• Kristin (10/5): Great place with all the amenities for a long-term stay - This property is in a great location near the main train station and an easy walk to all the good stuff downtown. They have all the amenities like a fan, vacuum, toiletries, towels, glasses, utensils, etc.

• Martina (8/5): Wunderbar für einen Kurzaufenthalt, bei dem man sich nicht selbst verpflegen muss. Das muss man durch die zentrale Lage - Sehr geräumig und zentral. Super zu empfehlen. Die Küchenutensilien wie Pfannen oder Ähnlichem war sehr minderwertig

• Anton (4/5): Mit Warmwasser komme ich wieder. - Die Lage Am 2. Tag kein Warmwasser. Daher die schlechte Gesamtbewertung. Die Zuständigen haben sich zwar bemüht, es zu beheben, aber nicht geschafft. Kalt duschen im Winter ist ein No Go.
• Gerarda Sebastiana (3/5): Dissapointment - Location Not sure where to start. Upon arrival there was no warm water, some kind of boiler was making horrible noises. I was there after a long drive and not having warm water is a real discomfort. Since it was already late I decided to inform the host next morning which I did. They asked me if I could turn the boiler on and off which I refused to do. They could not send anybody since nobody was available to check besides a tenant on site, a so called Hausmeister. Since I was travelling alone I already felt uncomfortable letting a stranger in my appartment but ok, he could fix the problem so I accepted to let the man in. He came and he could not solve it, he turned on a few things on and off and said sorry don't know and left...I was upset to say the least,second evening without warm water you expect some help or empathy. Next morning I had to leave and after messaging with the owner they tried to blame me first, I had closed the water myself. Why would I do that, I had specifically said I was not even willing to touch that device and now I had turned the water off.. I was not amused, the least they could do was compensate me for this horrible experience. They said they would and they act very friendly and then booking told me they refused to compensate.Since I am a customer since day one and never had problems booking did the compensation themselves, they have direct access to all the chat messages so completly transparant from my side. On top the place was not clean, kitchen was dirty as in picture, couch stained. I used 2 cups during my stay I could not wash because of lack of warm water. I guess it had to happen in al those years to have such an experience once. For me this was that exeperience. Not sure if I was messaging with the owner or an agency but I hope they do a better job with other guests.

• Susan (10/5): A wonderful apartment for a cosy stay in Kaiserslautern - The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and full of light. We weren't bothered by outside noise. The reserved parking space was very convenient. The fact that we were 5 minutes' walk from the train station, and also 5 minutes' walk from a very pleasant city park, made this the perfection accommodation for us.

• Danielle (8/5): Very good - Location was great. Home was very clean and had everything needed to cook etc. No washer and dryer. The hosts did not communicate. I sent multiple emails and messages and they never responded. It was not that important but had we needed anything we wouldn’t have gotten a response.
