• Steve (5/5): - Comfortable room. Kitchen facilities were adequate although a toaster would have been a bonus.We used the grill instead. Reasonable location for sightseeing. Check in process was a nightmare. Part of the check in involves filling in an online form to pay the local tax before you can get any details in order to gain entry.The form seems to run you around in circles when you're trying to fill in the passport information. Finally find the room to be greeted with a man still cleaning the apartment with a small child watching the television and no way of communicating as he only speaks Italian. Have our passports photographed by said man, and he rings the person that runs the flat to confirm that we've paid said tax online. Then he carries on cleaning..... Roughly 45 minutes later we get to access our room (with a private bathroom) which is actually across a shared hallway....... Shared kitchen and dining facilities also..... Walls in the bedroom were also showing signs of damp. Overall this didn't spoil our holiday, but caused quite a bit of stress and concern when we first got there. A more personal experience may have made it better.

Consiglio - Mi sono trovata molto bene, ho letto recensioni in cui era difficile fare il check in, personalmente l ho trovato estremamente comodo e alla prima difficoltà mi è bastato inviare un sms e mi hanno subito risposto e risolto il problema. Sicuramente sarà la prima struttura che contatterò quando ne avrò bisogno.

• Chiarajanni (8/5): - Ho apprezzato l'organizzazione dell'intero bed and breakfast e la cura nei dettagli (come la possibilità di avere il bollitore per the e la macchinetta del caffè) la comodità dei letti. Mi ha creato molto disagio la temperatura dell'acqua in bagno. La doccia praticamente gelida e molto fastidiosa con basse temperature fuori.

• Boskainou (7/5): Η διαμονή καλή, ευτυχώς οι συγκάτοικοι ήταν καλοί και αθόρυβοι, το σπίτι καθαρό. - Η καθαριότητα Δεν μπορούσα να επικοινωνήσω με τον ιδιοκτήτη του σπιτιού, ενώ καλούσα στο τηλέφωνο δεν το σήκωνε κανένας και όταν το σήκωναν δεν ήξεραν αγγλικά. Οι άνθρωποι στα γύρω διαμερίσματα και ο θυρωρός προσπάθησαν να βοηθήσουν αλλά μάταια. Κάναμε δύο ώρες να μπούμε στο σπίτι ενώ ήμασταν εκεί από τις 12:00 που ξεκίνησε το check in. Εν τέλη μία γειτόνισα κατάφερε να επικοινωνήσει με την ιδιοκτήτρια στα ιταλικά μέσω του τηλεφώνου μου και μας έστειλαν καινούργιο κωδικό για το locker ώστε να το ανοίξουμε και να πάρουμε το κλειδί. Ωστόσο, το παράξενο ήταν ότι μας έστειλαν τον κωδικό με έναν άνθρωπο, άγνωστο σε εμάς. Ο οποίος ήρθε και έβαλε τον κωδικό χωρίς να έχουμε ενημερωθεί για την άφιξη του ή την ύπαρξη του με αποτέλεσμα να τρομάξουμε που βρήκαμε κάποιον άγνωστο να πειράζει την πόρτα μας. Τελικά, μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο στις 14:00 το μεσημέρι και προς κακή μας τύχη ανακαλύψαμε ότι το σπίτι μέσα ήταν διαμορφωμένο έτσι ώστε να μείνουν δύο κρατήσεις ταυτόχρονα (2 υπνοδωμάτια, δύο μπάνια, μία κουζίνα/σαλόνι). Πράγμα που μας απογοήτευσε περισσότερο καθώς δεν υπήρχε καμία ενημέρωση ότι θα έχουμε συγκατοίκους, αν το ξέραμε δεν θα κλείναμε αυτό το σπίτι!!

• Ali (2/5): We are so disappointed with the process and service that owner offered and shouldn’t be on booking.com listing until she - The. Ed was comfortable. 3 issues that they need to be improved for this Airbnb: 1- checking was painful as no one was available to talk and no responding the phone as she said she was out of the town.She finally answered after we were sitting in the yard and neighbors were trying to help to find the location. She sends the location and security code for the door few hours earlier when many of us are on the flight and no good reception afterwards. 2- Washroom hose is leaking clearly that made my clothes wet and previous guests addressed washroom update as well and no improvement yet. 3- in the morning no hot water in the shower after waiting in the shower for 10 min with the hope that it will come eventually and when we messaged the owner she said she checked it and there was a hot water!! This is 2 unit/rooms Airbnb and the room beside us took a shower before us, not sure how hot water system functions there. I won’t recommend this place until she spends some money to fix few things and she values her guests by making either herself or someone available to help the guests to find the place. She kept sending links for tourist tax charge that were not working and one worked at the end. So disappointed!!
• Sara (5/5): Clean but cramped room with the bathroom located outside in a shared hallway; convenient location. - The room was clean, but small and felt very cramped. However, we didn’t spend much time there since we were out all day. It was also a plus that it was close to public transportation. The room was okay. What I didn’t like was that the bathroom was in a separate room—I had assumed it would be inside our room. Instead, you have to leave your room and walk through a shared hallway used by other guests to reach your private bathroom. This was not clear from the description.

• Lesley (7/5): Good - The room was comfortable and the kitchenette appropriate for our needs. The pre-registration process. The form was tedious. It would be a lot quicker if one could type in the required content needed, instead of having to scroll through a list of countries that are not listed alphabetically. The form kept rejecting our passport photos, which prevented us confirming and moving forward. It was frustrating.

• Pedro (4/5): They don't care about you besides paying - The bedroom and facilities are clean, you will have wifi and a proper bed. 1. There is no staff person and you rely only in very slow and unfriendly communications through WhatsApp with an agent. In order to enter the building you need to use a website signal, and when it failed because of a power outage, we needed to wait for a neighbor to open the door. No staff was available to help. 2. When we arrived, another person was using our "private bathroom" with keys and everything. The person was using a washing machine that was placed inside our bathroom. Why the washing machine is inside the private bathroom and not in the living room or a common area for all to use without invading their neighbors? Not sure. They didn't care about preventing these situations, they just left the keys at the door. 3. Our bathroom had major water leaks and was completely flooded when we arrived, we didn't find the source. We tried to clean it, but shortly it was all flooded again. 4. There was no Vodafone mobile signal at the bedroom. Why? Not sure. Just try to find somewhere else if you have a little more budget
