- Javier (10/5): Fantastico - Habitación totalmente limpia. Cama muy cómoda y la ubicación excelente!
- Emanuele (6/5): - Posizione stupenda, pulizia livello medio-basso, staff gentile.
- Guest (8/5): -
- La Chaloupe (8/5): - Chambre spacieuse et confortable située dans le centre historique. Personnel attentionné.
- Rick (8/5): - Good people and nice little hotel.
Bed was old and parking none existant. Large rooms and convenient
- Caio (10/5): - Localização excelente! Quarto grande atendimento bem legal (com brasileiro no time)
- Jose (10/5): - Sarah the front desk person was kind and super helpful.
- Karine (5/5): Really cute rooms, but a lot of room for improvement - Shower drain and one Sink were clogged. Told them two days in a row until they fixed it. Bed VERY soft, we were in a separate house, not where reception was. Hallway full of garbage tons, no elevator. Coffee machine was in a not very clean kitchenette in the hall. And we had to buy our own coffee.
- Carmen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eric (2/5): - Dirty and mouldy. The place was extremely dirty and there was mould everywhere in the bathroom. Furthermore, the place was falling apart and the common kitchen was particularly nasty. I would recommend not staying here. The only benefit was the location, it was relatively close to most the major landmarks in Rome.
- Debra (10/5): Loved it! - Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was great and close to shopping, restaurants and local sites. Two flights of stairs to get to our rooms
- John (3/5): Value for the dollar was not there based off safety and cleanliness. Very limited staff presence. - Location put you with in walking distance of the Vatican and Coliseum Facility was not clean and the area, ally entry way, did not feel safe.
- Inês (5/5): Passable -
- Nicolas (4/5): Not worth the price - Location.
Got a free breakfast for two out of three days to compensate us for the first night sleeping in two different buildings (streets) Rooms are located in different buildings, in different streets (not mentioned neither before nor after the reservation) although they contacted me via WhatsApp. We had to stay in two different buildings and take our luggage to the 3rd floor without elevator.
Staff tried to be nice but not professional.
The room floor very dirty, although we mentioned that upon our arrival. Cleaning staff are not professional neither, they stand outside since the morning at the entrance of the building under the room window talking loudly.
- Michelle (7/5): Good -
- Paulo (6/5): Rooms are good and location is fine. But the lack of a proper recpetion and stairs make it more a B&B hhan a hotel -
- Merearhi (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were lovely and very accommodating, the room itself was huge and beautiful, amenities were great and the location was perfect.
- Maria (9/5): Superb - Very attentive staff
Excellent location The step from bedroom to bathroom
- Romain (10/5): - Very good hôtel, clean, and the staff really Nice and usefull !
- Tetiana (10/5): - great spot, in a very convenient central location. Beautiful style.
- James (1/5): Please do not stay here - Absolutely nothing - Please do not stay here. Nothing like the photos. Our stay was deeply disappointing. The rooms were nothing like the photos online—more akin to a cramped shoebox you’d find in a Bali backpacker hostel.
We discovered cigarette butts under the beds, thick dust that was almost nauseating, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. The shower was clogged and sprayed water in every direction. The staircase was extremely narrow, and the elevator was a tiny, claustrophobic death trap.
The paint was peeling off the walls, and the room was furnished with cheap, overused IKEA furniture. Despite specifically requesting a "deluxe double room" and confirming this request in advance, we were given three single beds???
To top off this dreadful experience, a cockroach crawled out from under our bed in the morning.
As travelers hoping to end our vacation on a high note, this place was a nightmare. We wanted to leave immediately, but arrived late in the evening and decided against the hassle of relocating at night.
Two days after I posted my review, the property management contacted me, offering €150 to remove it. This is just further proof of their poor practices and lack of integrity. Again, I would strongly advise against staying here.
- Vincent (1/5): Be wary, very deceptive - rooms not as advertised - they sell the photos of brand new rooms, but then provide a complete - Simply that It wasn’t the advertised property.
