• FELIPE (8/5): Excelente localização, anfitrião cortez e prestativo. - A localização é excelente, muito próxima da estação de metrô, bairro muito residencial. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi muito boa, o Alex sempre se colocou à disposição e foi muito gentil e proativo. Não cito como algo que não gostei, mas que, do todo, foi o mais neutro que é o tamanho do quarto. Viajei com esposa e 2 crianças e o quarto, apesar de caber, fica um pouco apertado. Nada que desabone a hospedagem, apenas uma particularidade para famílias com 4 pessoas.

• Yuvraj (10/5): Great place to be. - The check in and check out was quick and comfortable. Alex was great and really helping. Just 3-5 mins walk to the A line metro line. Overall really happy. Although Television didnt have any English channels but the free WiFi made up for it.

La consiglio - La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica, ideale per chi deve prendere la metro o il treno. Via Tuscolana è una zona tranquilla, con ottimi bar, pizzerie e ristoranti, perfetta per chi la sera preferisce non spostarsi.

El anfitrión muy amable ya que nos dejó guardar el equipaje antes de coger el vuelo. La zona muy tranquila. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Muy recomendable. No tengo ninguna pega.

• Patrik (9/5): - Ubytování moc pěkné, vše čisté. Pokoj jsme měli nachystaný po předešlé domluvě už na 10 dopoledne, což bylo báječné. Blízko centra, snadná doprava. Skvělá domluva s provozovatelem. V apartmánu jsou jednotlivě pronajímané pokoje a je opravdu vše z chodby slyšet i přes zavřené dveře. Mezi pokoji jsme ale nic neslyšeli.

• Jordan (10/5): Con lode … - La struttura da mio punto di vista è una delle migliori a livello di organizzazione sempre pronta e disponibile già dalle 11:00 del mattino con il self check in Alex vi guiderà facilmente con un video su whatsapp .. camere calde e accoglienti con una bella potenza del flusso della doccia 🚿 insomma ogni volta è una super Garanzia ! • Domenico (9/5): Ottima pulizia e location strategica (metro vicinissima) - Posizione top, pulizia ottima. Vicinissima alla fermata RE DI ROMA che collega le principali attrazioni di Roma. È difficile trovare parcheggio nella zona.. Così come in tutta la città. Ma in zona è presente anche un parking a pagamento se ci si sposta in auto. Valuta super positiva! Difficoltà a trovare parcheggio. Cosa che ovviamente non dipende dalla struttura

Doccia nuova. Self check in facile. Staff gentile, anche se sentiti solo via WA. Era metà gennaio e in camera faceva freddo, non ci sono termosifoni ma solo il fan coil in camera (non in bagno) che faceva un po' fatica a scaldare l'ambiente.

• Anna Rita (8/5): Posizione ottimale - La posizione ottimale vicino alla metro in zona ben servita e comoda. Camera e bagno davvero piccoli per tre persone. La stanza era attigua, inoltre, al bagno esterno utilizzato da altri utenti e purtroppo il via via di persone durante la notte ha generato molto rumore.

• mat_s___ (8/5): Camera semplice in posizione comoda - Ho trovato la camera spaziosa e pulita. Il letto è comodo e ni camera ho trovato l'essenziale per una mini colazione: acqua, caffè, fette biscottate, biscotti e marmellata. Il check-in è stato veloce e pratico. La posizione era perfetta per quello che dovevo fare io. Facendo 2-3 giri sono riuscito a trovare parcheggio in strada nelle vicinanze. L'ascensore è molto vecchio quindi l'accesso con le valigie è un po' scomodo. Le stanze non sono isolate acusticamente né tra di loro né verso l'esterno quindi quindi si sente tutto: per chi non è abituato può essere fastidioso. Le porte sono un po' rumorose: si potrebbe pensare a qualche miglioria.

• idan (10/5): Great rome experience and stay - It was very clean (!!) and comfortable. communication with Alex the host was great and check in was clear! The option of leaving the luggage was also great. I really liked the neighborhood- not in the noisy touristic area but still very closed to everywhere, good atmosphere and accessible. Many great food options just around the corner that will make you really happy, trust me (; The fact that I had only two nights, needed more. For the next time :)

There is a small refrigerator inside the room. I didn't like that the room (1) has its private bathroom outside the room. The breakfast is very basic, only coffee, water, biscuits and jam are there.

Pokój czysty, codziennie sprzątany, świeża woda, kawa i przekąski (sucharki, dżem i ciasteczka). Na wspólnym korytarzu można korzystać z czajnika, ekspresu oraz kuchenki mikrofalowej. • Jufsantiago (9/5): Ótima opção em Roma - Muito perto do metrô. Ótimo bairro, com tudo perto! Muito facil de fazer tudo de transporte público. Casal, dono do lugar, muito gentil, nos deixou entrar horas antes do check-in oficial. Banheiro fora do quarto, isso me deixou desconfortável, o banheiro é do lado e ótimo mas tee que sair do quarto e cruzar o corredor foi estranho. Só tem um quarto assim, então bom confirmar por mensagem sua preferência logo após reservar.

• Effe (9/5): Perfetto - La camera era pulitissima, cosa importantissima per noi, letti comodi, Alex è stato gentilissimo e chiarissimo. La posizione a pochi passi dalla metro A, Re di Roma ha reso il b&b perfetto. Purtroppo il bagno non era dotato di bidet!

Tanto Alessandro que es el dueño, siempre atento a través de mensajes por cualquier solicitud, como Claudia quien realizaba la limpieza y control de todo atenta cada dia a lo que precisara y consultando si me sentía a gusto. Ubicación excelente, esta a metros de la Metropolitana Re Di Roma, y de ahi te comunicas y llegas a donde quieras. El barrio San Giovanni es muy tranquilo para descansar y sin vivir de lleno el caos de Roma. Pienso volver. La habitación era comodisima, siempre que regresaba estaba limpia y con cosas para poder realizar mi desayuno al dia siguiente. Lo recomendaré a todos los que visiten Roma. Muy conforme y agradecida! Nada. Fue todo fantástico.
