase was already in the apartment. This is a self check-in apartment, but the instructions were very clear.

- Lucy (10/5): Highly recommend booking for anyone wanting to explore Osaka! - Ideal location within Osaka. Local subway is a 5 minute walk away or Namba (bigger station connecting from airport) is a 10 minute walk away. I found the 24 hour supermarket next door to be cheap and handy for late night / early morning drinks and snacks. Property was spotlessly clean and decorated to an authentic Japanese style (which I loved). I previously read comments about the property being loud at night, but personally never heard anything (ear plugs are provided). The fridge was too cold (froze everything within!)

- Linda (8/5): Overall we loved this property and would recommend to others because of the efficient unit, lovely bath area and water p - It was immaculate and had everything we needed. We loved the location, an easy walk to Doutonbori and next to the Kuromon market. We loved the room. The only suggestion I have is to have thicker futon. The futon was very thin so sleeping was not the most comfortable. Also there was no A/C in the hall or elevator so it was very hot outside of the room.

- Louise (7/5): - L’établissement est très confortable et possible sa propre salle de bain et un petite cuisine. La décoration est sympathique. Il est bien placé mais le quartier est assez bruyant. Il n’y a pas beaucoup d’équipement de cuisine.

Un grande grazie a Vikki, che è stata fin da subito ultra disponibile: ci ha aiutati con la consegna dei bagagli dall’hotel precedente e ci ha permesso di lasciare l’altro bagaglio anche prima del check-in. Letto comodissimo e bagno fantastico – tutto perfetto! Nulla tutto ottimo
