• Yosef (1/5): Fraud … - We did not receive the apartments that we and our friends booked. She said she would cancel our reservation through you and in the end she did not cancel it. We paid for the apartments that we did not actually sleep in, even though we asked her for the keys and to meet us. She did not come and receive the money for the two apartments and we were not in them at all. This is fraud in its own right and we were forced to take another hotel for more money and we expected you to help us as your customers and we did not receive proper service from you either. We are very disappointed and feel cheated. You took our money for something we did not receive and when we arrive in Israel we will take care of this to the fullest extent of the law!! It is simply a shame that you are dealing with crooked people. We did not receive the apartments that we and our friends booked. • Kelly (9/5): Great Stay - The apartment was spacious and clean. It had everything you needed. Including coffee, washing products and toiletry products - which I thought was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again when visiting LA. The only thing I could pick at was in one bedroom there was 2 missing blind slats. Which made the mornings very bright. But I am used to sleeping in a blacked out room.

• Jasi (3/5): Will NOT be booking this property again - ask Host what Unit (of 6) you will actually be booked! - Will not be booking again. The pros to this booking was location...and the pressure in the shower heads, that's about it. The Host Zee,has 6 properties at same location; however, what was pictured was NOT the unit provided. When I communicated this unit was NOT what was advertised in posting, I was met with a response - isn't it 2 bedroom 2 bath? While the unit specs were the same, the unit clearly is not the same. The response I received was "do you want to check out?". Given that I was traveling with two kids in tow, merely checking out and booking another place was not a simple, small feat. It was not lavish as pictured - encourage you to view pics shared and you can can decipher yourself. Lastly, the Queen bed was incredibly uncomfortable as it creaked every movement.

• Thomas (10/5): Happy comfortable stay in spacious apartment. - Clean, neat, large, well-appointed apartment with gated parking and pool in great location for our needs. Just wish we could have used the beautiful kitchen but we were eating out with family every night. nothing, all good!
