• Rosmarie (10/5): Top-Lage in Florentiner Altstadt - Absolute Top-Lage in der Altstadt nahe beim Ponte Vecchio. 6. Stock, Lift vorhanden. Weil man so perfekt gelegen ist, darf man auch Lärm akzeptieren. Schade war auch, dass an der vorderen Hausfassade Bauarbeiten im Gange waren. Jedoch Arbeiten ohne Lärm. Und weil wir tagsüber so und so unterwegs waren, hat uns dieser Umstand nicht gestört.

• Rhonda (10/5): - Very comfortable and a great location. Host was very helpful. The place was lovely but didn’t have a living space. This didn’t bother us as we were out most of the time.
• Gabcheto (10/5): Amazing owner, amazing place! - Albena is an amazing host! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this accommodation! The apartment is a one minute walking from Ponte Vecchio and three minutes from the Uffizi Galleries The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable. I liked everything in the apartment. The apartment is on a quiet and safe street. There are nice restaurants nearby that don't disturb with noise.

• Ventura (9/5): Wonderful stay in Florence thanks to our wonderful host. Place is pretty good for the stay. Well worth the stay. - Place seems organized and maintained. Close to almost everything we wanted to see Loud noise a night coming from the neighbor using karaoke but with the windows it wasn’t too bad. Need more condiments in the kitchen.

• Nigel (8/5): Great location, close to attractions - Let carrion was perfect. The lift was great, handy for luggage. Aircon was great. Host had met us at location and had lots of information. There was a wet doona left in the washing machine. The dishwasher had plates and items in it.
• Luis (8/5): Very good - We stayed during a heatwave and unfortunately the AC gave out—but the hosts were fantastic: very apologetic and quick to act, even replacing the unit. The apartment's location is amazing—just steps from the Ponte Vecchio and close to all the main attractions. Despite the AC issue, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated how helpful the hosts were.
• Gabriela (8/5): Perfect location - The staff were really friendly and nice. For the check in they gave us a tour of the flat and provided info on the city and where we could go. Kitchen fully equipped, flat is very central and everything is within walking distance. The pillows were a bit hard but other than that, it was a great place!

• Joseph (8/5): After mix up with the payment and being overcharged and then refunded it still cost me money on exchange rate even thoug - Great place and location Water pressure and temperature fluctuating. They had issue that required water to be off but wasn’t fault of the landlord just unfortunate incident.
• Mohan (7/5): Helpful host - The host is extremely helpful on explaining the attractions, food and more. She and her husband were very friendly. The host also spoke good English. Unfortunately, there was no water pressure that resulted in no water supply. Needed to move out of the apartment and checked into a hotel. The host felt very bad about the water situation. She refunded the one day rent. One friendly advice is to check the water supply prior to check in date. I was reading the prior reviewes and noticed that the water issue was not new. I wish I should have looked at the previous review. Please fix the on-going water issue before renting it to someone as water is an essential need.
• Donny (10/5): Really nice location close to downtown attractions. Owners very helpful and live close by. - Great location! Owner very responsive. Met us to give us the keys. Gave us a map of the city and pointed out good/bad restaurants. VERY helpful. Elevator really helped with the luggage. Nothing to note.
