• Ron (10/5): Excellent location. Excellent stay. Would recommend. - Owner was very nice, let us in early. Location close to metro, grocery store. Comfortable apartment. Parking can be difficult, but we got lucky. Second bathroom very tight, but it was great to have a second bathroom.

Pas près du centre mais se fait bien quand même car le métro est à 5 minutes. Le lave-linge très pratique. 2 salles de bain. Plusieurs épiceries tout près. Les lits pas très confos; le sofa-lit pas confortable du tout. Difficulté d'avoir la température des douches stable (passe du froid au chaud et vice-versa). Les équipements de cuisine sont de base. Stationnement pas nécessairement facile dans la rue.

She made sure to meet me and my family there on time to hand the keys and to show us the place. She even helped with transportation information from Termini. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome with family. I will surely book it again if I ever come back to Rome with family or friends. Emmanuela you’re the best. • Lilit (10/5): Amazing stay in Rome - Super clean, very quiet, very comfortable and very well located apartment (few mins from metro), easy parking. Very comfortable beds, aircon in all rooms. Fantastic host, very friendly, helpful and flexible. It's well designed, 2 bathrooms make it super comfortable for use even for larger group. Highly recommended Nothing
• Cynthia (10/5): Exceptional - It was a wonderful stay. Everything is near the apartment: two supermarkets, farmacy, metro station, restaurant etc. The apartment is well equiped. The owner, Emanuela, is so lovely and kind. There were food and water when we arrived. She managed her time to say goodbye.

• Daniela (10/5): Felt truely like home for our vacation in Rome. - We were fours adults and two toddlers and the apartment was a great fit for us. It is spacious and has 2 bathrooms. I love that the bedrooms had separate entries from the hallways for better privacy. Everything was clean. The apartment is equipped with everything that you need in a house. I appreciated having available a washer machine and detergent, iron and all the kitchen gadgets/items needed for homemade meal. It was nice to have AC (air conditioner) available. They even had water in the fridge, small snacks, coffees, pasta, toothbrushes etc. (I was pretty impressed.) We made a request for a crib, and that was accommodated as requested. Emmanuela was very accommodating and understanding regarding the check in time (1 hour later than anticipated) and the checkout time (We were allowed to leave our things/luggages in the apartment several hours longer than the official checkout time) as the situation allowed (the following guests were not coming until next day.) The apartment location was pretty close to a Metro Station. Also, there were different grocery stores near the apartment. Small inconvenience. If connected to the internet from the apartment, it did not actually work. So I had to disconnect from WiFi in order to use the browser and apps on my phone.
• Tanyamai (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is fully equipped. Good for have a long stay. The place is really close to the metro and supermarket. We can buy food and cook at the place.
• Eileen (10/5): Fabulous apartment - Emanuela has prepared the apartment to perfection, she has gone above and beyond putting the added touches to the apartment to make her guests feel at home. It was situated a few minutes walk to the metro station and was only 10 minutes to Termini station on the metro for €1.50 each. Would definitely return when we visit Rome again. Nothing

But what makes this perfect is the amazing host ! she will do anything she included everything you would ever need, and when i had complications with my flight, she offered a late checkout, which saved our family from spending the day at the airport 🙏 Nothing really..
