• George (10/5): Great stay, amazing location - Amazing location and great facilities Stairs to bedroom are steep but not an issue for us.

• Gavin (4/5): Not Great - Location was great. I’m not sure where to start.. 7 nights in this apartment became a challenge. It was not clean and all draws, cupboards and shelving were full of junk. Too bad if you needed to use storage ( there is even a an old TV in the wardrobe upstairs, go figure). This place has so much potential, unfortunately it needs a clean out and clean up. I will not recommend this apartment. When we arrived the first thing we had to do was to buy toilet paper, soap, dishwashing and washing machine tablets. The shower upstairs is also non functional. The balcony is also held together by rope. Be careful sitting out there.

• Khiangkai (8/5): Great location, clean and spacious - Great location, very clean, with spacious rooms and plenty of space. However, check-in was quite complicated. The room was very hot and it took a long time for the air conditioning to cool down. Also, during our stay the nearby metro station was closed, so we had to walk a bit further than expected.

• Catherine (1/5): Unsafe and not clean or comfortable - Nothing to like. The property was badly maintained. Internal stair railings loose/unsafe. At least 3 exposed wires and cables draped across living spaces as there are very few power outlets. Bathroom had black mould & shower was brown/green mould. Kitchen it dirty, mould in sink strainer. No tea towel or clean sponge. No usable amenities but lots of old used amenities that would fail safety standards. Pillow were stained/yellow. Bathtowels were grey and bleach stained and thinner than any towel ever. The cleaner came to replace them with1 bath towel and 2 hand towels for 2 people, so bad, so uncomfortable and dirty/old. Dust was thick everywhere. Curtains were broken and you couldnt open/close. There were old cartons and foam packing, rubbish. The whole apartment would fail all health regulations
• Yuliya (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy appartment. Close to metro. 2 min walk from beautiful castle. Nice balcony. Bed very comfortable
• Aimee (10/5): Great space. Great location, - This is a unique space in a great location. It’s perfect for 2 people traveling together who are NOT a couple. There are 2 separate sleeping areas with 2 bathrooms. The design is amazing. Loved it. We couldn’t find where to put the garbage & were uncertain about check out instructions. But the host was very understanding.
• Lane (8/5): 2nd stay this year - Location is great, close to some excellent restaurants and a good grocery store. This is my 2nd stay at this property, early this summer I was with my family and this fall for business. It's very functional but basic, the value is there but it's no frills. If you plan to spend a lot of time in the unit It's ok for 1 or 2 people. If you are used to USA hotel standard, this is not the best property for you. Bath towels are so small and I was given only 1 for a 5 night stay. No shampoo was at the property, I luckily had my own.

• Majda (5/5): It is not 5,0 recensy - location is excellent The fence on the balcony wobbles and is tied with a rope to prevent it from falling. not at all professional considering the amount of data needed to make a simple fast check in. A person who leans can fall. The apartment needs to be invested in and thoroughly cleaned. The air conditioner could not be turned off and did not cool. The location is excellent.
• Martin (7/5): Good - •great location •its really big, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a balcony,... •walkable from duomo, china town, supermarkets, restaurants,... •it felt a little bit filthy and old, they should spend some money and renovate it a little bit •the kettle was too dirty to use it (we couldnt make a hot water) •the shower on a second floor wasnt working properly, u couldnt turn it on :/

• Lane (8/5): Milan with family - The location is excellent, there are ao many great reastaurants in a short distance. It has decent access to tranaport and is close to a grocery store. Having the 2 bathrooms is great as well. Although it's not in Photos there's a washer and hanging racks to dry. The patio is a bit tight, but great place to have a breakfast in the am and a drink in the pm. Stairs to the loft are a bit steep.

• Daniela (7/5): All good - The location is great, the space is comfortable enough for 3-4 people Accessing it was a bit confusing. There should be a written reference to where the lock box is located because is not near the door.
