• Vilma (7/5): Intresting:) - Good location, near Navigli. Good acces to city center. It was difficult to get to the apartment. Difficult to enter the building itself, and it took us 10 minutes just to get inside the apartment. The floor was dirty, sofa had crumbs on it, we had to re-wash the glasses, because we saw lip stains on them. The most important NO HOT WATER, we weren't able to take a shower, because the water temperature was not stable, kept switching from ice cold to boiling hot.

Ottimamente posizionata: adiacente ai Navigli, comoda al Forum di Assago, al centro storico, ai mezzi di trasporto e ai parcheggi. Spazi ampi e luminosi. Si comunica via wathsapp con un'intelligenza artificiale che manda il primo messaggio di benvenuto e mi sta bene, ma l'intelligenza artificiale non è perfetta...infatti per me era importante che dormissimo divisi perciò ho chiesto che venisse allestito il divano letto sia su Booking (nessuna risposta), sia via whatsapp dove l'intelligenza artificiale mi ha confermato la richiesta. Arrivata all'appartamento nessun divano letto era stato preparato...così ho comunicato il disguido via whatsapp e mi è stato risposto sempre dall'A.I. "Mi dispiace tanto per l'inconveniente. Normalmente non prepariamo il divano letto per evitare che occupi spazio nel soggiorno. Troverai le lenzuola nell'armadio o nella cassettiera della camera da letto. Se hai bisogno di ulteriore assistenza, fammi sapere! 😊"...e mi andrebbe bene come risposta se non avessi fatto richiesta precedentemente confermata proprio dall'A.I.. Inoltre quando ho chiesto informazioni (per forza di cose all' A.I.) inerenti ai parcheggi e a eventuali ZTL mi è stata data una risposta con informazioni sbagliate in merito alla zona...ho perciò perso tempo nella ricerca di domande che per fortuna nel sito ufficiale del comune di Milano hanno trovato risposte. L' A.I. aveva confuso le Zone B e C. Questo è stato un disservizio da poco, ma perchè io sapevo che la zona comunicatami non era corretta, tuttavia quello del divano letto no. Ho trovato nell'armadio un piumino e un cuscino senza federa e ho dormito così sul divano letto. Peccato perchè l'appartamento è ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista. La comunicazione invece è pessima: a me non interessa che l' A.I. mi scriva 100 volte "se hai bisogno di qualcosa sono qui" con continui smile. A me interessa avere risposte corrette, rapide, funzionali e che le mie richieste siano esaudite.

• Douglas Henrique (10/5): Excel este local. Próximo ao metrô, trem. Meia hora de caminhada do Duomo. - Tudo estava perfeito. Uma varanda ótima. Localizado próximo a todos os bares legais da região. Só senti falta de panelas. Não que eu fosse usar, mas por ser um apt com cozinha, não tinha panelas para quem quiser fazer alguma comida.

• Khalid (9/5): A spacious, well-equipped apartment in a lively area, ideal for a hassle-free city stay. - The apartment was clean and spacious, with easy access and a smart TV. It’s a 15-minute walk to the metro, and the self-check-in process makes arrival hassle-free. The only downside is parking—if you have a car, it can be challenging to find a spot in the area.
• Hristiania (10/5): Top apartment in Navigli - The apartment was clean, very well equipped on top location! Near the city center with the tram N3 at the charming area Navigli! Our trip to Milano was because of the NABA summer courses, and the university is only the one block away! Perfect location, perfect equipment, perfect everything! I recommend it! Thank you! • Linda (8/5): Very good, would recommend! - The apartment was nice and clean. The apartment had everything we needed: washing machine for clothes and dishes, microwave, pots and pans. When we had a problem with something, they sent someone over to fix it. The lighting in the apartment was not the cosiest - lights were flickering and the brightness of the lights didn't make the apartment feel cozy in the evening.
• Carmen (1/5): Bad - . They do not follow Booking policies. This apartment forces you to pay a deposit without warning it to you in advance. Even if we did not break or damage a thing in the apartment THEY DO NOT GIVE US THE DEPOSIT BACK. Bad communication from the owner and bad response with issues. I do not recommend it.
• Chun (10/5): Amazing stay - - great and fast response from the host - photos are the same as the property - bedroom is way better than I thought - super clean and flawless - they have washing machine, fridge, kitchen - a bit far from the city center, almost 30min away
