kelli (1/5): Very unhappy and heartbroken for my son. - View Dusty dusty room. Become very unwell. Suffer asthma and dust mite.. place needs full deep clean overhaul.. couldn't stay for full booking.. scratching and coughing to much for my son and myself. Asked for refund. Was told would get full refund.. but now I'm fighting to get it.. they sent cleaner back. But I was to unwell and didn't want dust stirred up anymore. Was ridiculous.. so unfair that we have been given run around since 8th December.. I had to go into debt pay for another unit.. which was less money a lot nicer and cleaner.. also paid for linen.. but was expected to carry to unit.. but I could not do this with my bad back.. I was shocked by this.. but then to have to go through the stress and such inconvience , of continuous phone calls emails. To be told different stories. Lady from booking. Com said she was getting full refund for me, after seeing photos.. I received a $90 credit to use Next booking. Holiday Caloundra offers 5% discount on next holiday and late check out.. I declined we had already stuck it out days we were there... My son autistic and was very anxious and agitated with all the issues we were having.. also rules to clean out away dishes, lock up Caloundra is not immune to thieves.we had no sleep from scratching and stressing. I am totally in shock that this place could be a holiday place. At the price we paid. Not exceptable.. cleaner should not have had to come back and clean dusty fans . Screens, ECT.. carpet needs to be dry cleaned or replaced.. the other place we went and stayed at. Were so nice and just totally different feeling.. so clean and was great to get a bit of stress relief.. I even bought flowers to say thankyou to them.. all I know is I will never go through holidays Caloundra or booking.com again.. I am taking this further.. took long time to save for a holiday.. only lucky I joined after pay, to pay for another unit... 1000 dollars holiday Caloundra. Unit 2 tingara seas..was meant to be from the 8th-14th.

Andrea (9/5): Stunning ocean view, entire appartment, super cute - So much space, a fully equipped kitchen made life so much easier. Sea view from the living room, balcony and bedroom which was absolutely stunning No WiFi available, but they do state it so 🤷🏻‍♀️
