• Ricky (9/5): 整體體驗是好的，空間很大，沙發也大，只是垃圾分類問題，非本地人，較為不了解，也沒有不同垃圾桶區分 - 非常便宜 離通天閣很近，711也很近 吃東西也很方便 入住說明清楚 簡易入住 有筷子湯匙也有鍋具， 少了碗，分食用餐，稍微不方便， 客廳跟房間燈光更亮就更好了， 因為小朋友看iPad蠻暗的

• Imran (10/5): Im really happy with my stay at this property and would like yo stay here again in the future. - Property so spacious, domestic applicances are easily available. Convinient stores and train station around the corner. Ironing applicances not available.
• Santos (9/5): Relaxing place and comfortable beds. - I really love this place. It is near the station and konbini. There’s also a drugstores and restaurants near the place. It is a big place and ideal for big groups. We are a group of 7. Also, they were able to maximize the sofa as it is a sofabed. We also love the kitchen! We even cooked food. It is also a good place to stay. I would highly recommend it plus the owner is very kind and accommodating. He/She even helped us with our luggages which we trasfer via Yamato from Tokyo. Very helpful! It’s not that clean. I suggest you provide extra plastic for trash and cleaning materials (vacuum, broom stick, kitchen towel, etc.)
• Angela (7/5): almost an amazing stay, but felt like i was being scammed / phished after checkout - Location was good enough, the host was responsive - the bathroom light went out on our 2nd to last day, and I messaged them just to let them know, didnt need it to be changed, they responded promptly and offered to try to send someone to fix it (didnt need them to come fix it before checkout though). Stay honestly would have been a 10, but after checkout, their cleaner noticed a "stain" in the bathroom that was hard to wash and said it was from hair dye, despite everyone in my group having naturally colored hair, which they wanted us to pay an extra fee for. They sent me a picture of the stain, but it was very faint and honestly nobody in my group could discern which part of the bathroom the picture was even from (the background was only a small part of the picture to be fair...), but it felt like they were scamming / phishing for more money.

• Rosmawati (9/5): Great large house for a big family - The size is large unlike other Japan house so it very comfortable for 11 pax. It is also very clean. The location is good as it was short distance walk to the train station and a few kombinis near by. It is not sound proof so it is hard to control not to be heard by neighbours especially when you have active children. The kids got stressed out as we keep reminding them to walk slowly (for a 2 and 3 years old it is normal for the to want to run all the time). For the kitchen, there were only plates and no deep plates or bowls. We had noodles with soup so it was hard to eat without bowls. Also, I was told they won't provide iron for safety reason. I don't understand why it is not safe to provide one... it is something that we need to use daily so a minus point for that. Another minus point is there was no tools provided to dry clothes except for maybe 2 small hooks for socks.
