- Bronwyn (8/5): Beautiful little unit in a great spot with great views - Location is perfect for walking to beach and shops Bedrooms were hot due to a split system in loungeroom area only. Uncomfortable to sleep on hot nights even with loungeroom air conditioner on and doors closed to unused rooms.

- Ryan (3/5): Bad 80's time delay unit, with misleading views, smelly with bugs and flies. - The view was nice.Apart from the 2 bedroom place been built right in front of your view, so now it cuts out 75% of the water view. Also that we weren't made aware this place is being built and had noise across from us of tilers grinding and cutting tiles every day, all day, was very disruptive. Location was good. The unit smelt very bad, and musty, the toilet seat was like 20years old. We were left with only 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 days. There were not any tea towels in kitchen. Were left no replacement garbage bags, but the one in the bin. Bed was very hard, needs updating, and pillows were very cheap and had no cushioning. Very old lounge, needs updating. And the place had not fly screens on windows or sliding balcony door, so you couldn't leave anything open for the breeze. Which was bad, as every time we came into the unit the smell was that bad, we would have to open everything up, and go out on balcony to breathe, until the smell went away. Like really no flyscreens fitted anywhere, isn't the reason why people stay near beach, is to have wind breeze without having bugs inside, and we're not interested in having breeze with flys and mosquito's etc, but the smell was that bad we had no choice. We also didn't think after booking a unit in this type of area that you would be expected to pay for linen, as it should be priced in the cost of the unit, as every other place we have ever stayed. Every Air BNB always included, and any other place I stayed with using Booking.com, even so trying to sleep on $6 kmart pillows, just doesn't cut it these days in any type of rental unit. Only shows money hungry owners, that dont care about paying holiday patrons. And also should be of blame of Booking.com having this place listed, as I've stayed in better road side inn's, in the past.
Owner should consider doing some upgrades and get out of the 80's, as that was 45years ago now, since they continue to accept money to rent the unit. I could see it was an older unit, but thought as most have upgraded items I've mentioned in other similar places, I've stayed before.
