• Lazarova (6/5): - Много добра локация на метри от прекрасната базилика Сан Джовани де лутерано и 15мин пеш от Колизеума.На ъгъла на мястото има кафетария която отваря в 6:30 сутринта. В началото на улицата има ресторант работещ до късно с прекрасна храна и без туристи. В изключителна близост има 2 метро линии. Всеки ден на самата улица се провежда и бит пазар. Трудна комуникация с домакина..не отговаря веднага .Наложи се 2 пъти да изпращам личните карти и накрая на вторият ден от престоя ми се обади някой от трети пореден номер , предснави се за собственика и отново ми поиска да изпратя документи.Лоша организация.Предполагам имота се управлява от външна фирма , а не от собственик.На третия ден когата се прибрахме установихме че някой е влизал в имота без да са ни уведомили. Бяха слагали отоплителни лири на стената ..бяха махнати закачалките...вещите ни бяха местени и беше оставено изключително мръсно от пробиването на стените, както и в мивката за чинии беше оставена метла и лопата.Когато попитах защо не са ни уведомили ми отговориха кратко , че сега разбрали че съобщението не било изпратено, а на въпроса ми за мръсотията ми казаха че чистача бил идвал , което не е вярно. В резервацията заплатихте такса почистване 35 евро, но нито в един от дните никой не почисти. В отговор получихме само кратко извинете.

• Maria (9/5): Excelente localização e boa experiência no geral, com alguns pormenores a melhorar. - A localização é excelente, muito próxima de estações de metro, o que facilitou bastante as deslocações pela cidade. Também havia um supermercado por perto, o que foi bastante prático. O anfitrião foi simpático e respondeu rapidamente, trazendo toalhas no próprio dia quando pedimos. O quarto não tem porta, o que não nos afetou, mas pode ser importante para quem procura mais privacidade, especialmente se alguém estiver a dormir na sala de estar. Também não havia suporte para secar toalhas, o que fez com que permanecessem húmidas.
• Fábio (5/5): Impossível para quem tem dificuldade em adormecer - Localização Facilidade de entrada e saída Para alguém com problemas de sono que não consegue dormir com luz a casa não é funcional. O "quarto" tem uma janela que não dá para tapar nem tem cortinas. É basicamente ter uma lanterna apontada a noite toda. O local tem 1 cama e um sofa cama, mas não tinha nada além de mantas para quem usa o sofá. Mesmo na cama não tinha cobertores e foi preciso pedir ao responsável que nos arranjasse mais. A comunicação foi boa, mas há coisas básicas que não deviam faltar.

Per scaldarsi c’erano due stufette che non si possono accendere contemporaneamente quindi dovevi scegliere se scaldare il bagno o la camera (che non è separata dal salottino con una porta). La doccia si riempiva dopo un minuto e siamo rimasti senza acqua calda l’ultima sera e mattina.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, close to the metro stadion, with a very well supplied supermarket nearby. Additionally, there are nice restaurants nearby.

• Bethany (2/5): Very poor - Its location, close to station. Place was clean Photos aren’t a good representation of the property there is graffiti all over the outside of the property. The bathroom was so small and mouldy, had paint coming off the walls and water stain down the walls. The shower filled up after 1 minute which we didn’t inform the host but they only offered to fix it a day before we left. But was no point them coming because we were leaving the next day. The bed was uncomfortable and only had one pillow each. There was a kettle & coffee pod machine but no tea or coffee was provided. The window in the bedroom needs a curtain over it because a bright light shines in all night. There was a wet dish cloth in the kitchen sink when we arrived.

• Dario (1/5): Scam - The house was clean and close to the underground station The host tried to make us pay extra 400€ after the stay and when we refused as we had already payed for everything she acted like it was a mistake. It was a scam attempt in my opinion.
• Ofelia (8/5): Great little gem - We really enjoyed staying at this little gem. It was vey clean, easily accessible, good host communication. Kitchen small but we had everything we needed for a short stay. Shower was clogged and water spilled on floor. The bathroom was very hot and humid, it could benefit from an extractor fan.
• Abby (8/5): Great budget friendly option in Rome - I think previous reviews on this place are quite harsh. It was the perfect little place for our time in Rome and suitable for the cheap price we paid! Short walk to the colosseum and the subways. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Air conditioning was fantastic and we had plenty of space. I felt safe here and would come back My only issues were that the drain in the shower is slow so often you are standing in puddles of water. The other is that lots of street light comes through the bedroom window so need an eye mask to sleep.
• Justin (9/5): Better value than a comparably priced hotel room. - Comfortable and clean. A lot more space than a comparably priced hotel room. Close to a lot of sites and the Metro line. There’s some street noise in the front living room. Not much light. My suggestion for improvement would be to provide some better pillows.
• Mary (9/5): This is a quiet gem of a house in busy Rome. We could get away from the tourist run for a while. - This little gem of a house was very well equipped for simple cooking and a break from tourist travel. It was conveniently located so that we could walk around the corner to the supermarket and back from the Colosseum and Metro. The little extras such as the coffee machine and sweets were lovely.
• Konstantinos (3/5): Clean and convenient but with lots of problems. - La Casetta is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood, a few minutes away from a metro and several bus stations. Supermarket is also close by. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets and towels smelled fresh and clean. Foremost, the place should never have gotten a permit from the municipality. La Casetta was probably a small janitor's office for the surrounding buildings that the owners turned into a "home." An attempt, that is, to take advantage of any possibility to make money from tourists. Suffice it to say that the sink for washing your coffee cup is a 12 x 25 cm rectangle in the 1.5 x 1,5 meter bathroom. Imagine washing your breakfast dish in there. It's really a joke that in the exact same space there is also a heating block with a pot to prepare spaghetti!!! Among the other things I could mention is that there was no toilet paper (probably the cleaning lady forgot to leave some), not even a welcoming coffee capsule for the coffee machine; and the bathtub was clogged and would fill with water within the first 30 seconds of showering. I definitely would not recommend it!
