• Nicolò (8/5): Ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare Atene con un rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile - Appartamento in una zona centralissima e molto sicura. Ha tutti i servizi che possono servire durante la permanenza, compreso l'ascensore. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e dà ottimi consigli su dove andare e cosa visitare nelle vicinanze. Un ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare Atene. Le stanze sono molto ampie e alte, al contrario del bagno che purtroppo non è finestrato, piccolino e non adatto a chi è sopra il metro e 90. Essendo molto centrale il rumore la sera dalla strada è alto e si fa fatica a dormire con la porta finestra aperta, ma se chiusa attutisce completamente i rumori e si può ricorrere all'aria condizionata. Direi quindi tutto bene.

• Anastasiia (10/5): - Location is amazing - we were getting on foot to majority of the sightseeing places. Apartment was clean, comfortable bed. Kitchen is well equipped with all the need things. Clear installation about check-in and check-out. I would stay there again during my next visit to Athens. -

• Robin (10/5): I would stay here when we return. - The apartment was in a great location . Plenty of room for 2. Great communication with our host Vivian . Well stocked kitchen . It is a perfect location for walking everywhere.
• Cristina (7/5): Correcto, buena relación calidad-precio - Está cerca de todo, la habitación está bien aislada para que no entre el ruido de calle y la chica era muy maja, incluso nos dejó agua y café para desayunar. La puerta de la habitación que daba al salón no cerraba porque había una televisión encima. Éramos tres y esa tercera cama no era muy comoda.

Host gentile e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. il bagno non ha l'aspiratore, attenzione all'altezza del soffitto di circa 1.85mt.

• Wjinge (9/5): Perfect, compact apartment for a long weekend - a stone's throw from the Acropolis! - For the cost, the apartment was excellent. It is compact, but great for a family of 3 (4 at a push) for a few nights. For couples particularly it would be ideal as it is within 5-10 minutes walk to restaurants, car rentals etc, and the Acropolis complex. Contact with the host was by messaging, but they provided loads of information and were very helpful and friendly. The police seem to park on this street while on breaks...felt extremely secure! Our daughter said the sofa bed was slightly sloping but she slept fine on it. Probably could have been easily adjusted.

Great communication and useful information from the host prior to check-in. Tall people beware, you might need to do a bit of bending. But perhaps the conpactness of the place does add to its charm.

• Jane (8/5): We only stayed for 4 nights. It’s not 5 star but fitted our purpose. - Close to amenities. Would definitely stay again. There was a noise throughout the first two nights (a scrapping fan noise - probably from the buildings heating system) coming from the building. It kept us awake. But this was a fault of the building not the apartment. We told Marianna and it seemed to have stopped the last two nights.
• Sekang (10/5): Cute little apartment in a great location near acropolis - Location was perfect. close and walkable to subway and near cafes so breakfast was easy in the morning. It was easy to find the key and the room. Room was clean and good. We utilized the metro, taxis , and busses. It was very easy to navigate. We felt safe there. Experience overall was good and would recommend it if you have a small family or traveling with 2—3 people.

• Cristinatr (9/5): Small apartment in good location in Athens - Well-located appartment close to Acropoli metro, but in the same time in a quiet builidng; though small, the apartment had everything we needed inside. The host was very responsive via Booking messaging and communication was good. We had to be careful with the bedroom door which did not seem to fully close because the TV above was hanging too low.

• Matt (9/5): Great value place for a few nights in Athens - Great location. Can walk to the Acropolis and other places of interest in central Athens. Has a wee pod coffee machine which was a treat! Slightly noisy but I think that goes with the location.

• Madeleine (10/5): A lovely apartment in the centre of Athens - Ideally situated for access to the Acropolis and all the other historical sites. Lots of eating places and bars nearby. Everywhere walkable. Clear instructions for access to the property, WiFi, hot water etc. Great communication with the host. Apartment lovely and clean. There wasn't anything that we didn't like. It was ideal for our purposes.

• Travis (9/5): 2 Night Stay in Athens - Location was good and I felt it was a safe place to stay. Public transportation is a short walking distance away. Bus stop is nearby, as well as the Acropoli Metro Station. Rental car companies are located a very short walk away. On the other side of Leof. Andre Siggrou, there are many of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. There is a small walk up cafe just on the corner where you can pick up a quick breakfast and coffee in the morning. The owner was very responsive and was able to answer all questions that we had. She even offered to arrange a pickup from the airport which we declined as we took the bus instead. I will definitly stay here the next time I come to Athens. I can't think of anything I didn't like. A suggestion would be a little better directions once we entered the main building to the room. This is not a 5 star hotel. If you are looking for a inexpensive, clean place to stay, with a decent location, then this is a great choice. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

• Aare (9/5): Nice apartment with great location. - It was an ideal place for the couple like us. The location was especially good, so near to Acropolis for instance and Plaka. Good cafe just downstairs and bakery on the corner. We were busy discovering the city so we didn't use kitchen very much. It was surprise, that the street was so busy, but the windows kept the noise outside. Everything was just fine and the hostess very kind.
• Jan (10/5): We enjoyed our stay. Everything was compact, but I would expect that is how Athens is. - It was centrally located close to the things we wanted to see. We used Uber we to get around. They were always there in a minute or two. I would have liked the WiFi code listed. Instructions on how to get the lights on would be helpful.
• Eleni (8/5): Very good - The apartment had all the required amenities to satisfy the guests. The information provided by the hostess were on point to ensure a smooth check in. It is strategically located as there is train and metro station in a walking distance as well as bakery and restaurants. Although is a busy neighbourhood it's very quiet during the night. However be mindful when walking around until late hours. The size of the apartment is just enough to accommodate 2 people. However there is a big wardrobe to store any luggages. I would recommend it for a short stay or for someone who wants to stay in a central location in Athens. I felt that the toilet had not been disinfected properly as I noticed some dirty spots around the lid although there was a label marking that had been sanitised. There was a disinfectant spray available so I could use it to disinfected any spots I felt needed further attention. Also there was a minor leak coming from the toilet flush. It's fixable and probably the housekeeper hadn't noticed it but it really annoyed me as the bathroom mat was getting wet.

The location is just few minutes by walking to the most important places to see..The house is very clean and you can find whatever you need. Marianna (the owner) is very helpful and she answered all our questions. Highly recommended.. :) Wi-fi connection is a little bit slow
