Peter (8/5): Great little spot in a prime location. - Located in Phase 2 of the R&F Mall development, this place is walking distance to JB Sentral, the mall, restaurants, and groceries. The company had great communication as well. Check in was incredibly quick and easy, in my room within 5 minutes of arrival. The room looks just like the pictures, spacious, with lots of amenities. Bed was comfortable and the room relaxing. While the location is convenient, there is a lot of construction in the area. Be ready for noise to start at 6:30am, though it was better in this room than most in the area. Lighting in the room is all-in: either dark or bright. There was a bedside lamp but, strangely, did not have the right plug for the socket.

Jade (8/5): - The apartment is beautiful & modern design. So glad not to meet with scenic wallpaper & tacky decorations. The place is well kept and has satisfactory cleanliness. All necessities are available. Bonus the TV actually has a working channel -Netflix. And there's Jaya Grocer, Wellness pharmacy & eateries within walking distance 1. Logistics instructions from obtaining keys, parking & apartment unit need be improved This is due to high density and vast complexity of the area. The instructions provided to us are not specific enough and can be confusing since the whole place is a bad development designed. 2. Irresponsive person in charge to handle inquiry.

Michael Chua MH (8/5): Use the 8th floor link bridge to go to over to the mall. Will consider to come again. - Relatively high floor. The view isn't too bad from my room. Overall, the furniture layout makes sense and felt spacious. Need to cross the road when check in and after check out. Was disappointed to know its in phase 2 and not phase 1 as shown on the map on check in day only, but not too big a deal. There was a fly in the house on my first and 2nd day and couldn't get rid of. A bigger table would be great as I was catching up on some work, but is still big enough for a laptop. Be careful of the toilet floor, its quite slippery when wet.
