Uma desvantagem boba que achei foi o espelho ficar na parte suspensa, serve apenas se vc tiver 2m de altura ou subir na cama pra se enxergar, não entendi o sentido.

Pela falta de limpeza, tamanho e má recepção, chegamos e fomos embora na hora. - Solicitaram o envio dos documentos para o check in no local e os mesmos foram enviados quase 1 mês antes. Chegando lá, afirmavam não terem recebido, mesmo eu mostrando a conversa do WhatsApp, e me fizeram ficar por mais de 1h, próximo às 22h, com uma criança de colo, do lado de fora aguardando para liberarem o check in. Um completo desrespeito, descaso, absurdo, fora a exposição ao risco por ter permanecido todo esse tempo em pé, com uma criança, à noite, em uma rua de uma cidade como São Paulo. O check in. Chegando o local, o lugar é bem menor do que aparenta pelas fotos, havia papel de sujeira embaixo do sofá cama, lixo do banheiro sem saco para descarte.

Uma informação importante, mas nada demais, apenas para informativo mesmo, no espaço compartilhado não tem utensílios, você tem que subir os que tem no apê. Valeu super a pena a hospedagem.

Boas instalações no prédio: o coworking, a cozinha compartilhada e a área da piscina são excelentes. A rede de internet do quarto não apareceu. Solicitei ao anfitrião o reparo, porém não tive o meu problema resolvido. Tive que usar a internet da churrasqueira, que era instável. Outro fator foi o chuveiro, que tem um fluxo de água muito escasso. Não garante um banho de qualidade. Esses dois fatores, sobretudo o primeiro, comprometerem sobremaneira a experiência.
