• Mannix (8/5): Very nice apartment - shame about the managing agency - This was a great place to stay. Comfortable and clean. I had to wait almost one hour to receive keys, even though there was a doorman/security man at the foyer. He was totally unaware of my arrival, however he was most helpful trying to figure out what was going on with the host and key handover ( even though this was an electronic lock and did not need keys) I was previously advised if l would like to extend stay,in which case I was welcome to contact the host. I decided to stay an extra day and requested same at least 6 hours prior to departure (0600am) via email and WhatsApp There was no answer till 4pm when the host-agency called me, howling for me to pay now or get out. Literally demanding l leave the premises. The women at the agency was hostile, rude and threatening. I was utterly shocked and confused. I offered to make immediate payment via credit card over the phone . They already had a copy of my passport. She refused. She demanded l come to the office which was half an hour away by taxi and pay in cash. She was unreasonable, terse, and smug, trying to belittle me. The conversation on WhatsApp continued for about an hour. She ended up locking us out from the apartment, using the electronic lock. I felt this women was hell-bent on making life miserable for us for no apparent reason. I tried to comply with all of her wishes however she was stubborn and ignorant, and lacked any resemblance of empathy. Needless to say, she ruined our weekend getaway, for no apparent reason. I suspected she thought l was trying to scam her and try getting away without paying. As a landlord myself , l would never dream of doing such lowly acts of trying to get away without paying for accomodation. Being treated with such contempt was beyond me and l hope this never happens to anyone. We were left startled and rattled by this experience. It was horrendous.
• Guilherme (9/5): Pleasant time in Rio - The sympathy of the staff and how they were always ready to support and help. The bed and the internet The location was quite ok, but some neighbours were very noisy

• Vinicius (2/5): Péssima experiência - De positivo é a boa localização, localizado próximo à muitos comércios e coisas perto. Pra começar o apartamento estava sujo, os utensílio de cozinha estavam empoeirados, o filtro de água não saía água. Fomos utilizar o liquidificador para fazer uma vitamina, quando fui ligar ele não funcionava, ao retirar o copo da base derramou na cozinha inteira, não tinha pano de chão o apartamento, solicitei ao proprietário e não fui atendido. As panelas não tinham tampa, a cozinha não tinha detergente, e a pia vaza água. A máquina de lavar não funciona, na hora de centrífugar fez um barulho absurdo e as roupas agarraram no cesto. A cama é muito desconfortável e estava quebrada, o chuveiro esquenta, mas é muito desconfortável tomar banho dentro de uma banheira.
• Patricia (7/5): Boa relação custo-benefício - Excelente localização, pois, muito próxima a diversos pontos turísticos. Alguns, inclusive, fomos a pé, como a Marina da Glória, a Escadaria Selerón, Arcos da Lapa, Catedral de São Sebastião. Boa distribuição do Espaço. Imóvel bem equipado. Atraso no check-in em cerca de 1hora e tivemos que ficar na rua durante o período. Sofá-cama sujo e desconfortável. Chuveiro fica dentro de uma banheira de difícil acesso e escorregadio. Vimos baratas no bwc. Sistema de aquecimento da água pareceu desregulado. Estacionamentos ao redor caríssimos e, por sorte, conseguimos locar uma vaga de garagem no edifício.
