- Anonymous (5/5): Passable - good to have a sofa and kitchen. Host is approachable when I need to ask question. it was so cold on the day I arrived Vienna even it is July, with whole day raining that day. There is no duvet or blankets provided by the host in the apartment , except two very thin linen. I was too cold and woke up in the midnight. No clear instruction on the address of the apartment. No room number provided until I ask. I found spider in the room.

- Georges (5/5): Passable - * Owner very responsive and helpful. * Great location as it gets you anywhere, 5 min walk from a metro station and tram stop. * good for a 1 night stay * The room smelled of smoke, even though the signs clearly state no smoking. The sme was still there even after keeping the window open for multiple extended periods of time, so the issue is more on inside the building. Not recommended to allergy/asthma people. * The room was not as initially advertised when booking, and the pictures are taken in a way that doesn't reflect reality * The shower is in the main area of kitchen, not as a separate bathroom as listed. only the toilet is separate. * Some areas weren't very clean (trash bin had trash in it when I arrived) * wifi very weak, sometimes dropping, and mobile reception is bad inside.
