• Joy (10/5): Very nice, clean rooms in a quiet area. - We were met by JR, who helped us with check in. Property was very clean, well-appointed, and the room was very comfortable for 2 people! The location was quiet, and restaurants and shopping were less than 5 minutes walk. We appreciated the free coffee and beverages. Very near the Vatican and a 3 minute walk from airport bus stop. The beds were very comfortable.

O quarto atendeu à expectativa, sendo confortável, camas boas com ótimos lençóis e toalhas, silencioso e escoro... bom para descansar. A acomodação fica próximo a bares e restaurantes, e para quem vai ao Vaticano e demais pontos turísticos próximos, uma maravilha. Quem vem do aeroporto como nós, pegamos o Rome airport bus by shuttle, (de dia 7 euros por pessoa, e noite, 9 euros), com parada na Via Crescêncio, meio quarteirão da acomodação. Top!!

Lo staff super simpatico e gentile e disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Pulizia ottima. La camera era piccola e senza armadio (con poche grucce), e il bagno si allagava ogni volta che facevamo la doccia. Leggermente rumoroso perché da sulla strada. Poche prese di corrente.

• Kristin (9/5): Un soggiorno comodo e piacevole - La camera era spaziosa e molto curata nei dettagli, pulitissima e c'era tutto quello che serve. Anche il servizio e stato eccellente! Federica è stata molto disponibile con noi, il nostro volo era stato cancellato e siamo arrivati tardissimo per il check in, ma lei ha comunque organizzato tutto per farci entrare in struttura, nonostante fossero le 00:30. Il ragazzo che si occupa delle pulizie è stato molto gentile, ci ha sostituito i cuscini il giorno seguente( perché quelli che abbiamo trovato in camera erano troppo alti per noi). L'unica nota negativa, per cui non ho dato un 10, è che la nostra camera si trovava sopra un bar che è stato aperto fino a tardi, per cui abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà ad addormentarci. Ma non è colpa di nessuno.

Los detalles del cuarto, lo grande que son las camas individuales, detalles al dejar gratis botellas de agua y bebidas en el frigorífico de la habitación. Las dos almohadas era demasiado altas y duras. El cuarto de baño pequeño para lo grande que es la habitación.

La anfitriona es amable y dispuesta a ayudar. Cerca de la parada del autobús que nos trajo y nos llevó al aeropuerto. El olor de la habitación al entrar, a pesar de que tenían un ambientador y la puerta del baño que hacía ruido.

• Iryna (7/5): Perfect location, amazing host, just need a bit of a touch - Location is great - just a short walk to the Vatican and within easy walking distance to all major sights. The building itself is beautiful, the room was quite spacious, and amenities, drinks, and snacks were available. A very “Italian” place in atmosphere and style, perfect for a short stay. There was visible mold near the door and a noticeable mold smell. You will need earplugs, as you can constantly hear the main entrance door opening and closing. Not a big issue, but people start opening the door at 5 am. The carpets definitely need cleaning - they didn’t feel comfortable to step on.

• Kristian (10/5): Würde jederzeit wieder buchen! - Sehr gute Lage, unweit des Vatikan (ca. 700m) in der Nähe der Engelsburg, Buslinien nahegelegen, viele Lokale in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft (wir hatten das größte Zimmer der insgesamt 4 Einheiten) selbst ist sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit (vor Ort oder auch über WhatsApp/SMS erreichbar). Wir konnten das Gepäck vor dem Check-in abstellen uns nach dem Check-out noch dort lassen. Das Bett ist groß und wirklich komfortabel, eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, funktioniert aber nur, wenn man auch im Zimmer ist (Karte eingesteckt). Vorhanden auch eine Minibar (Kühlschrank), ein zusätzliches Bett und ein Fernseher mit verschiedenen Apps wie RAI etc. (allerdings ohne Antennen-/Kabelprogrammen), aber wer schaut auch TV in Rom? :-) Da die Unterkunft im Hochparterre ist, ist auch der Verkehr wahrnehmbar, die Wände sind evtl. etwas dünner, das komm aber auch bei hochpreisigen Hotels vor und ich fand die Polster etwas zu fest, aber ganz ehrlich, das sind alles minimale Anmerkungen bzw. Geschmacksache.

We were pleasantly surprised by the courtesy drinks in the minibar, such a thoughtful touch. Everything was spotless and well organized, truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had. • Sima (9/5): Clean and nice place to stay in Rome - It was clean. Safe neighborhood. The location was also very convenient, walking distance to all touristic areas. Direct shuttle bus from the airport. Water and soft drinks were also provided.

There was excellent communication and genuine care from the lady, who must be the best host I've ever met. The room is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable that after walking so much every day, we woke up feeling completely rested the next morning. The area is quiet, beautiful, perfect for walking, and close to public transportation, the city center, and especially the Vatican. We couldn't have stayed in a better place! We had an amazing time—thank you!

• Pierre (4/5): Disappointing - Easy check-in You are going in a B&B and there is no Breakfast including eventhough it is specified in the website of Venus B&B. The B&B is proposing parking in a search criteria but what is proposed is only a public Parking. Well then what is the purpose of this criteria? Very noisy room because a bar is just below. Could not sleep before it closes...
• Bonnie (8/5): It was pleasant, nice. Owner was very helpful. I would stay there again. - Breakfast was great. Not on the property but just around the corner. Owners were friendly at restaurant. We ended up eating lunch there one day also. Shower needs a good cleaning. A box of tissue needed and I would suggest another small trash can for the bedroom. When you are staying a couple of days the small bathroom can is not large enough.

• Christopher (8/5): Beautiful room. Very reasonable price. - Staff? What staff? Everything is automated. You should have your phone/internet service or you'll never get in. That said, the man on the phone is very nice and helpful. The room is very nicely appointed and the bathroom was excellent. There is nothing about the physical property itself that I have a complaint about. Bathroom was large and well equipped. There are beautiful fabric drapes and the windows are fairly sound resistant. Big TV with lots of channels. Coffee maker. Small refrigerator. A medium long walk (30-40min) to Piazza Navona and the Centro Storico. Location is a very long walk from Metro Station (Lepanto). Bus service not reliable in that neighborhood. Half the time the bus did not arrive. The room is on the 1st floor, about 2m (6 ft) above the sidewalk. Therefore the windows are frosted and you can't see out, Opening the windows could be a security issue. If the exterior shutters would close, you could get fresh air and be secure.
