Woodford (1/5): no tax invoice - will advise government employees paying with cards to longer book here - they did not provide a valid tax invoice when requested - passed the buck to Booking.com who informed us it was the hosts who were supposed to supply it.
Beverley (1/5): A very poor experience. - The location The apartment is aged and had not been cleaned, it was filthy. Nobody had checked it after the last booking, which was apparently a long stay, so the dirt and grime had built up over months. The bathroom - ewh! Very unhygienic to say the least. Its managed by Mount Hotham Accommodation. Whilst someone attended the first night with clean sheets, nobody attended to the cleaning issues during our stay plus it took a couple of weeks and several followups to get a 50% refund.
Geraldine (8/5): We had a lovely time and the accommodation was great for our young family. - Perfect location. Provided everything we needed. Location of keys was slightly difficult at the start. Some of the dishes/cups were not clean.
Ricky (8/5): Simple improvement would make this a great stay - Comfortable, clean and everything that we needed. We enjoyed our stay once we got into the room. No room number/sign on the door, confusing instructions to access the room. The entrance was on the outside of an unstaffed building. Had to get a local resident to contact someone to work out where the room was as the contact was not answering their phone. This was after wasting almost half an hour looking for the room. Front door needs some lubricant!! Driveway is steep rocky terrain, 4wd not required but helpful
