Dreu (5/5): - The location was beautiful There was no heating . A few old heaters only. It was freezing. More blankets were required And due to the kitchen being really dirty, i couldn't cook there. I had to eat out, which was costly. They did offer me cleaners. However, we didn't want someone there for hours while it was our holiday time. It should have been done before arrival.
Sue (4/5): Low standard of service, no clean towels don't make up for the great view. - The location is brilliant as it's a 5min walk to the beach and fantastic cafes. The views from the property are also great. Everything worked in the kitchen. There were not enough clean towels for the number of guests and despite repeated calls to the property manager, none were delivered over the time. There was no hand towel and the bath mat was filthy. The property manager kept insisting that fresh towels had been delivered but this never happened. One of the beds was not made up when we arrived. Much of the kitchen utensils, pots and pans are very old and scratched and the floors were sticky like they hadn't been cleaned for a while. The windows and sliding doors to the balcony were also grimy like they hadn't been cleaned in a long while. Communication with the property manager was good however as mentioned, they didn't believe us that the cleaner never delivered the clean towels. We were disappointed in the end as the great view didn't make up for the low standard of service.

Andrew (6/5): Nice spot, but with a bit more attention to small details could be better. - Good spot, and nice view. No waste bins in bathroom or bedrooms. No garbage bags, dishwasher pods or at least enough coffee pods to get us started. Understood these are not included but would be a nice detail to improve the stay. Lights on stairs down from street not working. Cleaning could be improved as well.
